August 31, 2019 – Enrich and Sustain your relationship with Jesus reading our daily devotional – SANCTIFIED and to explain the reason why you need to HOLD ON TO SOUND DOCTRINE
1 Thessalonians 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
1. He has devices.
2 Co 2:11 Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.
2. He had wiles.
Ephesians 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.
3. The deceiver of the whole world.
Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
4. More subtle than other beasts.
Genesis 3:1 Now the serpent was more subtil than any beast of the field which the Lord God had made. And he said unto the woman, Yea, hath God said, Ye shall not eat of every tree of the garden?
5. Father of liars.
John 8:44 Ye are of your father the devil, and the lusts of your father ye will do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and abode not in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaketh a lie, he speaketh of his own: for he is a liar, and the father of it.
Beloved , it is painful that satan at this perilous time, deviced a very subtle dambable doctrine, that is so potent and swaying multitude of the so called believers to perdition.
You shall not be swayed in Jesus name.
1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils;
2Co 11:3 — 2Co 11:4 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ. For if he that cometh preacheth another Jesus, whom we have not preached, or if ye receive another spirit, which ye have not received, or another gospel, which ye have not accepted, ye might well bear with him.
Gal 1:6 — Gal 1:9 I marvel that ye are so soon removed from him that called you into the grace of Christ unto another gospel: Which is not another; but there be some that trouble you, and would pervert the gospel of Christ. But though we, or an angel from heaven, preach any other gospel unto you than that which we have preached unto you, let him be accursed. As we said before, so say I now again, If any man preach any other gospel unto you than that ye have received, let him be accursed.
Remember this. The nature of your Father in heaven is holiness and calls all His saints from eternity past to eternity future to sane.
1Pe 1:14 — 1Pe 1:16 As obedient children, not fashioning yourselves according to the former lusts in your ignorance: But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.
Psalms 145:17 The Lord is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.
Anyone and everyone that desires to have anything to do with God must agree with this unchanging standard.
Amos 3:3 Can two walk together, except they be agreed?
His eyes is pure, He does not tolerate uncleanness or licentious lifestyle from anyone.
Habakkuk 1:13 Thou art of purer eyes than to behold evil, and canst not look on iniquity: wherefore lookest thou upon them that deal treacherously, and holdest thy tongue when the wicked devoureth the man that is more righteous than he?
Anyone and everyone that shall live with Him in eternity must be righteous without and holy within.
Psa 24:3 — Psa 24:4 Who shall ascend into the hill of the Lord? or who shall stand in his holy place? He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart; who hath not lifted up his soul unto vanity, nor sworn deceitfully.
Isaiah 57:15 For thus saith the high and lofty One that inhabiteth eternity, whose name is Holy; I dwell in the high and holy place, with him also that is of a contrite and humble spirit, to revive the spirit of the humble, and to revive the heart of the contrite ones.
No wonder when Abraham was not consistent in his walk with Him, He called him to order.
Genesis 17:1 And when Abram was ninety years old and nine, the Lord appeared to Abram, and said unto him, I am the Almighty God; walk before me, and be thou perfect.
Zacharias and Elizabeth were able to walk with Him, because they were both righteous through and through.
Luk 1:5 — Luk 1:6 There was in the days of Herod, the king of Judaea, a certain priest named Zacharias, of the course of Abia: and his wife was of the daughters of Aaron, and her name was Elisabeth. And they were both righteous before God, walking in all the commandments and ordinances of the Lord blameless.
God’s expectations from all His saints and that includes you, is that you must be holy, righteous and sanctified in your spirit , soul and body.
1 Thessalonians 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Now the most dangerous and dambable doctrine of the devil at this perilous time is that, God is only interested in your heart or spirit and you can do whatever you like with your body and soul or your mind. It is very unfortunate that the church of Christ globally is presently being swayed away by this other gospel. I am persuaded you are not. Please see these scriptures.
Rom 12:1 — Rom 12:2 I beseech you therefore, brethren, by the mercies of God, that ye present your bodies a living sacrifice, holy, acceptable unto God, which is your reasonable service. And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.
1Co 6:19 — 1Co 6:20 What? know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost which is in you, which ye have of God, and ye are not your own? For ye are bought with a price: therefore glorify God in your body, and in your spirit, which are God’s.
Beloved, you discover that from these two scriptures, God is interested in your heart, that is your spirit, then your mind, which is your soul and then your body. All must be presented holy and blameless to God, if you will end up with Him in eternity. No defiled person shall enter heaven.
Revelation 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
May God help you in particular to be wise and not to be deluded by this dambable doctrine , called another gospel in Jesus name.
