Obedient to Christ’s instruction to the church

Matthew  28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Christ commanded  His  churches of all ages to be obedient to His last instruction.

The blessed Holy Spirit affirmed same that the church must contend for the faith, meaning living by the entirety of the scriptures.

Jude  1:3 Beloved, when I gave all diligence to write unto you of the common salvation, it was needful for me to write unto you, and exhort you that ye should earnestly contend for the faith which was once delivered unto the saints.

However,  the Spirit warned that, at the end of time, some in the churches globally will be doing contrary.

1 Timothy  4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;  4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

They will determinedly seek false teachers who will be doing this for them.

2 Timothy  4:3 For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears;  4:4 And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.

The consequences of their decisions will lead them to eternal damnation.

2 Thessalonians  2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved.  2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie:  2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.

John  12:46 I am come a light into the world, that whosoever believeth on me should not abide in darkness.  12:47 And if any man hear my words, and believe not, I judge him not: for I came not to judge the world, but to save the world.  12:48 He that rejecteth me, and receiveth not my words, hath one that judgeth him: the word that I have spoken, the same shall judge him in the last day.

However, there will be reminant who will adhere to Christ’s instruction.

Acts  2:42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.

Acts  20:20 And how I kept back nothing that was profitable unto you, but have shewed you, and have taught you publickly, and from house to house,  20:26 Wherefore I take you to record this day, that I am pure from the blood of all men.  20:27 For I have not shunned to declare unto you all the counsel of God.

Bible believing believers are instructed give utmost attention to this last instruction of Christ to His church of all ages to avert this painful damnable end.
