Now is the time to seek the Lord.
Luke 23:39 And one of the malefactors which were hanged railed on him, saying, If thou be Christ, save thyself and us. 23:40 But the other answering rebuked him, saying, Dost not thou fear God, seeing thou art in the same condemnation? 23:41 And we indeed justly; for we receive the due reward of our deeds: but this man hath done nothing amiss. 23:42 And he said unto Jesus, Lord, remember me when thou comest into thy kingdom. 23:43 And Jesus said unto him, Verily I say unto thee, To day shalt thou be with me in paradise.
God is always available for ever. But human beings are available for some years.
As the male factor crucified with Jesus took advantage of the time he had to obtain eternity with God, so you must do , so that you don’t miss the opportunity of reconciling with the Lord.
The Bible says it is appointed for humanity to die and then face eternal judgement.
Hebrews 9:27 And as it is appointed unto men once to die, but after this the judgment:
Pause and sincerely examine yourself. Have you reconciled with God to guarantee your eternal wellbeing?
Remember as far back as the days of Adam, all have sinned and lost the glory of God.
Romans 3:23 For all have sinned, and come short of the glory of God;
Without Biblical reconciliation, eternal death, separation from God for all eternity is looming on the head of the individual and perhaps you.
Romans 6:23 For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
But then today when you are still hail and healthy, seek God to secure your eternal wellbeing.
Isaiah 55:6 Seek ye the LORD while he may be found, call ye upon him while he is near: 55:7 Let the wicked forsake his way, and the unrighteous man his thoughts: and let him return unto the LORD, and he will have mercy upon him; and to our God, for he will abundantly pardon.
Confession and forsake your sins, outward, biblical salvation and inward, biblical sanctification.
Proverbs 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy
1 John 1:9 If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
What are the sins you must be free from?
1 Corinthians 6:9 Know ye not that the unrighteous shall not inherit the kingdom of God? Be not deceived: neither fornicators, nor idolaters, nor adulterers, nor effeminate, nor abusers of themselves with mankind, 6:10 Nor thieves, nor covetous, nor drunkards, nor revilers, nor extortioners, shall inherit the kingdom of God.
Christ Jesus saves from both outward and inward sins.
Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.
Reach out to Him and He will save and sanctify you.
But then, time is not on your side, it has to be now, because tomorrow might be too late.
2 Corinthians 6:2 (For he saith, I have heard thee in a time accepted, and in the day of salvation have I succoured thee: behold, now is the accepted time; behold, now is the day of salvation.)
The good Lord shall surely help you in particular in Jesus name.
