My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes. – Psalms 119:171
Dearly beloved brethren, praise and worship are comely for Bible believing believers, who are committed to obeying God in all things and at all times.
Doing this makes their praise and worship counts before God..
Acts 2:42 And they continued stedfastly in the apostles’ doctrine and fellowship, and in breaking of bread, and in prayers. vs 46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart, 47 Praising God, and having favour with all the people. And the Lord added to the church daily such as should be saved.
Only these saints, worship God in truth and Spirit, because God magnified His word above any praise and worship. See this.
Psalms 138:2 I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.
My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes. – Psalms 119:171
Beloved brethren, when this becomes your lifestyle, then you must be thankful and praiseful.
God takes so much delight in the saints that obeys His words.
Psalms 92:1 It is a good thing to give thanks unto the LORD, and to sing praises unto thy name, O most High: 92:2 To shew forth thy lovingkindness in the morning, and thy faithfulness every night, 92:3 Upon an instrument of ten strings, and upon the psaltery; upon the harp with a solemn sound.
Psalms 34:1 I will bless the LORD at all times: his praise shall continually be in my mouth. 34:2 My soul shall make her boast in the LORD: the humble shall hear thereof, and be glad. 34:3 O magnify the LORD with me, and let us exalt his name together.
Psalms 100:1 Make a joyful noise unto the LORD, all ye lands. 100:2 Serve the LORD with gladness: come before his presence with singing. 100:3 Know ye that the LORD he is God: it is he that hath made us, and not we ourselves; we are his people, and the sheep of his pasture. 100:4 Enter into his gates with thanksgiving, and into his courts with praise: be thankful unto him, and bless his name. 100:5 For the LORD is good; his mercy is everlasting; and his truth endureth to all generations.
My lips shall utter praise, when thou hast taught me thy statutes. – Psalms 119:171
Jesus Christ our Lord, taught Bible believing believers of all ages and that includes you, to praise God at all times and in prayers. See this.
Matthew 6:9 After this manner therefore pray ye: Our Father which art in heaven, Hallowed be thy name. 6:10 Thy kingdom come. Thy will be done in earth, as it is in heaven. 6:13 And lead us not into temptation, but deliver us from evil: For thine is the kingdom, and the power, and the glory, for ever. Amen.
Our Lord Jesus Christ Himself, lived a lifestyle of thanking and worshiping God, during His earthly ministry. See some instances.
Matthew 15:36 And he took the seven loaves and the fishes, and gave thanks, and brake them, and gave to his disciples, and the disciples to the multitude.
Matthew 26:27 And he took the cup, and gave thanks, and gave it to them, saying, Drink ye all of it;
Luke 10:21 In that hour Jesus rejoiced in spirit, and said, I thank thee, O Father, Lord of heaven and earth, that thou hast hid these things from the wise and prudent, and hast revealed them unto babes: even so, Father; for so it seemed good in thy sight.
John 11:41 Then they took away the stone from the place where the dead was laid. And Jesus lifted up his eyes, and said, Father, I thank thee that thou hast heard me..

Even, before going to Gethsemane to pray and to the cross, He worshipped God, with His disciples. See this yourself.
Matthew 26:30 And when they had sung an hymn, they went out into the mount of Olives.
This praise for obedient saints was what, David was engaging in appreciation of numerous unmerited mercies of God in His life. See this.

Psalms 103:1 Bless the LORD, O my soul: and all that is within me, bless his holy name. 103:2 Bless the LORD, O my soul, and forget not all his benefits:
Beloved brethren, make your own praise and worship too , counts before God, as you delight Him, with lifestyle of obedient in all things and at all times, like Daniel.
Daniel 2:19 Then was the secret revealed unto Daniel in a night vision. Then Daniel blessed the God of heaven. 2:23 I thank thee, and praise thee, O thou God of my fathers, who hast given me wisdom and might, and hast made known unto me now what we desired of thee: for thou hast now made known unto us the king’s matter.
