Breakthrough through Christ’s instruction.
Luke 5:1 And it came to pass, that, as the people pressed upon him to hear the word of God, he stood by the lake of Gennesaret, 5:2 And saw two ships standing by the lake: but the fishermen were gone out of them, and were washing their nets. 5:3 And he entered into one of the ships, which was Simon’s, and prayed him that he would thrust out a little from the land. And he sat down, and taught the people out of the ship. 5:4 Now when he had left speaking, he said unto Simon, Launch out into the deep, and let down your nets for a draught. 5:5 And Simon answering said unto him, Master, we have toiled all the night, and have taken nothing: nevertheless at thy word I will let down the net. 5:6 And when they had this done, they inclosed a great multitude of fishes: and their net brake. 5:7 And they beckoned unto their partners, which were in the other ship, that they should come and help them. And they came, and filled both the ships, so that they began to sink.
Beloved, many times you have been praying for something.
But then before God answers your prayers, He will give you a small test.
Jesus requested to use the boat of Peter as a platform to preach. He obliged.
When He finished preaching, He told Peter to let down his nets
Peter was very polite, He said to Jesus, they had toiled all night and failed
But then, he was willing to obey Christ.
He did and they had breakthrough Peter had never seen.
Peter was a professional fisherman. He knew the right time to go out to fish for desired breakthrough.
This particular day, they went out and toiled all night, but caught nothing.
He heeded what Christ said and the breakthrough came.
Like Peter, the Lord had instructions for you to.carry out and then breakthrough beyond your widest dreams shall be yours in Jesus name.
Make sure whatever He said, you do .
John 2:5 His mother saith unto the servants, Whatsoever he saith unto you, do it.
The Lord says, you must be biblically saved and sanctified.
Then He says follow me and I will make you.
Follow Jesus, great will be your breakthrough in Jesus name.
Matthew 4:19 And he saith unto them, Follow me, and I will make you to have desired breakthrough beyond your widest dreams.
It is done in Jesus name.
