Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God. Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee. Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy. He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Beloved, glory to God for thus far He has been opening your understanding, that you might understand what it takes to get adequately prepared for the dawning rapture.

Luke 24:45 Then opened he their understanding, that they might understand the scriptures,

This fifth church should demand your utmost attention. This is because, this was the first church among the seven selected churches, that had nothing to be commended for.
Beloved, is it not strange that this church received no commendation from the Lord at all, but reprove.

Revelation 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead

There shall be great suprise on the day of the imminent rapture, that those ministers that carry cloud today full of activities and winning the admiration of multitude globally and with government of nations, have no right standing with God.
In deed they have a name that they live before men, but before God, they sre weighed and found wanting.

Daniel 5:27 tekel; Thou art weighed in the balances, and art found wanting.

These ministers and their congregations are referred to as a graceless miserable church. See it.

Rev 3:15 — Rev 3:18 I know thy works, that thou art neither cold nor hot: I would thou wert cold or hot. So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth. Because thou sayest, I am rich, and increased with goods, and have need of nothing; and knowest not that thou art wretched, and miserable, and poor, and blind, and naked: I counsel thee to buy of me gold tried in the fire, that thou mayest be rich; and white raiment, that thou mayest be clothed, and that the shame of thy nakedness do not appear; and anoint thine eyes with eyesalve, that thou mayest see.

Beloved , let’s talk about you. You are churchy. Before men you are admired, but then deep within you, what do you and God knows about yourself.

Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

2 Timothy 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

You recount how the eyes of Elisha was following Gehazi , when he was committing secret sin and compromise. Instead of receiving the double portion of amounting like his master, he inherited leprosy for generations.
You need not be presumptuous. You know yourself. If what you are portraying is not who you are. Do everything now to amend your ways. , tomorrow might be too late.

2 Corinthians 13:5 Examine yourselves, whether ye be in the faith; prove your own selves. Know ye not your own selves, how that Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates?

Jer 7:3 Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.

Jer 26:13 Therefore now amend your ways and your doings, and obey the voice of the Lord your God; and the Lord will repent him of the evil that he hath pronounced against you.

Beloved, our Lord selected seven churches then to send this all important information to them..

Revelation 1:11 Saying, I am Alpha and Omega, the first and the last: and, What thou seest, write in a book, and send it unto the seven churches which are in Asia; unto Ephesus, and unto Smyrna, and unto Pergamos, and unto Thyatira, and unto Sardis, and unto Philadelphia, and unto Laodicea.

But then these same messages are meant for the universal church and you in particular, until the end of the church age.
No wonder every messages ends with whoever have ears, let him or her , ears what the blessed Holy Spirit is saying. I am persuaded of you, that you have ears.

Revelation 3:6 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Revelation 3:13 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

Revelation 3:22 He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

That informs why seven churches were selected. Meaning totality completeness perfection and finality of all churches, including you.

Acts 20:28 Take heed therefore unto yourselves, and to all the flock, over the which the Holy Ghost hath made you overseers, to feed the church of God, which he hath purchased with his own blood.

Revelation 22:16 I Jesus have sent mine angel to testify unto you these things in the churches. I am the root and the offspring of David, and the bright and morning star.

He sent the messages to the angels of these churches.
Beloved you are part of the angels, because by the virtue of the role , God has given you in particular, you the leader of all in your world of influence. Hallelujah.

Rev 1:19 — Rev 1:20 Write the things which thou hast seen, and the things which are, and the things which shall be hereafter; The mystery of the seven stars which thou sawest in my right hand, and the seven golden candlesticks. The seven stars are the angels of the seven churches: and the seven candlesticks which thou sawest are the seven churches.

Beloved, don’t forget angels sre unique . Very peculiar. Obedient to God in all things and ministering to saints.

Psalms 103:20 Bless the Lord, ye his angels, that excel in strength, that do his commandments, hearkening unto the voice of his word.

