Beloved, the saints of old experienced unique and enviable deeds of God on the platform of consistent prevailing heartfelt prayer. God had assured saints of all ages, that He is always available to them, when they come to Him in wholehearted prayers.

Jeremiah 29:12-13. Then shall ye call upon me, and ye shall go and pray unto me, and I will hearken unto you. And ye shall seek me, and find me, when ye shall search for me with all your heart.

You are expected to begin each day with your prayer sent to heaven.

Psalms 5:3: My voice shalt thou hear in the morning, O LORD; in the morning will I direct my prayer unto thee, and will look up.

God had given several promises to His saints to make them pray and prevail over challenges of life.

Psalms 50:15. And call upon me in the day of trouble: I will deliver thee, and thou shalt glorify me.

Psalms 55:17: Evening, and morning, and at noon, will I pray, and cry aloud: and he shall hear my voice.

Psalms 55:22: Cast thy burden upon the LORD, and he shall sustain thee: he shall never suffer the righteous to be moved.
Psalms 62:8: Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

Isaiah 65:24. And it shall come to pass, that before they call, I will answer; and while they are yet speaking, I will hear.

Jeremiah 33:3. Call unto me, and I will answer thee, and shew thee great and mighty things, which thou knowest not..

Jacob

And he said, Let me go, for the day breaketh. And he said, I will not let thee go, except thou bless me. And he said unto him, What is thy name? And he said, Jacob. And he said, Thy name shall be called no more Jacob, but Israel: for as a prince hast thou power with God and with men, and hast prevailed. And Jacob asked him, and said, Tell me, I pray thee, thy name. And he said, Wherefore is it that thou dost ask after my name? And he blessed him there.

Elijah

1 Kings 18:41-45. And Elijah said unto Ahab, Get thee up, eat and drink; for there is a sound of abundance of rain. So Ahab went up to eat and to drink. And Elijah went up to the top of Carmel; and he cast himself down upon the earth, and put his face between his knees, And said to his servant, Go up now, look toward the sea. And he went up, and looked, and said, There is nothing. And he said, Go again seven times. And it came to pass at the seventh time, that he said, Behold, there ariseth a little cloud out of the sea, like a man’s hand. And he said, Go up, say unto Ahab, Prepare thy chariot, and get thee down, that the rain stop thee not.

However, prevailing in prayer or receiving answers to your petitions is conditional to your implicit obedience to God’s laws and a lifestyle free from sin.. See what the scriptures says.

Psalms 66:18. If I regard iniquity in my heart, the Lord will not hear me:

Proverbs 1:24-29. Because I have called, and ye refused; I have stretched out my hand, and no man regarded; But ye have set at nought all my counsel, and would none of my reproof: I also will laugh at your calamity; I will mock when your fear cometh; When your fear cometh as desolation, and your destruction cometh as a whirlwind; when distress and anguish cometh upon you. and did not choose the fear of the Lord:

Proverbs 28:9. He that turneth away his ear from hearing the law, even his prayer shall be abomination.

Isaiah 59:1-2. Behold, the Lord’s hand is not shortened, that it cannot save; neither his ear heavy, that it cannot hear: But your iniquities have separated between you and your God, and your sins have hid his face from you, that he will not hear.

Zechariah 7:13. Therefore it is come to pass, that as he cried, and they would not hear; so they cried, and I would not hear, saith the Lord of hosts:

Beloved, avoid the quick fix attitude, that majority of the so called believers are looking for, that made them preys to merchandise ministers. When ever you are confronted with a challenge just pray and God certainly shall answer your prayer in Jesus name. After the victory of Jacob over the threat of death from his brother Esau. He has been an encouragement to saints of all ages. See , he speaks to you too. Be encouraged to pray and prevail over this challenges in your life as you listen to his testimony.

Hosea 12:2-4. The Lord hath also a controversy with Judah,and will punish Jacob according to his ways; according to his doings will he recompense him. He took his brother by the heel in the womb, and by his strength he had power with God: Yea, he had power over the angel, and prevailed: he wept, and made supplication unto him: he found him in Bethel, and there he spake with us;

Dearly beloved, Jesus Christ our Lord lived a lifestyle of prevailing prayers during His earthly ministry. From the beginning to the end of His ministry, He prevailed through prayers. See how scriptures affirmed it.

Luke 3:21-22. Now when all the people were baptized, it came to pass, that Jesus also being baptized, and praying, the heaven was opened, And the Holy Ghost descended in a bodily shape like a dove upon him, and a voice came from heaven, which said, Thou art my beloved Son; in thee I am well pleased.

Mark 1:35. And in the morning, rising up a great while before day, he went out, and departed into a solitary place, and there prayed.

