Endeavor not to miss heaven.

Matthew  7:21 Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven.  7:22 Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works?  7:23 And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Multitude of people are in different Christian assemblies who are not members of Christ church.

Such people will ultimately end up in hell instead of heaven,  please do everything not to be among these people.

The real church of Christ are people bought with the precious blood of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Acts  20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Globally two categories of people fall into churches of Christ.

1. The glorious church.

Ephesians  5:25 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it;  5:26 That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word,  5:27 That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.

2. The graceless church 

2 Timothy  3:1 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come.  3:2 For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy,  3:3 Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good,  3:4 Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God;  3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

You presently belong to one of these two groups.

The glorious church follows the narrow road  and will end up in life eternal.

Unfortunately, the graceless church follows the broad and will end up in everlasting punishment.

Matthew  7:13 Enter ye in at the strait gate: for wide is the gate, and broad is the way, that leadeth to destruction, and many there be which go in thereat:  7:14 Because strait is the gate, and narrow is the way, which leadeth unto life, and few there be that find it.

Matthew  25:46 And these shall go away into everlasting punishment: but the righteous into life eternal.

Be very sincere to examine yourself which category do you belong to?

2 Corinthians  13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Christ our Lord exhorted you to strive  to enter the narrow road or the strait gate.

Luke  13:23 Then said one unto him, Lord, are there few that be saved? And he said unto them,  13:24 Strive to enter in at the strait gate: for many, I say unto you, will seek to enter in, and shall not be able.  13:25 When once the master of the house is risen up, and hath shut to the door, and ye begin to stand without, and to knock at the door, saying, Lord, Lord, open unto us; and he shall answer and say unto you, I know you not whence ye are:  13:26 Then shall ye begin to say, We have eaten and drunk in thy presence, and thou hast taught in our streets.  13:27 But he shall say, I tell you, I know you not whence ye are; depart from me, all ye workers of iniquity.  13:28 There shall be weeping and gnashing of teeth, when ye shall see Abraham, and Isaac, and Jacob, and all the prophets, in the kingdom of God, and you yourselves thrust out.  13:29 And they shall come from the east, and from the west, and from the north, and from the south, and shall sit down in the kingdom of God.  13:30 And, behold, there are last which shall be first, and there are first which shall be last.

The following are the reasons while the graceless church will end up in hell.

1. They sell their birthrights to gain the world at the expense of their precious souls.

Matthew  16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

Hebrews  12:15 Looking diligently lest any man fail of the grace of God; lest any root of bitterness springing up trouble you, and thereby many be defiled;  12:16 Lest there be any fornicator, or profane person, as Esau, who for one morsel of meat sold his birthright.  12:17 For ye know how that afterward, when he would have inherited the blessing, he was rejected: for he found no place of repentance, though he sought it carefully with tears.

2. They followed Christ only for this world. They are miserable people.

1 Corinthians  15:19 If in this life only we have hope in Christ, we are of all men most miserable.

Revelation  3:15 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot.  3:16 So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.  3:17 Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked:  3:18 I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.  3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.  3:20 Behold, I stand at the door, and knock: if any man hear my voice, and open the door, I will come in to him, and will sup with him, and he with me.

To avoid this and live eternally in heaven.

Do the following till Christ comes.

1. Become a sheep to Jesus and receive eternal life from Him.

John  10:27 My sheep hear my voice, and I know them, and they follow me:  10:28 And I give unto them eternal life; and they shall never perish, neither shall any man pluck them out of my hand.

2. Present your bodies a living sacrifice to Christ and don’t be conformed to this world.

Romans  12:1 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service.  12:2 And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.

3. Keep your body under the control of the blessed Holy Spirit.

1 Corinthians  9:27 But I keep under my body, and bring it into subjection: lest that by any means, when I have preached to others, I myself should be a castaway.

Overcome sin, self,, the flesh, the world and walk with God in biblical holiness lifestyle daily till Christ comes, to sustain your name in the book of life.

Revelation  3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

God’s grace will be sufficient for you till Christ comes in Jesus name.

2 Corinthians  9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
