Receiving desired healings through perseverance prayers

Luke  18:35 And it came to pass, that as he was come nigh unto Jericho, a certain blind man sat by the way side begging:  18:36 And hearing the multitude pass by, he asked what it meant.  18:37 And they told him, that Jesus of Nazareth passeth by.  18:38 And he cried, saying, Jesus, thou son of David, have mercy on me.  18:39 And they which went before rebuked him, that he should hold his peace: but he cried so much the more, Thou son of David, have mercy on me.  18:40 And Jesus stood, and commanded him to be brought unto him: and when he was come near, he asked him,  18:41 Saying, What wilt thou that I shall do unto thee? And he said, Lord, that I may receive my sight.  18:42 And Jesus said unto him, Receive thy sight: thy faith hath saved thee.  18:43 And immediately he received his sight, and followed him, glorifying God: and all the people, when they saw it, gave praise unto God. Blind Bartimaeus got his sigh restored.

Hannah got Samuel through persistent prayers.

1 Samuel  1:7 And as he did so year by year, when she went up to the house of the LORD, so she provoked her; therefore she wept, and did not eat.  1:9 So Hannah rose up after they had eaten in Shiloh, and after they had drunk. Now Eli the priest sat upon a seat by a post of the temple of the LORD.  1:10 And she was in bitterness of soul, and prayed unto the LORD, and wept sore.  1:11 And she vowed a vow, and said, O LORD of hosts, if thou wilt indeed look on the affliction of thine handmaid, and remember me, and not forget thine handmaid, but wilt give unto thine handmaid a man child, then I will give him unto the LORD all the days of his life, and there shall no razor come upon his head.  1:27 For this child I prayed; and the LORD hath given me my petition which I asked of him:

Jabez turned sorrow to honorable.

1 Chronicles  4:9 And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow.  4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

The church in Jerusalem got Peter delivered from untimely death through ceaseless prayer.

Acts  12:5 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.  12:11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the LORD hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

Our Lord said you should not faint but pray.

Luke  18:1 And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint;

But then remember God answer only saints and not sinners.

John  9:31 Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

Your prayer must be according to His will.

1 John  5:14 And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us:  5:15 And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Remember, God said call upon Him whenever you are challenged.

Psalms  50:15 And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

Your testimony is now as you pray in Jesus name.

Luke  21:13 And it shall turn to you for a testimony.

Let us pray.