Heb 1:13 — Heb 1:14 But to which of the angels said he at any time, Sit on my right hand, until I make thine enemies thy footstool? Are they not all ministering spirits, sent forth to minister for them who shall be heirs of salvation?

If God has made you angel for your world of influence, you can not afford to live a lifestyle of the common people.
To whom much is given, much is required.

Luke 12:48 But he that knew not, and did commit things worthy of stripes, shall be beaten with few stripes. For unto whomsoever much is given, of him shall be much required: and to whom men have committed much, of him they will ask the more.

You must be living a purposeful, focused, single minded and distinguished lifestyle.

1 Thessalonians 2:10 Ye are witnesses, and God also, how holily and justly and unblameably we behaved ourselves among you that believe:

Philippians 2:15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;

Jn 8:46 Which of you convinceth me of sin? And if I say the truth, why do ye not believe me?

Beloved, these messages are time bound. They are imminent. They are meant to prepare you for the dawning rapture or glory, which may be sooner than you think.

Revelation 1:1 The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

Revelation 1:3 Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

Rev 22:10 — Rev 22:11 And he saith unto me, Seal not the sayings of the prophecy of this book: for the time is at hand. He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.

Beloved, I celebrate you. This is because you are wise and you have the most wisest ambition. You must ensure you have a seat among the twenty four elders around the throne of God. It shall not elude you in particular in Jesus name.

Rev 4:1 — Rev 4:4 After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.

No doubt you know that these elders are representatives of the redeemed saints , just like you.

Rev 5:5 — Rev 5:10 And one of the elders saith unto me, Weep not: behold, the Lion of the tribe of Juda, the Root of David, hath prevailed to open the book, and to loose the seven seals thereof. And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth. And he came and took the book out of the right hand of him that sat upon the throne. And when he had taken the book, the four beasts and four and twenty elders fell down before the Lamb, having every one of them harps, and golden vials full of odours, which are the prayers of saints. And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.

Now see what the Bible says about this fifth church.

Rev 3:1 — Rev 3:6 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.

Beloved , see the first thing you noticed about this church.

Revelation 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.

In the body of this epistle. you will observe in it, that whereas in the other epistles Christ begins with commending what is good in the churches, and then proceeds to tell them what is amiss,
But this. began with a reproof, and a very severe one:
I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.
Hypocrisy, and a lamentable decay in religion, are the sins charged upon this church, by one who knew her well, and all her works
This church had gained a great reputation it had a name, and a very honourable one, for a flourishing church, a name for vital lively religion, for purity of doctrine, unity among themselves, uniformity in worship, decency, and order.
We read not of any unhappy divisions among themselves. Every thing appeared well, as to what falls under the observation of men
This church was not really what it was reputed to be. They had a name to live, but they were dead there was a form of godliness, but not the power, a name to live, but not a principle of life.
If there was not a total privation of life, yet there was a great deadness in their souls and in their services, a great deadness in the spirits of their ministers, and a great deadness in their ministrations, in their praying, in their preaching, in their converse,
Also a great deadness in the people in hearing, in prayer, and in conversation what little life was yet left among them was, in a manner, expiring, ready to die.
Our Lord introduced Himself as having the seven Spirits, through which He knows all things.

Revelation 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.

Revelation 5:6 And I beheld, and, lo, in the midst of the throne and of the four beasts, and in the midst of the elders, stood a Lamb as it had been slain, having seven horns and seven eyes, which are the seven Spirits of God sent forth into all the earth.

God gave the Spirit to Him without measure.

John 3:34 For he whom God hath sent speaketh the words of God: for God giveth not the Spirit by measure unto him.

The Son hath the Spirit, not as One who receives it from the Father, but as One who can impart it to men. As man he received it; as God he gives it. And a Church sunk in spiritual deadness specially needs such a gift. Hence the repetition about having the seven stars.
Apart from this, He holds the angels I His hands.

Revelation 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.

