Gal 5:22-23 - But the spiritual nature produces love, joy, peace, patience, kindness, goodness,gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness,

Galatians 5:22-23. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Beloved, the only thing that should be your focus at all times on this side of heaven, is your eternal wellbeing. You must be driven with activities geared towards securing what guarantees your living with God for all eternity. So endeavour to be wise.

Deuteronomy 32:29. O that they were wise, that they understood this, that they would consider their latter end!

Proverbs 19:20. Hear counsel, and receive instruction, that thou mayest be wise in thy latter end.

Matthew 7:24-25. Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock: And the rain descended, and the floods came, and the winds blew, and beat upon that house; and it fell not: for it was founded upon a rock.

Beloved, either inside or outside the church, it is very easy to know an unwise person, irrespective of their sensual or intellectual acumen or earthly attainments. See what characterise the lives of an unwise person.

Psalms 49:10-12. For he seeth that wise men die, likewise the fool and the brutish person perish, and leave their wealth to others. Their inward thought is, that their houses shall continue for ever, and their dwelling places to all generations; they call their lands after their own names. Nevertheless man being in honour abideth not: he is like the beasts that perish.

Luke 12:16-21. And he spake a parable unto them, saying, The ground of a certain rich man brought forth plentifully: And he thought within himself, saying, What shall I do, because I have no room where to bestow my fruits? And he said, This will I do: I will pull down my barns, and build greater; and there will I bestow all my fruits and my goods. And I will say to my soul, Soul, thou hast much goods laid up for many years; take thine ease, eat, drink, and be merry. But God said unto him, Thou fool, this night thy soul shall be required of thee: then whose shall those things be, which thou hast provided? So is he that layeth up treasure for himself, and is not rich toward God.

There were two unique personalities in the Bible. One in the old and the other in the new testaments. Moses the servant of the Lord and Paul apostle. These two saints of God had one major pursuit all through their lifetime. See it.
Moses:

Exodus 33:13. Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.

Paul:

Philippians 3:10. That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;

Beloved, the unrelenting pursuit of these two saints was to know God,,the more. This also should be your major focus, until Christ comes. May the Lord help you to be wise unto salvation in Jesus name.
When you know God, you shall discover He has some outstanding attributes. They are innumerable, see some of them. PLENTEOUS IN MERCY, GRACIOUS, LONG-SUFFERING, ABUNDANT GOODNESS, AND TRUTHFUL, FULL OF COMPASSION, SLOW TO ANGER, FORGIVENESS,, RIGHTEOUS, KINDNESS OF HIGHEST ORDER etc. See how the scriptures reveal these outstanding attributes of your Father in heaven.

Exodus 34:6 And the Lord passed by before him, and proclaimed, The Lord, The Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abundant in goodness and truth,

Psalms 86:15. But thou, O Lord, art a God full of compassion, and gracious, longsuffering, and plenteous in mercy and truth.

Psalms 86:5. For thou, Lord, art good, and ready to forgive; and plenteous in mercy unto all them that call upon thee.

Psalms 103:8 The Lord is merciful and gracious, slow to anger, and plenteous in mercy.

Psalms 112:4. Unto the upright there ariseth light in the darkness: he is gracious, and full of compassion, and righteous.

Psalms 145:8-9. The Lord is gracious, and full of compassion; slow to anger, and of great mercy. The Lord is good to all: and his tender mercies are over all his works.

Deuteronomy 32:4. He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

Psalms 145:17. The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.

Beloved, as a wise person, you must endeavour to replicate these attributes of God in your life, if you ever dream to live with Him in eternity. See what the Bible says.

1 John 3:2. Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.

Now, pause and sincerely examine yourself. Do you have likeness or resemblance to God? Is your lifestyle characterized by these attributes? Being like God, should be your foremost pursuit and not any other thing. Whatever you are able to attain on this side of heaven, that makes you to lack likeness or resemblance to God, shall make such person end up in eternal burning flame.
So whatever you have attained inside or outside the church, always ask yourself, do I have the likeness, resemblance ,nature or attributes of God? If you answer is yes, then your eternal well-being is secured and guaranteed. But if it is no, then begin now, to pursue this likeness and resemblance to avert pitiable eternity. It shall not be your portion in Jesus name. So be wise.

