Ephesians 2:8-10. For by grace are ye saved through faith; and that not of yourselves: it is the gift of God: Not of works, lest any man should boast. For we are his workmanship, created in Christ Jesus unto good works, which God hath before ordained that we should walk in them.
Beloved, right from the outset of creation, Adam and humanity of all ages have flagrantly misunderstood the great demand, the privileges of having close ties with God. It is pertinent for you to know that having closer ties with God, entail being restrained from unguided licentious lifestyle and rebellious liberty the Worldling have.
The Worldling by nature refused to retain God in their knowledge, as a result they lived in damnable carnality. See it yourself.
Romans 1:28. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
Romans 8:6-8. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
No doubt Adam was created a free moral agent like you, God did not fail to expressly informed Him of his limitations and conditions for sustaining the cordiality of their relationship. See it.
Genesis 2:15-17. And the Lord God took the man, and put him into the garden of Eden to dress it and to keep it. And the Lord God commanded the man, saying, Of every tree of the garden thou mayest freely eat: But of the tree of the knowledge of good and evil, thou shalt not eat of it: for in the day that thou eatest thereof thou shalt surely die.
When he broke the edge and choose to be licentious, he was driven out of Eden, the enviable garden.
Genesis 3:23-24. Therefore the Lord God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken. So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.
In the same token, God called Abraham into covenant relationship with lofty promises. See it.
Genesis 12:1-4. Now the Lord had said unto Abram, Get thee out of thy country, and from thy kindred, and from thy father’s house, unto a land that I will shew thee: And I will make of thee a great nation, and I will bless thee, and make thy name great; and thou shalt be a blessing: And I will bless them that bless thee, and curse him that curseth thee: and in thee shall all families of the earth be blessed. So Abram departed, as the Lord had spoken unto him; and Lot went with him: and Abram was seventy and five years old when he departed out of Haran.
However the continuity of this relationship was premised on wholehearted obedience of Abraham.
Genesis 17:1. And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.
God is unchanging in His conditional relationship. When Israel were delivered from captivity, He made them to realise pointedly of the innumerable privileges and blessings that will be made available to them.
However on a condition that, they walk in dependent relationship with Him. Their independence shall severe the relationship and the privileges shall be lost. See what they were told.
Exodus 15:13. Thou in thy mercy hast led forth the people which thou hast redeemed: thou hast guided them in thy strength unto thy holy habitation.
Exodus 19:5-6. Now therefore, if ye will obey my voice indeed, and keep my covenant, then ye shall be a peculiar treasure unto me above all people: for all the earth is mine: And ye shall be unto me a kingdom of priests, and an holy nation. These are the words which thou shalt speak unto the children of Israel.
Leviticus 11:44-45. For I am the Lord your God: ye shall therefore sanctify yourselves, and ye shall be holy; for I am holy: neither shall ye defile yourselves with any manner of creeping thing that creepeth upon the earth. For I am the Lord that bringeth you up out of the land of Egypt, to be your God: ye shall therefore be holy, for I am holy.
Leviticus 20:26. And ye shall be holy unto me: for I the Lord am holy, and have severed you from other people, that ye should be mine.
Leviticus 20: 22-24,Ye shall therefore keep all my statutes, and all my judgments, and do them: that the land, whither I bring you to dwell therein, spue you not out. And ye shall not walk in the manners of the nation, which I cast out before you: for they committed all these things, and therefore I abhorred them. But I have said unto you, Ye shall inherit their land, and I will give it unto you to possess it, a land that floweth with milk and honey: I am the Lord your God, which have separated you from other people.
Beloved, always remember, your relationship with God is premised on your wholehearted obedience,, if you intend to enjoy the ceaseless privileges of sonship. These conditions are referred to as ordained works, which you must conscientiously walk in obediently.
Receive grace to do so in Jesus name.
Israel as a people abysmally disappointed the Lord and lost the privileges. You shall not fail in Jesus name.
Romans 11:22. Behold therefore the goodness and severity of God: on them which fell, severity; but toward thee, goodness, if thou continue in his goodness: otherwise thou also shalt be cut off.
Dearly beloved, believers of all ages and that includes you, are saved for a unique purpose. Prior to their conversion, whatever works done by them, were regarded as rags before God.
Isaiah 64:6. But we are all as an unclean thing, and all our righteousnesses are as filthy rags; and we all do fade as a leaf; and our iniquities, like the wind, have taken us away.