Mark 6:46: And when he had sent them away, he departed into a mountain to pray.

Luke 6:12: And it came to pass in those days, that he went out into a mountain to pray, and continued all night in prayer to God.

John 6:15: ¶When Jesus therefore perceived that they would come and take him by force, to make him a king, he departed again into a mountain himself alone.

Luke 22:39 -46. ¶And he came out, and went, as he was wont, to the mount of Olives; and his disciples also followed him. And when he was at the place, he said unto them, Pray that ye enter not into temptation.And he was withdrawn from them about a stone’s cast, and kneeled down, and prayed, Saying, Father, if thou be willing, remove this cup from me: nevertheless not my will, but thine, be done. And there appeared an angel unto him from heaven, strengthening him.

And being in an agony he prayed more earnestly: and his sweat was as it were great drops of blood falling down to the ground.And when he rose up from prayer, and was come to his disciples, he found them sleeping for sorrow, And said unto them, Why sleep ye? rise and pray, lest ye enter into temptation.

Hebrews 5:7: Who in the days of his flesh, when he had offered up prayers and supplications with strong crying and tears unto him that was able to save him from death, and was heard in that he feared;

Our Lord did not just prayed to be victorious alone. He taught His followers of all ages and that includes you,. That should you desire victory after His order, then , you must pray. See it yourself.

Luke 18:1-8. And he spake a parable unto them to this end, that men ought always to pray, and not to faint; Saying, There was in a city a judge, which feared not God, neither regarded man: And there was a widow in that city; and she came unto him, saying, Avenge me of mine adversary. And he would not for a while: but afterward he said within himself, Though I fear not God, nor regard man; Yet because this widow troubleth me, I will avenge her, lest by her continual coming she weary me. And the Lord said, Hear what the unjust judge saith. And shall not God avenge his own elect, which cry day and night unto him, though he bear long with them? I tell you that he will avenge them speedily. Nevertheless when the Son of man cometh, shall he find faith on the earth?

In addition, He also taught them of the need to live a life from from sin, for their prayers to be answered.

John 9:31. Now we know that God heareth not sinners: but if any man be a worshipper of God, and doeth his will, him he heareth.

The blessed Holy Spirit further exhorted believers on the same principles our Lord taught, and encouraged them to continue to do it. See it.

Over and over the scriptures encouraged believers to pray and prevail over every lifetime challenges. Beloved if you are challenged. You need not despair. Just pray. See what the Bible says.

Romans 12:12: Rejoicing in hope; patient in tribulation; continuing instant in prayer;

Philippians 4:6: Be careful for nothing; but in every thing by prayer and supplication with thanksgiving let your requests be made known unto God.

Colossians 4:2: Continue in prayer, and watch in the same with thanksgiving;

1 Thessalonians 5:17. Pray without ceasing.

1 John 5:14-15. And this is the confidence that we have in him, that, if we ask any thing according to his will, he heareth us: And if we know that he hear us, whatsoever we ask, we know that we have the petitions that we desired of him.

Jude 1:20: But ye, beloved, building up yourselves on your most holy faith, praying in the Holy Ghost,

Dearly beloved, you are set to prevail in life, like Jesus our Lord. Do what He did. He prayed.
Friend, one major virtue that you must determinedly cultivate to validate your earnest desire to be part of the dawning rapture, is a lifestyle of prevailing prayers. Don’t ever forget.
You are going to be fiercely challenged by the host of darkness because of your resolve to be part of this glorious imminent event. However, your guarantee of victory and prevailing is consistent prayers. See what the Bible says.

Friend, you will need to watch and pray for this event not to elude you. It shall not in Jesus name.

This watching and praying can not be over emphasised. It is your singular. guarantee to prevail over the devil. See what the scriptures says over and over.

Luke 12:37-40 Blessed are those servants, whom the lord when he cometh shall find watching: verily I say unto you, that he shall gird himself, and make them to sit down to meat, and will come forth and serve them. And if he shall come in the second watch, or come in the third watch, and find them so, blessed are those servants. And this know, that if the goodman of the house had known what hour the thief would come, he would have watched, and not have suffered his house to be broken through. Be ye therefore ready also: for the Son of man cometh at an hour when ye think not.

Matthew 24:42: ¶Watch therefore: for ye know not what hour your Lord doth come.

Matthew 25:13: Watch therefore, for ye know neither the day nor the hour wherein the Son of man cometh.

Mark 13:37: And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.

In addition for your prayers to be answered as you are living a watchful lifestyle, don’t forget to keep all the commandments of the Lord.

1 John 3:22. And whatsoever we ask, we receive of him, because we keep his commandments, and do those things that are pleasing in his sight.