Malachi 3:16-18. Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name. And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

Dearly beloved, one unique goal our Lord had, during His earthly ministry was to reproduce Himself in all His followers.

Luke 6:40. The disciple is not above his master: but every one that is perfect shall be as his master.

Matthew 10:25. It is enough for the disciple that he be as his master, and the servant as his lord. If they have called the master of the house Beelzebub, how much more shall they call them of his household?

For this to be attained, He lived exemplary lifestyle for them to follow and be exactly like Him in nature.

John 17:19. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.

John 13:12-17. So after he had washed their feet, and had taken his garments, and was set down again, he said unto them, Know ye what I have done to you? Ye call me Master and Lord: and ye say well; for so I am. If I then, your Lord and Master, have washed your feet; ye also ought to wash one another’s feet. For I have given you an example, that ye should do as I have done to you. Verily, verily, I say unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord; neither he that is sent greater than he that sent him. If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.

See what the priests and others in Bible days said after the ascension of Jesus as they looked at His disciples.

Acts 4:13. Now when they saw the boldness of Peter and John, and perceived that they were unlearned and ignorant men, they marvelled; and they took knowledge of them, that they had been with Jesus.

This should be the impression you must always live behind , anywhere and everywhere you go at all times. They must see Jesus in you in everything you are doing. May the good Lord make you a very good ambassador of His, in Jesus name.
To help believers of all ages, especially you to be like Him, our Lord, exhorted you to learn of Him and also abide in Him

Matthew 11:28-30. Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls. For my yoke is easy, and my burden is light.

John 15:2: Every branch in me that beareth not fruit he taketh away: and every branch that beareth fruit, he purgeth it, that it may bring forth more fruit.

John 15:5: I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
Dearly beloved when you sincerely learn of Him, and you are abiding in Him, then you shall begin to ,manifest His lifestyle.

See some of them.
1. You shall have His mind and be obedient like Him.

Philippians 2:5-8. Let this mind be in you, which was also in Christ Jesus: Who, being in the form of God, thought it not robbery to be equal with God: But made himself of no reputation, and took upon him the form of a servant, and was made in the likeness of men: And being found in fashion as a man, he humbled himself, and became obedient unto death, even the death of the cross.

2. You shall be holy, harmless, undefiled and separate from sinners etc,

Hebrews 7:26. For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;

It is to make this resemblance of Christ easily attainable for believers of all ages and that includes you, that, the blessed Holy Spirit makes His fruit available. You are to pray earnestly until your lifestyle is characterise by this fruit. See how the Bible put it.

Galatians 5:22-23. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

See how the Bible describes, believers manifesting the fruit of the Spirit.

Romans 6:22: But now being made free from sin, and become servants to God, ye have your fruit unto holiness, and the end everlasting life.

Romans 7:4: Wherefore, my brethren, ye also are become dead to the law by the body of Christ; that ye should be married to another, even to him who is raised from the dead, that we should bring forth fruit unto God.

Galatians 5:16-18. This I say then, Walk in the Spirit, and ye shall not fulfil the lust of the flesh. For the flesh lusteth against the Spirit, and the Spirit against the flesh: and these are contrary the one to the other: so that ye cannot do the things that ye would. But if ye be led of the Spirit, ye are not under the law.

Ephesians 5:9: (For the fruit of the Spirit is in all goodness and righteousness and truth;)

Philippians 1:11: Being filled with the fruits of righteousness, which are by Jesus Christ, unto the glory and praise of God.

