Bible believing believers, conditions for loving Jesus.

John  15:8 Herein is my Father glorified, that ye bear much fruit; so shall ye be my disciples.  15:9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.  15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.. 

Our Lord Jesus Christ, loves His Father.  He proved this love by keeping the commandments of His Father.

John  15:10 If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love.

John  14:31 But that the world may know that I love the Father; and as the Father gave me commandment, even so I do. Arise, let us go hence.

In the same way His Father loved Him, so He in turn loved His followers of all ages.

John  15:9 As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love.

His own followers of all ages too are supposed to continue in His, love, just as He loved His Father in return.

Believers also are to love Christ, the same way, He loved the Father.

Jesus loved the Father by keeping His commandments. Believers are to love Christ, by keeping His commandments.

John  14:15 If ye love me, keep my commandments.

John  14:21 He that hath my commandments, and keepeth them, he it is that loveth me: and he that loveth me shall be loved of my Father, and I will love him, and will manifest myself to him.  14:23 Jesus answered and said unto him, If a man love me, he will keep my words: and my Father will love him, and we will come unto him, and make our abode with him.  14:24 He that loveth me not keepeth not my sayings: and the word which ye hear is not mine, but the Father’s which sent me.

1 Corinthians  7:19 Circumcision is nothing, and uncircumcision is nothing, but the keeping of the commandments of God.

1 John  2:5 But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.

1 John  5:3 For this is the love of God, that we keep his commandments: and his commandments are not grievous.

Only by doing this, shall your eternal wellbeing be guaranteed.

Revelation  22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Receive grace to love Christ by keeping His commandments.