It is he who holds in his hand the angels of the Church that also has the Spirit wherewith to quicken them. Those that are alive owe their life and growth to him. Those that are dying or dead may be restored to life by him. Thou hast a name that thou livest, and thou art dead
The Church in Sardis had a name for Christianity, but there was no Christianity in it.
It is in deed a dead church . What does this means .See what the Bible says about dead people who think they are alive. I hope you are not one. You will never be in Jesus name.

Luke 15:24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.

Rom 8:6 — Rom 8:8 For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.

Ephesians 2:1 And you hath he quickened, who were dead in trespasses and sins;

1 Timothy 5:6 But she that liveth in pleasure is dead while she liveth.

The church was dead because they have wandered out of scriptural perceptions and biblical principles and holiness.

Proverbs 21:16 The man that wandereth out of the way of understanding shall remain in the congregation of the dead.

Because our Father in heaven is a living God, His church and people should be alive.

1 Thessalonians 1:9 For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;

God’s people must be living, because they have eternal life.

John 3:16 For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life.

John 17:2 As thou hast given him power over all flesh, that he should give eternal life to as many as thou hast given him.

Unfortunately, for this church, because they are comparing themselves with others, they prided themselves to be alive.

2 Corinthians 10:12 For we dare not make ourselves of the number, or compare ourselves with some that commend themselves: but they measuring themselves by themselves, and comparing themselves among themselves, are not wise.

Secondly, see what our Lord said.

Revelation 3:2 Be watchful, and strengthen the things which remain, that are ready to die: for I have not found thy works perfect before God.

Our Lord proceeds to give this degenerate church the best advice: Be watchful, and strengthen the things,
He advised them to be upon their watch. The cause of their sinful deadness and declension was that they had let down their watch.
Whenever we are off our watch, we lose ground, and therefore must return to our watchfulness against sin, and Satan, and whatever is destructive to the life and power of godliness
To strengthen the things that remain, and that are ready to die.
This means , there were some few who had retained their integrity, but they were in danger of declining with the rest.
It is a difficult thing to keep up to the life and power of godliness ourselves, when we see a universal deadness and declension prevailing round about us.
I have not found thy works perfect before God, not filled up there is something wanting in them there is the shell, but not the kernel there is the carcase, but not the soul–the shadow, but not the substance.
The inward thing is wanting, thy works are hollow and empty prayers are not filled up with holy desires, alms-deeds not filled up with true charity, worship not filled up with suitable devotion of soul to God there are not inward affections suitable to outward acts and expressions.
Now when the spirit is wanting the form cannot long subsist. Stablish the things that remain, which were ready to die.
The works of the Sardian Church have been weighed, and found wanting before God “
A minister of Christ is very often in highest honour with men for the performance of one half of his work, while God is regarding him with displeasure for the neglect of the other half” “Before my God” is undoubtedly the true reading, whatever may be the case in
Beloved, if you have not falleth into.this shameful position. Please be watchful. This is to help you from slipping yourself.

1Co 10:11 — 1Co 10:12 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.

Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.

Galatians 6:1 Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted.

Mat 26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.

Mar 13:33 — Mar 13:37 Take ye heed, watch and pray: for ye know not when the time is. For the Son of man is as a man taking a far journey, who left his house, and gave authority to his servants, and to every man his work, and commanded the porter to watch. Watch ye therefore: for ye know not when the master of the house cometh, at even, or at midnight, or at the cockcrowing, or in the morning: Lest coming suddenly he find you sleeping. And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

But if you are after sincerely examining yourself, please repent immediately.

Revelation 3:3 Remember therefore how thou hast received and heard, and hold fast, and repent. If therefore thou shalt not watch, I will come on thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know what hour I will come upon thee.

To recollect themselves, and remember how they have received and heard
Not only to remember what they had received and heard, what messages they had received from God,.
What tokens of his mercy and favour towards them, what sermons they had heard, but how they had received and heard,
What impressions the mercies of God had made upon their souls at first, what affections they felt working under their word and ordinances, the love of their espousals, the kindness of their youth, how welcome the gospel and the grace of God were to them when they first received them.
Where is the blessedness they then spoke of?
To hold fast what they had received, that they might not lose all, and repent sincerely that they had lost so much of the life of religion, and had run the risk of losing all.
In addition, the Sardians are reminded of the better condition from which they have receded.
They are of those “who, when they have heard the Word, straightway receive it with joy; and they have no root in themselves, but endure for a while”.