But after they have experienced biblical salvation, a great demand is placed on them on the ordained works, they must continue to walk in, for the rest of their lives.
Matthew 11:28-29 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls.
Immediately after conversion, they are to take the yoke of Christ upon then and begin to learn of Him and be doing likewise.
Our Lord lived a sanctified lifestyle for believers of all ages to follow.
John 17:19. And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.
1 Peter 2:21. For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:
Jesus our Lord called these ordained works, light that must be shining in your lifestyle.
Matthew 5:16: Let your light so shine before men, that they may see your good works, and glorify your Father which is in heaven.
Philippians 2:15. That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
The blessed Holy Spirit gave more insight into the demand of God on all believers and you in particular, the works ordained for you to walk in, after you have been saved by grace. See it.

Dearly beloved, see how the scriptures amplified these ordained works, you must be walking in, till you see Christ.
Colossians 1:10: That ye might walk worthy of the Lord unto all pleasing, being fruitful in every good work, and increasing in the knowledge of God;
2 Thessalonians 2:16-17. Now our Lord Jesus Christ himself, and God, even our Father, which hath loved us, and hath given us everlasting consolation and good hope through grace, Comfort your hearts, and stablish you in every good word and work.
1 Timothy 2:9-10 In like manner also, that women adorn themselves in modest apparel, with shamefacedness and sobriety; not with broided hair, or gold, or pearls, or costly array; But (which becometh women professing godliness) with good works.
1 Timothy 5:9-10. Let not a widow be taken into the number under threescore years old, having been the wife of one man, Well reported of for good works; if she have brought up children, if she have lodged strangers, if she have washed the saints’ feet, if she have relieved the afflicted, if she have diligently followed every good work.
1 Timothy 6:17-18. Charge them that are rich in this world, that they be not highminded, nor trust in uncertain riches, but in the living God, who giveth us richly all things to enjoy; That they do good, that they be rich in good works, ready to distribute, willing to communicate;
2 Timothy 2:20-21. But in a great house there are not only vessels of gold and of silver, but also of wood and of earth; and some to honour, and some to dishonour. If a man therefore purge himself from these, he shall be a vessel unto honour, sanctified, and meet for the master’s use, and prepared unto every good work.
2 Timothy 3:16-17. All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness: That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
Titus 2:7-8. In all things shewing thyself a pattern of good works: in doctrine shewing uncorruptness, gravity, sincerity, Sound speech, that cannot be condemned; that he that is of the contrary part may be ashamed, having no evil thing to say of you.
Titus 3:1: Put them in mind to be subject to principalities and powers, to obey magistrates, to be ready to every good work,
Titus 3:8: This is a faithful saying, and these things I will that thou affirm constantly, that they which have believed in God might be careful to maintain good works. These things are good and profitable unto men.
Titus 3:14: And let ours also learn to maintain good works for necessary uses, that they be not unfruitful.
Hebrews 10:24: And let us consider one another to provoke unto love and to good works:
Interestingly God did not just demanded these good works from believers of all ages and you to walk in them, He provided adequate grace for them to do it. See it.
2 Corinthians 9:8: And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
Friend, it is praiseworthy that you are among the few serious minded believers who are living daily in readiness for the dawning rapture. But then you must bear in mind that biblical salvation alone can not give you the ticket to partake in the rapture.
No doubt, mammy believers are in deed saved, however, when they failed to work , the walk ordained by God, the scripture below give their true picture. You need to check up that you are not caught up in this web. Such believers shall be damned. You shall not be damned in Jesus name. See what their lives look like.
2 Timothy 3:1-5. This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
Friend you must as a matter of compulsion commit yourself to the ordained works God wants you to walk in, to enable you see Him at the end of your life or be part of the imminent event.

Now see the works that differentiates you from carefree believers. It makes you to fall into categories of glorious church and not graceless church.
1. You must be living a lifestyle of sobriety, purity and righteousness
Titus 2:11-14. For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
2. You must be living in perfection according to the scriptures.
Hebrews 13:20-21. Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Matthew 5:48. Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
3. You must continue in His reveal works and words to the end.
Revelation 2:25-29. But that which ye have already hold fast till I come. And he that overcometh, and keepeth my works unto the end, to him will I give power over the nations: And he shall rule them with a rod of iron; as the vessels of a potter shall they be broken to shivers: even as I received of my Father. And I will give him the morning star. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
Revelation 3:10-13. Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown. Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name. He that hath an ear, let him hear what the Spirit saith unto the churches.
