Biblical purity requisite for readiness for the imminent rapture.

Biblical purity, requisite for readiness for the imminent rapture

1 John  3:1 Behold, what manner of love the Father hath bestowed upon us, that we should be called the sons of God: therefore the world knoweth us not, because it knew him not.  3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.  3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

The only people that will partake in the imminent rapture are those who are biblically pure.

This is because only holy beings shall have access to heaven.

The  reason for this is because everyone in heaven are holy beings.

God the Father, God the Son,  Spirit of God, are holy. The angels of God are holy. The inhabitants of heaven are saints and holy.

God the Father

Exodus  15:11 Who is like unto thee, O LORD, among the gods? who is like thee, glorious in holiness, fearful in praises, doing wonders?

God the Son

Acts  4:27 For of a truth against thy holy child Jesus, whom thou hast anointed, both Herod, and Pontius Pilate, with the Gentiles, and the people of Israel, were gathered together,  4:30 By stretching forth thine hand to heal; and that signs and wonders may be done by the name of thy holy child Jesus.

Spirit of God  or Holy Spirit or Holy Ghost.

Romans  1:4 And declared to be the Son of God with power, according to the spirit of holiness, by the resurrection from the dead:

Holy angels

Matthew  25:31 When the Son of man shall come in his glory, and all the holy angels with him, then shall he sit upon the throne of his glory:

Heaven is holy.

Deuteronomy  26:15 Look down from thy holy habitation, from heaven, and bless thy people Israel, and the land which thou hast given us, as thou swarest unto our fathers, a land that floweth with milk and honey.

Holy people alone shall have access to heaven.

Psalms  24:3 Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD? or who shall stand in his holy place?  24:4 He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.

So to partake in the imminent rapture, biblical purity is a compulsion.

Listen to what the scriptures say.

Matthew  5:8 Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

Hebrews  12:14 Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

2 Peter  3:13 Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness.  3:14 Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.

How will it be done?  This is very very important.

Today’s churchgoers wants the Holy Spirit to do everything without their participation and they are biblically wrong.

How will it be done?

2 Corinthians  7:1 Having therefore these promises, dearly beloved, let us cleanse ourselves from all filthiness of the flesh and spirit, perfecting holiness in the fear of God.

You will take your need for cleansing to God in prayers, beseeching Him, to cleanse you with the precious blood of our Master and Lord Jesus Christ.

1 John  1:7 But if we walk in the light, as he is in the light, we have fellowship one with another, and the blood of Jesus Christ his Son cleanseth us from all sin.

It is you that will do it with the precious blood of Jesus, not the Holy Spirit

1 John  3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

You will cleanse yourself

You will purify yourself

How will it be received when you do it?

Acts  15:9 And put no difference between us and them, purifying their hearts by faith.

You do it by faith.

Biblical purity is a compulsion and requisite for you to partake in the imminent rapture.

Have you been purified biblically?

If you have, continue to walk in daily biblical holiness lifestyle till Christ comes.

Luke  1:75 In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.

If you have not.  The first thing is to be biblically saved, because purity is the second work of grace.

So after you have been biblically saved, you ask the Lord to use the precious blood of Jesus to cleanse and purify you.

Remember, only those that are biblically purified will partake in the imminent rapture.

Let us pray.
