Psalms  5:12 For thou, LORD, wilt bless the righteous; with favour wilt thou compass him as with a shield.

How will God bless the righteous?  He will bless them with favour.

Joseph 

Acts  7:10 And delivered him out of all his afflictions, and gave him favour and wisdom in the sight of Pharaoh king of Egypt; and he made him governor over Egypt and all his house.

Daniel 

Daniel  1:9 Now God had brought Daniel into favour and tender love with the prince of the eunuchs.

Esther 

Esther  2:15 Now when the turn of Esther, the daughter of Abihail the uncle of Mordecai, who had taken her for his daughter, was come to go in unto the king, she required nothing but what Hegai the king’s chamberlain, the keeper of the women, appointed. And Esther obtained favour in the sight of all them that looked upon her.  2:16 So Esther was taken unto king Ahasuerus into his house royal in the tenth month, which is the month Tebeth, in the seventh year of his reign.  2:17 And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.

Mary

Luke  1:26 And in the sixth month the angel Gabriel was sent from God unto a city of Galilee, named Nazareth,  1:27 To a virgin espoused to a man whose name was Joseph, of the house of David; and the virgin’s name was Mary.  1:28 And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women.  1:29 And when she saw him, she was troubled at his saying, and cast in her mind what manner of salutation this should be.  1:30 And the angel said unto her, Fear not, Mary: for thou hast found favour with God.  1:31 And, behold, thou shalt conceive in thy womb, and bring forth a son, and shalt call his name JESUS.

Psalms  102:13 Thou shalt arise, and have mercy upon Zion: for the time to favour her, yea, the set time, is come.

But how can you receive God’s ceaseless favor?

Proverbs  8:32 Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways.  8:33 Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not.  8:34 Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.  8:35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD.

You obtain favour of God, when you have found Christ and through His redemptive works on the cross, you have become righteous.

2 Corinthians  5:21 For he hath made him to be sin for us, who knew no sin; that we might be made the righteousness of God in him.

Have you taken the advantage of Christ’s redemptive works and now biblically saved and  sanctified 

Then God will be you with His favor in Jesus name.
