One great trait in the lives of Sons of God is that we are Peace Makers. We are favorites in the family when we are given to winning Souls.
Eze 37:26. Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.
Beloved, anywhere or at anytime you noticed confusion between families, husband and wife, tribal misunderstanding, state conflicting with each other or countries being at war with each other. Never ever forget, it has nothing to do with God, because, He has never been and will never be the author of confusion. 1 Corinthians 14:33. For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
On the contrary, He is reputed to be the God of peace, seeking the peace of His people and that includes you. Romans 15:33. Now the God of peace be with you all. Amen. Romans 16:20. And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen. Philippians 4:9. Those things, which ye have both learned, and received, and heard, and seen in me, do: and the God of peace shall be with you. 1 Thessalonians 5:23-24. And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. Faithful is he that calleth you, who also will do it. Hebrews 13:20 -21. Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
From the outset, His dealings with saints of old, was to speak peace to them. Psalms 85:8. I will hear what God the Lord will speak: for he will speak peace unto his people, and to his saints: but let them not turn again to folly. No wonder, He entered into covenant of peace with Israel and every blood bought child of God like you. Praise God. Ezekiel 37:26. Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.
The Bible is repleted with this unique attribute of God making covenant of peace with nation , group of people or even an individual. Let Him do same with you too, by walking in agreement with Him.
1. Nation : Ezekiel 34:25: And I will make with them a covenant of peace, and will cause the evil beasts to cease out of the land: and they shall dwell safely in the wilderness, and sleep in the woods.. Isaiah 54:10. For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.
2. Individual : Numbers 25:10-13. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, Phinehas, the son of Eleazar, the son of Aaron the priest, hath turned my wrath away from the children of Israel, while he was zealous for my sake among them, that I consumed not the children of Israel in my jealousy. Wherefore say, Behold, I give unto him my covenant of peace: And he shall have it, and his seed after him, even the covenant of an everlasting priesthood; because he was zealous for his God, and made an atonement for the children of Israel.
3. Group of people. Malachi 2:4-6. And ye shall know that I have sent this commandment unto you, that my covenant might be with Levi, saith the Lord of hosts. My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and was afraid before my name. The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity. Beloved just like your Father in heaven is doing, you too determinedly begin to seek peace with all and sundry, till Christ comes. Receive grace to do this in Jesus name. Psalms 34:14. Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
Dearly beloved, Jesus Christ our Lord has been and shall continually be forever and ever, the Prince of Peace. Isaiah 9:6. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace. Because of this, during His earthly ministry, He lived a lifestyle of Peace for the believers of all ages and you in particular to emulate Him., and be conducting yourself peaceable with others. 1 Peter 2:21. For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps: Matthew 12:18-20. Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles. He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets. A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory.Matthew 26:63. But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God. Isaiah 53:7. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. Isaiah 50:6. I gave my back to the smiters, and my cheeks to them that plucked off the hair: I hid not my face from shame and spitting. Acts 8:30-35. And Philip ran thither to him, and heard him read the prophet Esaias, and said, Understandest thou what thou readest? And he said, How can I, except some man should guide me? And he desired Philip that he would come up and sit with him. The place of the scripture which he read was this, He was led as a sheep to the slaughter; and like a lamb dumb before his shearer, so opened he not his mouth: In his humiliation his judgment was taken away: and who shall declare his generation? for his life is taken from the earth. And the eunuch answered Philip, and said, I pray thee, of whom speaketh the prophet this? of himself, or of some other man? Then Philip opened his mouth, and began at the same scripture, and preached unto him Jesus.
He also came to give all His followers of all ages, especially you, a lasting peace. You shall have it and enjoy it here and hereafter in Jesus name. John 14:27: Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid. John 16:33. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world. John 20:21. Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you. Much more than this, He also through His death on the cross reconcile the erring sinners with His righteous Father and your Father. Romans 5:1. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ: Ephesians 2:14-18. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
He finally through His words, commanded His followers and you in particular to live in peace with others. Acts 10:36 The word which God sent unto the children of Israel, preaching peace by Jesus Christ: (he is Lord of all:). Romans 14:17. For the kingdom of God is not meat and drink; but righteousness, and peace, and joy in the Holy Ghost. 2 Corinthians 13:11. Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you. Colossians 3:15. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful. Receive grace to be doer of His words in Jesus name. JESUS CHRIST, THE EPITOME OF BIBLICAL PEACEMAKER, FOLLOW HIS EXAMPLE.
Friend, the dawning rapture is an opportunity for believers to be joined eternally with God of peace and the Prince of peace. It shall not elude you in Jesus name. Unfortunately, the worldlings and the churchgoers who find it difficult to emulate both God the Father and Jesus shall not be part of it. You shall be part in Jesus name. The simple reason for this, is the fact, that, the way of peace they do not know and find it difficult to live peaceably with others. Pause a little here. This can never ever be your attitude. But just in case, it is , address it now. Romans 3:17-18. And the way of peace have they not known: There is no fear of God before their eyes. Genesis 26:20-21. And the herdmen of Gerar did strive with Isaac’s herdmen, saying, The water is ours: and he called the name of the well Esek; because they strove with him. And they digged another well, and strove for that also: and he called the name of it Sitnah.
Friend, believers like you, that shall be part of this dawning rapture by the grace of God are those who are gentle and peaceable with all men like Jesus. Receive grace to be doer of this attitude in Jesus name. Romans 12:18. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men. Hebrews 12:14. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord: In addition, friend , you must endeavour continually till Christ comes, to reconcile the erring sinners to God as Christ, himself did. Matthew 5:9. Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God. Romans 10:13-15. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things! May the Lord depend on you in Jesus name.
