Conscientiously turning others to righteousness, requisite for readiness for the imminent rapture.

Conscientiously turning others to righteousness, requisite for readiness for the imminent rapture.

Luke  19:13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

Who are His servants?  All Bible believing believers, whose names are written in the book of life,  expecting to partake in the imminent rapture.

What did He give them?

Mark  16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;  16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.

Luke  10:19 Behold, I give unto you power to tread on serpents and scorpions, and over all the power of the enemy: and nothing shall by any means hurt you.  10:20 Notwithstanding in this rejoice not, that the spirits are subject unto you; but rather rejoice, because your names are written in heaven.

What does He expects them to be doing till He comes?

Winning souls  through the preaching of the gospel and turning others to righteousness.

Proverbs  11:30 The fruit of the righteous is a tree of life; and he that winneth souls is wise.

Psalms  68:11 The Lord gave the word: great was the company of those that published it.

Daniel  12:3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.

This becomes absolutely necessary, because without it, sinners will never be converted.

Romans  10:13 For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved.  10:14 How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher?  10:15 And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!

Beloved, Jesus had sent you to go and preach the gospel. Listen to  Bible days believers went about to do it.

The disciples of Jesus.

Mark  16:15 And he said unto them, Go ye into all the world, and preach the gospel to every creature.  16:16 He that believeth and is baptized shall be saved; but he that believeth not shall be damned.  16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues;  16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.  16:20 And they went forth, and preached every where, the Lord working with them, and confirming the word with signs following. Amen.

Acts  2:14 But Peter, standing up with the eleven, lifted up his voice, and said unto them, Ye men of Judaea, and all ye that dwell at Jerusalem, be this known unto you, and hearken to my words:  2:15 For these are not drunken, as ye suppose, seeing it is but the third hour of the day.  2:16 But this is that which was spoken by the prophet Joel;  2:17 And it shall come to pass in the last days, saith God, I will pour out of my Spirit upon all flesh: and your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, and your young men shall see visions, and your old men shall dream dreams:  2:18 And on my servants and on my handmaidens I will pour out in those days of my Spirit; and they shall prophesy:  2:21 And it shall come to pass, that whosoever shall call on the name of the Lord shall be saved.  2:22 Ye men of Israel, hear these words; Jesus of Nazareth, a man approved of God among you by miracles and wonders and signs, which God did by him in the midst of you, as ye yourselves also know:  2:23 Him, being delivered by the determinate counsel and foreknowledge of God, ye have taken, and by wicked hands have crucified and slain:  2:24 Whom God hath raised up, having loosed the pains of death: because it was not possible that he should be holden of it.  2:37 Now when they heard this, they were pricked in their heart, and said unto Peter and to the rest of the apostles, Men and brethren, what shall we do?  2:38 Then Peter said unto them, Repent, and be baptized every one of you in the name of Jesus Christ for the remission of sins, and ye shall receive the gift of the Holy Ghost.  2:40 And with many other words did he testify and exhort, saying, Save yourselves from this untoward generation.  2:41 Then they that gladly received his word were baptized: and the same day there were added unto them about three thousand souls.  2:42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers.  2:46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,  2:47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.

Philip.

Acts  8:5 Then Philip went down to the city of Samaria, and preached Christ unto them.  8:6 And the people with one accord gave heed unto those things which Philip spake, hearing and seeing the miracles which he did.  8:7 For unclean spirits, crying with loud voice, came out of many that were possessed with them: and many taken with palsies, and that were lame, were healed.  8:8 And there was great joy in that city.  8:29 Then the Spirit said unto Philip, Go near, and join thyself to this chariot.  8:30 And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest?  8:31 And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him.  8:32 The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth:  8:33 In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth.  8:34 And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man?  8:35 Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.  8:36 And as they went on their way, they came unto a certain water: and the eunuch said, See, here is water; what doth hinder me to be baptized?  8:37 And Philip said, If thou believest with all thine heart, thou mayest. And he answered and said, I believe that Jesus Christ is the Son of God.  8:38 And he commanded the chariot to stand still: and they went down both into the water, both Philip and the eunuch; and he baptized him.

Peter

Acts  9:32 And it came to pass, as Peter passed throughout all quarters, he came down also to the saints which dwelt at Lydda.  9:33 And there he found a certain man named Aeneas, which had kept his bed eight years, and was sick of the palsy.  9:34 And Peter said unto him, Aeneas, Jesus Christ maketh thee whole: arise, and make thy bed. And he arose immediately.  9:35 And all that dwelt at Lydda and Saron saw him, and turned to the Lord.  9:36 Now there was at Joppa a certain disciple named Tabitha, which by interpretation is called Dorcas: this woman was full of good works and almsdeeds which she did.  9:40 But Peter put them all forth, and kneeled down, and prayed; and turning him to the body said, Tabitha, arise. And she opened her eyes: and when she saw Peter, she sat up.  9:41 And he gave her his hand, and lifted her up, and when he had called the saints and widows, presented her alive.  9:42 And it was known throughout all Joppa; and many believed in the Lord.

Paul and Barnabas.

Acts  13:38 Be it known unto you therefore, men and brethren, that through this man is preached unto you the forgiveness of sins:  13:39 And by him all that believe are justified from all things, from which ye could not be justified by the law of Moses.  13:42 And when the Jews were gone out of the synagogue, the Gentiles besought that these words might be preached to them the next sabbath.  13:43 Now when the congregation was broken up, many of the Jews and religious proselytes followed Paul and Barnabas: who, speaking to them, persuaded them to continue in the grace of God.  13:44 And the next sabbath day came almost the whole city together to hear the word of God.  13:48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed.  13:49 And the word of the Lord was published throughout all the region.  13:52 And the disciples were filled with joy, and with the Holy Ghost.

Now it is your turn to turn people in your world of influence to the Lord.

Listen to the commandment again.

Luke  19:13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.

Doing this will help you to be checking your lifestyle with what you are doing.

You must never be like this person to be ready for the imminent rapture.

Song of Solomon  1:6 Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother’s children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.

But be like Paul apostle.

1 Corinthians  9:25 And every man that striveth for the mastery is temperate in all things. Now they do it to obtain a corruptible crown; but we an incorruptible.  9:26 I therefore so run, not as uncertainly; so fight I, not as one that beateth the air:  9:27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

The good Lord shall help you in particular in Jesus name.

Let us pray.
