God’s testimonies about His saints.

God’s testimonies about His saints.

Genesis  7:1 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.

Always remember God’s desire for you is to be a saint. You are called to saintliness.

Romans  1:7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.

1 Corinthians  1:2 Unto the church of God which is at Corinth, to them that are sanctified in Christ Jesus, called to be saints, with all that in every place call upon the name of Jesus Christ our Lord, both theirs and ours:

1 Thessalonians  4:7 For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.

1 Peter  1:14 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance:  1:15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation;  1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.

If you are truly God’s people, what will be His testimony concerning you?

Noah

Genesis  7:1 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation

Abraham

Genesis  18:17 And the LORD said, Shall I hide from Abraham that thing which I do;  18:18 Seeing that Abraham shall surely become a great and mighty nation, and all the nations of the earth shall be blessed in him?  18:19 For I know him, that he will command his children and his household after him, and they shall keep the way of the LORD, to do justice and judgment; that the LORD may bring upon Abraham that which he hath spoken of him.

Genesis  26:5 Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.

Moses

Numbers  12:3 (Now the man Moses was very meek, above all the men which were upon the face of the earth.)

Job

Job  1:8 And the LORD said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?

Zacharias and Elizabeth

Luke  1:5 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth.  1:6 And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.

Our Lord Jesus Christ.

Matthew  3:16 And Jesus, when he was baptized, went up straightway out of the water: and, lo, the heavens were opened unto him, and he saw the Spirit of God descending like a dove, and lighting upon him:  3:17 And lo a voice from heaven, saying, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased.

Matthew  17:4 Then answered Peter, and said unto Jesus, Lord, it is good for us to be here: if thou wilt, let us make here three tabernacles; one for thee, and one for Moses, and one for Elias.  17:5 While he yet spake, behold, a bright cloud overshadowed them: and behold a voice out of the cloud, which said, This is my beloved Son, in whom I am well pleased; hear ye him.

You have seen from both old and new testaments, how God testified about the saintliness of His people.

If He has to do same about you, what will He say about you?

You too can be like these saints, if you need His call to saintliness and walk in the lifestyle till Christ comes.

Genesis  7:1 And the LORD said unto Noah, Come thou and all thy house into the ark; for thee have I seen righteous before me in this generation.

Let us pray.