Revelation 2:5 Remember therefore from whence thou art fallen, and repent, and do the first works; or else I will come unto thee quickly, and will remove thy candlestick out of his place, except thou repent.

Mat 24:42 — Mat 24:44 Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come. But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up. Therefore be ye also ready: for in such an hour as ye think not the Son of man cometh.

Luk 21:34 — Luk 21:36 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares. For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth. Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.

Beloved, as you are watching, don’t allow all that you have attained slipped of your hands.

Revelation 2:25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

Revelation 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

Christ enforces his counsel with a dreadful threatening in case it should be despised: I will come unto thee as a thief, and thou shalt not know the hour, R
When Christ leaves a people as to his gracious presence, he comes to them in judgment and his judicial presence will be very dreadful to those who have sinned away his gracious presence
His judicial approach to a dead declining people will be surprising their deadness will keep them in security, and, as it procures an angry visit from Christ to them, it will prevent their discerning it and preparing for it (
Such a visit from Christ will be to their loss he will come as a thief, to strip them of their remaining enjoyments and mercies, not by fraud, but in justice and righteousness, taking the forfeiture they have made of all to him.

Revelation 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Matthew 24:43 But know this, that if the goodman of the house had known in what watch the thief would come, he would have watched, and would not have suffered his house to be broken up.

Luke 12:39 And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through.

1Th 5:1 — 1Th 5:2 But of the times and the seasons, brethren, ye have no need that I write unto you. For yourselves know perfectly that the day of the Lord so cometh as a thief in the night.

2 Peter 3:10 But the day of the Lord will come as a thief in the night; in the which the heavens shall pass away with a great noise, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat, the earth also and the works that are therein shall be burned up.

Beloved, the coming of the Lord shall be sudden. Watch.

1Co 15:51 — 1Co 15:52 Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed.

Our Lord gave recognition to those that are still standing..
It is true that today there is global decadence in Christendom universally. Are you still standing?
If Jesus comes now, will He find you still holding out faith. That is living by the entirety of God’s unfailing and unchanging eternal words.

Luk 18:8 I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

Revelation 3:4 Thou hast a few names even in Sardis which have not defiled their garments; and they shall walk with me in white: for they are worthy.

Our blessed Lord does not leave this sinful people without some comfort and encouragement: In the midst of judgment he remembers mercy
He knoweth his own sheep by name, as he knew Moses by name, and written the names of his own in heaven”
He makes honourable mention of the faithful remnant in Sardis, though but small: Thou hast a few names in Sardis which have not defiled their garments they had not given into the prevailing corruptions and pollution of the day and place in which they lived.
God takes notice of the smallest number of those who abide with him and the fewer they are the more precious in his sight
He makes a very gracious promise to them: They shall walk with me in white, for they are worthy–in white robes of justification, and adoption, and comfort, or in the white robes of honour and glory in the other world.
They shall walk with Christ in the pleasant walks of the heavenly paradise and what delightful converse will there be between Christ and them when they thus walk together!
This is an honour proper and suitable to their integrity, which their fidelity has prepared them for, and which it is no way unbecoming Christ to confer upon them, though it is not a legal but a gospel worthiness that is ascribed to them, not merit but meekness.
Those who walk with Christ in the clean garments of real practical holiness here, and keep themselves unspotted from the world, shall walk with Christ in the white robes of honour and glory in the other world: this is a suitable reward.

Revelation 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Revelation 22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

These few are like the few righteous in Sodom. Though they consent to abide in the Church, they do not leaven it, nor does their presence save it: “They shall deliver but their own souls by their righteousnes

Ezekiel 14:14 Though these three men, Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, they should deliver but their own souls by their righteousness, saith the Lord God.