Colossians 1:10: That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;

2 Peter 1:5-8. And beside this, giving all diligence, add to your faith virtue; and to virtue knowledge; And to knowledge temperance; and to temperance patience; and to patience godliness; And to godliness brotherly kindness; and to brotherly kindness charity. For if these things be in you, and abound, they make you that ye shall neither be barren nor unfruitful in the knowledge of our Lord Jesus Christ.

Receive grace to manifest this fruit and become Christlike in Jesus name.
Friend, praise God you are tirelessly preparing for the dawning rapture. It shall not elude you in Jesus name. However, one thing that shall guarantee readiness when this imminent event takes place is a lifestyle characterised by the fruit of the Spirit. See it.

Galatians 5:22-23. But the fruit of the Spirit is love, joy, peace, longsuffering, gentleness, goodness, faith, Meekness, temperance: against such there is no law.

Unfortunately , carefree believers instead of possessing this fruit in their lives, they are busy pursing spiritual gifts. There is nothing wrong when you have both fruit of the Spirit and Spiritual gifts. But should you have Spiritual gifts and then lack any of the fruit of the Spirit. See what happens.

Matthew 7:21-23. Not every one that saith unto me, Lord, Lord, shall enter into the kingdom of heaven; but he that doeth the will of my Father which is in heaven. Many will say to me in that day, Lord, Lord, have we not prophesied in thy name? and in thy name have cast out devils? and in thy name done many wonderful works? And then will I profess unto them, I never knew you: depart from me, ye that work iniquity.

Friend, see what possessing fruit of the Spirit will make a serious minded believer, which you in particular must emulate and appropriate.

Ephesians 4:17-32. This I say therefore, and testify in the Lord, that ye henceforth walk not as other Gentiles walk, in the vanity of their mind, Having the understanding darkened, being alienated from the life of God through the ignorance that is in them, because of the blindness of their heart: Who being past feeling have given themselves over unto lasciviousness, to work all uncleanness with greediness. But ye have not so learned Christ; If so be that ye have heard him, and have been taught by him, as the truth is in Jesus: That ye put off concerning the former conversation the old man, which is corrupt according to the deceitful lusts; And be renewed in the spirit of your mind; And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness. Wherefore putting away lying, speak every man truth with his neighbour: for we are members one of another. Be ye angry, and sin not: let not the sun go down upon your wrath: Neither give place to the devil. Let him that stole steal no more: but rather let him labour, working with his hands the thing which is good, that he may have to give to him that needeth. Let no corrupt communication proceed out of your mouth, but that which is good to the use of edifying, that it may minister grace unto the hearers. And grieve not the holy Spirit of God, whereby ye are sealed unto the day of redemption. Let all bitterness, and wrath, and anger, and clamour, and evil speaking, be put away from you, with all malice: And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ’s sake hath forgiven you.

Colossians 3:5-17 Mortify therefore your members which are upon the earth; fornication, uncleanness, inordinate affection, evil concupiscence, and covetousness, which is idolatry: For which things’ sake the wrath of God cometh on the children of disobedience: In the which ye also walked some time, when ye lived in them. But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth. Lie not one to another, seeing that ye have put off the old man with his deeds; And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him: Where there is neither Greek nor Jew, circumcision nor uncircumcision, Barbarian, Scythian, bond nor free: but Christ is all, and in all. Put on therefore, as the elect of God, holy and beloved, bowels of mercies, kindness, humbleness of mind, meekness, longsuffering; Forbearing one another, and forgiving one another, if any man have a quarrel against any: even as Christ forgave you, so also do ye. And above all these things put on charity, which is the bond of perfectness. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. Let the word of Christ dwell in you richly in all wisdom; teaching and admonishing one another in psalms and hymns and spiritual songs, singing with grace in your hearts to the Lord. And whatsoever ye do in word or deed, do all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God and the Father by him.

The grace of God through which you are saved will make this attainable to you and also prepares you to be ready for the rapture.. May God give you understanding of this important exhortation in Jesus name.

Titus 2:11-13. For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;

2 Timothy 2:7 Consider what I say; and the Lord give thee understanding in all things.
