Dont faint in times of challenges.

Don’t faint in times of challenges.

Proverbs  24:10 If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.

Beloved on this side of heaven, you will experience different seasons.

Ecclesiastes  3:1 To every thing there is a season, and a time to every purpose under the heaven:  3:2 A time to be born, and a time to die; a time to plant, and a time to pluck up that which is planted;  3:4 A time to weep, and a time to laugh; a time to mourn, and a time to dance;

You will get to a point when it seems both is working out.

This is not the time to abandon the Lord and help your self outside His will.

It is a  time to trust His unfailing faithfulness.

Pharaoh will say, he doesn’t know God and will not free you from slavery.

King Nebuchadnezzar will say, who is that God that will deliver you from my hands.

Potiphar’s wife may lie against you and nobody seems to believe your innocency.

The storm on the sea might be raging for fourteen days none stop and all hope of safety might have been lost.

At a time like this remember God and His unfailing promises.

Psalms  37:25 I have been young, and now am old; yet have I not seen the righteous forsaken, nor his seed begging bread..

Isaiah  41:10 Fear thou not; for I am with thee: be not dismayed; for I am thy God: I will strengthen thee; yea, I will help thee; yea, I will uphold thee with the right hand of my righteousness.  41:13 For I the LORD thy God will hold thy right hand, saying unto thee, Fear not; I will help thee.

Isaiah  43:1 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.  43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

At such a time, remain a child of God and cleave to Christ with purpose of heart.

Acts  11:23 Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.

You must not allow anything to separate you from Him.

Romans  8:35 Who shall separate us from the love of Christ? shall tribulation, or distress, or persecution, or famine, or nakedness, or peril, or sword?  8:36 As it is written, For thy sake we are killed all the day long; we are accounted as sheep for the slaughter.  8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.  8:38 For I am persuaded, that neither death, nor life, nor angels, nor principalities, nor powers, nor things present, nor things to come,  8:39 Nor height, nor depth, nor any other creature, shall be able to separate us from the love of God, which is in Christ Jesus our Lord.

In addition you begin to pray.

Luke  18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

This was what Hannah did, in her darkest hour.

1 Samuel  1:7 And as he did so year by year, when she went up to the house of the LORD, so she provoked her; therefore she wept, and did not eat.  1:8 Then said Elkanah her husband to her, Hannah, why weepest thou? and why eatest thou not? and why is thy heart grieved? am not I better to thee than ten sons?  1:9 So Hannah rose up after they had eaten in Shiloh, and after they had drunk. Now Eli the priest sat upon a seat by a post of the temple of the LORD.  1:10 And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore.  1:11 And she vowed a vow, and said, O LORD of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the LORD all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.  1:12 And it came to pass, as she continued praying before the LORD, that Eli marked her mouth.  1:13 Now Hannah, she spake in her heart; only her lips moved, but her voice was not heard: therefore Eli thought she had been drunken.  1:14 And Eli said unto her, How long wilt thou be drunken? put away thy wine from thee.  1:15 And Hannah answered and said, No, my lord, I am a woman of a sorrowful spirit: I have drunk neither wine nor strong drink, but have poured out my soul before the LORD.  1:16 Count not thine handmaid for a daughter of Belial: for out of the abundance of my complaint and grief have I spoken hitherto.

1:17 Then Eli answered and said, Go in peace: and the God of Israel grant thee thy petition that thou hast asked of him.

She had a resounding testimony at last.

1:27 For this child I prayed; and the LORD hath given me my petition which I asked of him:  1:28 Therefore also I have lent him to the LORD; as long as he liveth he shall be lent to the LORD. And he worshipped the LORD there.

She also experienced great miracles that shut the mouths of her adversary.

1 Samuel  2:20 And Eli blessed Elkanah and his wife, and said, The LORD give thee seed of this woman for the loan which is lent to the LORD. And they went unto their own home.  2:21 And the LORD visited Hannah, so that she conceived, and bare three sons and two daughters. And the child Samuel grew before the LORD.

Remember, God has not changed.

Malachi  3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

Remember, nothing, absolutely nothing is impossible for Him to do.

Matthew  19:26 But Jesus beheld them, and said unto them, With men this is impossible; but with God all things are possible.

This challenge according to Jesus will turn to testimonies.

Luke  21:13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.

Wait patiently for the Lord.

Psalms  40:1 I waited patiently for the LORD; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry.  40:2 He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings.  40:3 And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the LORD.

Even you will experience miracles beyond Hannah in Jesus name.

Remember, never ever faint in the day of adversity.

Proverbs  24:10 If thou faint in the day of adversity, thy strength is small.

Let us pray.