Dearly beloved, during the earthly ministry of our Lord, He taught the wholesome doctrine that touches believers spirit, soul and body. See it,
Mat 5:3 — Mat 5:12 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are they that mourn: for they shall be comforted. Blessed are the meek: for they shall inherit the earth. Blessed are they which do hunger and thirst after righteousness: for they shall be filled. Blessed are the merciful: for they shall obtain mercy. Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Blessed are they which are persecuted for righteousness’ sake: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven. Blessed are ye, when men shall revile you, and persecute you, and shall say all manner of evil against you falsely, for my sake. Rejoice, and be exceeding glad: for great is your reward in heaven: for so persecuted they the prophets which were before you.
Our Lord called His followers in Bible days and by extension His followers of all ages, which include you to be perfect, the same way God called Abraham to perfection.
Matthew 5:48 Be ye therefore perfect, even as your Father which is in heaven is perfect.
This perfection does not make you to have same knowledge like Him, but same nature like Him.
See the perfection required from all humanity, including you.
Perfection in Noah.
Genesis 6:9. These are the generations of Noah: Noah was a just man and perfect in his generations, and Noah walked with God.
Perfection in Job.
Job 1:8. And the Lord said unto Satan, Hast thou considered my servant Job, that there is none like him in the earth, a perfect and an upright man, one that feareth God, and escheweth evil?
Perfection in king Hezekiah.
Isaiah 38:3. And said, Remember now, O Lord, I beseech thee, how I have walked before thee in truth and with a perfect heart, and have done that which is good in thy sight. And Hezekiah wept sore.
So when God or Jesus calls you to perfection, it is to have the same nature of holiness and righteousness they both have.
Ephesians 4:24 And that ye put on the new man, which after God is created in righteousness and true holiness.
This required perfection compels all professing children of God to present themselves wholly to God, spirit, soul and body in holiness and true righteousness.
It is this same perfection that the blessed Holy Spirit revealed to the church through apostle Paul. That, the believers and that includes you must present their spirit, soul and body blameless to God. If such people will ever have anything to do with God on this side of heaven or at eternality. See it.
1 Thessalonians 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
See how other scriptures affirm it differently but meaning same thing.
1 Thessalonians 4:7 For God hath not called us unto uncleanness, but unto holiness.
Romans 1:7 To all that be in Rome, beloved of God, called to be saints: Grace to you and peace from God our Father, and the Lord Jesus Christ.
1Co 1:8 Who shall also confirm you unto the end, that ye may be blameless in the day of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Phi 2:15 That ye may be blameless and harmless, the sons of God, without rebuke, in the midst of a crooked and perverse nation, among whom ye shine as lights in the world;
1Th 3:12 — 1Th 3:13 And the Lord make you to increase and abound in love one toward another, and toward all men, even as we do toward you: To the end he may stablish your hearts unblameable in holiness before God, even our Father, at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ with all his saints.
Col 1:21 — Col 1:22 And you, that were sometime alienated and enemies in your mind by wicked works, yet now hath he reconciled In the body of his flesh through death, to present you holy and unblameable and unreproveable in his sight:
Eph 5:25 — Eph 5:27 Husbands, love your wives, even as Christ also loved the church, and gave himself for it; That he might sanctify and cleanse it with the washing of water by the word, That he might present it to himself a glorious church, not having spot, or wrinkle, or any such thing; but that it should be holy and without blemish.
Tit 2:11 — Tit 2:14 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ; Who gave himself for us, that he might redeem us from all iniquity, and purify unto himself a peculiar people, zealous of good works.
Dearly beloved do not be swayed by this demonic doctrine that makes a person licentious and still professing religion. Your spirit, soul and body must be holy and blameless, to have access to eternity or be part of the dawning rapture.. The good Lord shall help you in particular in Jesus name.
1 Thessalonians 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Friend, glory to God, you are part of the few in the church world that are awaken to the reality of this end time, that is very perilous. The rapture is dawning. Please be prepared. But then you must validate your resolve to partake in this imminent event, by doing away with anything in your spirit, soul and body, that can defile you.
Revelation 21:27 And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.
Your spirit, soul and body must be blameless to see Christ in eternity or partake in the rapture.
1 Thessalonians 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
Old Testament.
Isa 33:15 — Isa 33:17 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil; He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure. Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty:they shall behold the land that is very far off.
New Testament.
2Pe 3:11 — 2Pe 3:14 Seeing then that all these things shall be dissolved, what manner of persons ought ye to be in all holy conversation and godliness, Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
Receive grace that helps you to keeps your spirit, soul and body blameless in preparation for meeting Christ in the air after the trumpet in Jesus name.