Ezekiel 14:16 Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters; they only shall be delivered, but the land shall be desolate.

Ezekiel 14:18 Though these three men were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither sons nor daughters, but they only shall be delivered themselves.

Ezekiel 14:20 Though Noah, Daniel, and Job, were in it, as I live, saith the Lord God, they shall deliver neither son nor daughter; they shall but deliver their own souls by their righteousness.

Rev 14:4 — Rev 14:5 These are they which were not defiled with women; for they are virgins. These are they which follow the Lamb whithersoever he goeth. These were redeemed from among men, being the firstfruits unto God and to the Lamb. And in their mouth was found no guile: for they are without fault before the throne of God.

These few in Sardis have kept themselves “unspotted from the world” in which they live.
Their contact with a dead body has imparted no life to the body and no defilement to them..
See what it means to keep your garment clean.
You have and living a lifestyle of the nature of God.

Ephesians 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.

Colossians 3:10 And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him:

Romans 13:14 But put ye on the Lord Jesus Christ, and make not provision for the flesh, to fulfil the lusts thereof.

This shall qualify you for your seat around the throne of God. It shall be so in Jesus name

John 17:24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

John 12:26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.

Lastly, Jesus gave them and you an unfailing promises.

Rev 3:5 — Rev 3:6 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.

A great reward promised to the conquering Christian and it is very much the same with what has been already mentioned: He that overcometh shall be clothed in white raiment.
The purity of grace shall be rewarded with the perfect purity of glory.
Holiness, when perfected, shall be its own reward glory is the perfection of grace, differing not in kind, but in degree.

Revelation 16:15 Behold, I come as a thief. Blessed is he that watcheth, and keepeth his garments, lest he walk naked, and they see his shame.

Rev 19:7 — Rev 19:8 Let us be glad and rejoice, and give honour to him: for the marriage of the Lamb is come, and his wife hath made herself ready. And to her was granted that she should be arrayed in fine linen, clean and white: for the fine linen is the righteousness of saints.

Now to this is added another promise very suitable to the case:
I will not blot his name out of the book of life, but will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Revelation 3:5 He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Philippians 4:3 And I intreat thee also, true yokefellow, help those women which laboured with me in the gospel, with Clement also, and with other my fellowlabourers, whose names are in the book of life.

Hebrews 12:23 To the general assembly and church of the firstborn, which are written in heaven, and to God the Judge of all, and to the spirits of just men made perfect,

Daniel 12:1. And at that time shall Michael stand up, the great prince which standeth for the children of thy people: and there shall be a time of trouble, such as never was since there was a nation even to that same time: and at that time thy people shall be delivered, every one that shall be found written in the book.

Christ has his book of life, a register and roll of all who shall inherit eternal life
The book of eternal election
The book of remembrance of all those who have lived to God, and have kept up the life and power of godliness in evil times
Christ will not blot the names of his chosen and faithful ones out of this book of life
Men may be enrolled in the registers of the church, as baptized, as making a profession, as having a name to live, and that name may come to be blotted out of the roll, when it appears that it was but a name, a name to live, without spiritual life such often lose the very name before they die, they are left of God to blot out their own names by their gross and open wickedness.
But the names of those that overcome shall never be blotted out
Christ will produce this book of life, and confess the names of the faithful who stand there, before God, and all the angels he will do this as their Judge, when the books shall be opened he will do this as their captain and head, leading them with him triumphantly to heaven, presenting them to the Father: Behold me, and the children that thou hast given me. How great will this honour and reward be!
Pause. Be very sincere and contact the blessed Holy Spirit. Is your name there in the book of life?
Secret sins and compromise has removed the names of multitude of churchgoers globally from the book of life.

Revelation 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

Exodus 32:33 And the Lord said unto Moses, Whosoever hath sinned against me, him will I blot out of my book.

And the consequences is beyond description. See it.

Revelation 20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

May the good Lord help you in particular in Jesus name.
