Waiting for God’s good timing.

Isaiah  40:28 Hast thou not known? hast thou not heard, that the everlasting God, the LORD, the Creator of the ends of the earth, fainteth not, neither is weary? there is no searching of his understanding.  40:29 He giveth power to the faint; and to them that have no might he increaseth strength.  40:30 Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall:  40:31 But they that wait upon the LORD shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Isaiah  28:16 Therefore thus saith the Lord GOD, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.

The singular reason why many so call children of God, did not experience the fulfillment of God’s promises in their lives, is because of their failures to wait for God’s good timing.

God always have appointed time to fulfill His promises in your life.

Habakkuk  2:2 And the LORD answered me, and said, Write the vision, and make it plain upon tables, that he may run that readeth it.  2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

Hebrews  10:35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.  10:36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.  10:37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.  10:38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.  10:39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

Remember Job, His latter end was far better than the beginning.

James  5:10 Take, my brethren, the prophets, who have spoken in the name of the Lord, for an example of suffering affliction, and of patience.  5:11 Behold, we count them happy which endure. Ye have heard of the patience of Job, and have seen the end of the Lord; that the Lord is very pitiful, and of tender mercy.

Job  42:12 So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.  42:13 He had also seven sons and three daughters.  42:16 After this lived Job an hundred and forty years, and saw his sons, and his sons’ sons, even four generations.  42:17 So Job died, being old and full of days.

So be patient with God, for all will be well in Jesus name.

Isaiah  8:17 And I will wait upon the LORD, that hideth his face from the house of Jacob, and I will look for him.

Isaiah  25:9 And it shall be said in that day, Lo, this is our God; we have waited for him, and he will save us: this is the LORD; we have waited for him, we will be glad and rejoice in his salvation.

Isaiah  26:8 Yea, in the way of thy judgments, O LORD, have we waited for thee; the desire of our soul is to thy name, and to the remembrance of thee.

Isaiah  30:18 And therefore will the LORD wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the LORD is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.

Isaiah  33:2 O LORD, be gracious unto us; we have waited for thee: be thou their arm every morning, our salvation also in the time of trouble.

Isaiah  49:23 And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the LORD: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.

Abraham, Joseph, Job  and many others wired for God and they were not ashamed.

As you too waited for God’s good timing, you will not be ashamed in Jesus name.
