Dearly beloved, the Bible in deed is the book of biblical wisdom. Many things that happened in the time past, are for you in particular to learn from them.
Romans 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.
1 Corinthians 10:11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor west, nor south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. – Psalms 75:6-7
Beloved, don’t give God opportunity to contemplate passing your lifetime assignment and reward to another person, for reasons best known to Him.
Always remember, God has a prepared Joshua to replace un-watchful Moses. There is always a ready made David, a man after God’s heart, to replace the wilful Saul.
Psa 75:6 — Psa 75:7 For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor from the west, nor from the south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor west, nor south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. – Psalms 75:6-7
Beloved, see the following people and do everything to ensure your lifetime assignment is not passed to another person.
1. Samuel replaced Hophni and Phinehas as a priest.
1Sa 2:34 — 1Sa 2:36 And this shall be a sign unto thee, that shall come upon thy two sons, on Hophni and Phinehas; in one day they shall die both of them. And I will raise me up a faithful priest, that shall do according to that which is in mine heart and in my mind: and I will build him a sure house; and he shall walk before mine anointed for ever. And it shall come to pass, that every one that is left in thine house shall come and crouch to him for a piece of silver and a morsel of bread, and shall say, Put me, I pray thee, into one of the priests’ offices, that I may eat a piece of bread.
2. David replaced king Saul.
1Sa 13:13 — 1Sa 13:14 And Samuel said to Saul, Thou hast done foolishly: thou hast not kept the commandment of the LORD thy God, which he commanded thee: for now would the LORD have established thy kingdom upon Israel for ever. But now thy kingdom shall not continue: the LORD hath sought him a man after his own heart, and the LORD hath commanded him to be captain over his people, because thou hast not kept that which the LORD commanded thee.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor west, nor south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. – Psalms 75:6-7
3. Queen Esther replaced Vashti.
Esther 2:17 And the king loved Esther above all the women, and she obtained grace and favour in his sight more than all the virgins; so that he set the royal crown upon her head, and made her queen instead of Vashti.
4. Mordecai replaced Haman.
Est 10:2 — Est 10:3 And all the acts of his power and of his might, and the declaration of the greatness of Mordecai, whereunto the king advanced him, are they not written in the book of the chronicles of the kings of Media and Persia? For Mordecai the Jew was next unto king Ahasuerus, and great among the Jews, and accepted of the multitude of his brethren, seeking the wealth of his people, and speaking peace to all his seed.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor west, nor south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. – Psalms 75:6-7
5 Matthias replaced Judas.
Act 1:16 — Act 1:26 Men and brethren, this scripture must needs have been fulfilled, which the Holy Ghost by the mouth of David spake before concerning Judas, which was guide to them that took Jesus. For he was numbered with us, and had obtained part of this ministry. Now this man purchased a field with the reward of iniquity; and falling headlong, he burst asunder in the midst, and all his bowels gushed out. And it was known unto all the dwellers at Jerusalem; insomuch as that field is called in their proper tongue, Aceldama, that is to say, The field of blood. For it is written in the book of Psalms, Let his habitation be desolate, and let no man dwell therein: and his bishoprick let another take. Wherefore of these men which have companied with us all the time that the Lord Jesus went in and out among us, Beginning from the baptism of John, unto that same day that he was taken up from us, must one be ordained to be a witness with us of his resurrection. And they appointed two, Joseph called Barsabas, who was surnamed Justus, and Matthias. And they prayed, and said, Thou, Lord, which knowest the hearts of all men, shew whether of these two thou hast chosen, That he may take part of this ministry and apostleship, from which Judas by transgression fell, that he might go to his own place. And they gave forth their lots; and the lot fell upon Matthias; and he was numbered with the eleven apostles.
Be faithful and God fearing, to fulfil your lifetime assignment, for you to enjoy earthly and eternal promotion of the Lord as it happened to our Lord. It shall be so in Jesus name.
Phi 2:9 — Phi 2:11 Wherefore God also hath highly exalted him, and given him a name which is above every name: That at the name of Jesus every knee should bow, of things in heaven, and things in earth, and things under the earth; And that every tongue should confess that Jesus Christ is Lord, to the glory of God the Father.
HEBREWS 12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.
For promotion cometh neither from the east, nor west, nor south. But God is the judge: he putteth down one, and setteth up another. – Psalms 75:6-7
