Hebrews 6:12 – That ye be Followers of Them, who through Faith and Patience inherit the Promises. Faith without works is dead and it comes by hearing.
Beloved, God your loving Father in heaven remains your singular source for all desired breakthroughs. He alone is. all you need for all things . However, to receive anything and everything from God , you need faith. Without faith, you can not receive anything from Him.
Heb 11:6. But without faith it is impossible to please him: for he that cometh to God must believe that he is, and that he is a rewarder of them that diligently seek him.
You must make diligent efforts to grow your faith by hearing God’s words always.
Romans 10:17. So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.
But then very importantly, remember this. Most times, it takes more than faith to receive from God. This is where majority of believers of all ages and you too perhaps might have missed it, thinking, is not worthwhile to trust God alone for all things. What you must always remember is that most times it takes faith and patience to receive from God. See it.
Heb. 6:12. That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
Lack of patience have made many believers of all ages to loose the best of God. You shall not loose the best of God in Jesus name. So make a determined effort to cultivate these two major godly virtues through which you can receive Healing, lifetime godly spouse, children and diverse other requests.
These virtues are faith and patience. This becomes necessary because God has His timing for all things. Because He knows the end from beginning, He works according to His own time, don’t ever forget this.
Isa 46:10. Declaring the end from the beginning, and from ancient times the things that are not yet done, saying, My counsel shall stand, and I will do all my pleasure:
So anytime you are requesting anything and everything from God, remember, He works according to His own time manifest faith and patience, to help you to receive from Him.
Habakkuk 2:3. For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.
Beloved always remember when you want anything from God your ever loving Father, do not be in haste. Those that are hasty don’t get anything from God.
Isaiah 28:16. Therefore thus saith the Lord God, Behold, I lay in Zion for a foundation a stone, a tried stone, a precious corner stone, a sure foundation: he that believeth shall not make haste.
Always wait patiently for Him. Those that wait for God’s time, gets the best from Him.
Isa 30:18. And therefore will the Lord wait, that he may be gracious unto you, and therefore will he be exalted, that he may have mercy upon you: for the Lord is a God of judgment: blessed are all they that wait for him.
Those believers who wait for God are not ashamed. You shall not be ashamed in Jesus name.
Isa. 49:23. And kings shall be thy nursing fathers, and their queens thy nursing mothers: they shall bow down to thee with their face toward the earth, and lick up the dust of thy feet; and thou shalt know that I am the Lord: for they shall not be ashamed that wait for me.
See examples of those who waited for God. They received unique and great things. This shall be your portion too from now on, in Jesus name.
King David
Psa 40:1 — Psa 40:3. I waited patiently for the Lord; and he inclined unto me, and heard my cry. He brought me up also out of an horrible pit, out of the miry clay, and set my feet upon a rock, and established my goings. And he hath put a new song in my mouth, even praise unto our God: many shall see it, and fear, and shall trust in the Lord.
Abraham – Hebrews 6:15. And so, after he had patiently endured, he obtained the promise.
Beloved remember it takes faith and patience to receive from God. Cultivate these two godly virtues in your life as a lifestyle of a lifetime.
verse 10:35 — Heb 10:39. Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward. For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise. For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry. Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him. But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.
Dearly beloved when you diligently Check what made our Lord Jesus Christ to receive the most exalted name after His earthly ministry. You shall discover He earned it through faith and patience. See them.
1. Faith – Our Lord had faith in His Father, that, He would not leave His dead body in hell.
Acts 2:27. Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.
2. Patience – He endured the shameful pains of crucifixion from Friday to the early morning of Sunday of resurrection. Heb 12:2. Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
So faith and patience as a lifestyle earned our Lord, His exalted name.
Phi 2:9 — Phi 2:11 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
So as one of His faithful followers, the Bible exhorted you in particular to follow His exemplary lifestyle to obtain great things from God as He did.
1Pe 2:21 — 1Pe 2:23. For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously:
Dearly beloved, the blessed Holy Spirit is giving believers of all ages and you in particular, this lifetime exhortation for your wellness here and hereafter. See it. Heb vs 6:12. That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
These two godly virtues made Noah to survive the flood that destroyed the first world. After God told Noah, He would destroyed the world. Noah built the ark and preached for one hundred and twenty years before God told him and his family to enter the ark.
vs. 11:7. By faith Noah, being warned of God of things not seen as yet, moved with fear, prepared an ark to the saving of his house; by the which he condemned the world, and became heir of the righteousness which is by faith.
God manifested longsuffering for one hundred and twenty years for the people of the then world to repent. But they did not and also the faith of Noah did not wane concerning what God said. He would do.
1Pe 3:20 — 1Pe 3:21. Which sometime were disobedient, when once the longsuffering of God waited in the days of Noah, while the ark was a preparing, wherein few, that is, eight souls were saved by water. The like figure whereunto even baptism doth also now save us (not the putting away of the filth of the flesh, but the answer of a good conscience toward God,) by the resurrection of Jesus Christ:
So faith and patience helped Noah. They will help you too, do likewise and receive every blessings from God till Christ comes.
2 Peter 2:5. And spared not the old world, but saved Noah the eighth person, a preacher of righteousness, bringing in the flood upon the world of the ungodly;
Friend, truly the rapture is dawning. Don’t be tired of hearing and preparing. But remember if like Noah, you want to be part of it, you must have faith and patience as a lifestyle.
Heb. 6:12. That ye be not slothful, but followers of them who through faith and patience inherit the promises.
This becomes necessary because, those that shall miss the rapture shall do so because of unbelief.
2Pet 3:3 — 2Pe 3:5. Knowing this first, that there shall come in the last days scoffers, walking after their own lusts, And saying, Where is the promise of his coming? for since the fathers fell asleep, all things continue as they were from the beginning of the creation. For this they willingly are ignorant of, that by the word of God the heavens were of old, and the earth standing out of the water and in the water:
Friend the Bible says you in particular should patiently wait for the coming of the Lord.
Jam 5:7 — Jam 5:8. Be patient therefore, brethren, unto the coming of the Lord. Behold, the husbandman waiteth for the precious fruit of the earth, and hath long patience for it, until he receive the early and latter rain. Be ye also patient; stablish your hearts: for the coming of the Lord draweth nigh.
As you are waiting, continue in prayer to be ready when it shall take place.
1st Peter 4:7. But the end of all things is at hand: be ye therefore sober, and watch unto prayer.
You must also keep the entire word of God to avoid great tribulation. The good Lord shall help you in Jesus name.
Rev 3:10 — Rev 3:11. Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.
