Matthew 5:23-24. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
Beloved, you will always remember that God’s eyes can capture every acts and deeds of everyone and anyone on the face of the earth. Nothing is hidden from Him.
Psalms 139:7-12. Whither shall I go from thy spirit? or whither shall I flee from thy presence? If I ascend up into heaven, thou art there: if I make my bed in hell, behold, thou art there. If I take the wings of the morning, and dwell in the uttermost parts of the sea; Even there shall thy hand lead me, and thy right hand shall hold me. If I say, Surely the darkness shall cover me; even the night shall be light about me. Yea, the darkness hideth not from thee; but the night shineth as the day: the darkness and the light are both alike to thee.
Hebrews 4:13. Neither is there any creature that is not manifest in his sight: but all things are naked and opened unto the eyes of him with whom we have to do.
This knowledge of God on all the acts of humanity shall be recalled at the end of time, to determine the eternal wellbeing of such individuals and that includes you.
Ecclesiastes 12:13-14. Let us hear the conclusion of the whole matter: Fear God, and keep his commandments: for this is the whole duty of man. For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.
For this not to affect the person, especially you negatively, God, counsels everyone strongly to correct their past.
Ecclesiastes 3:15. That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.
This becomes important, because whenever a sin is committed by anyone and everyone, most times, it affects both God and a person or a company.
Acts 24:16. And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.
Beloved, it is true that God will forgive as you confess and cleanse the person. However, how about the person or the company offended? Amends must be done also, before anyone can have clear conscience.
Proverbs 28:13. He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh them shall have mercy.
1 John 1:9. If we confess our sins, he is faithful and just to forgive us our sins, and to cleanse us from all unrighteousness.
No marvel Jesus tells His followers of all ages and you are not excluded, never to bring anything to God, when their fellow human beings, it may be their spouse, neighbours , colleagues or brethren in the church are grieved for what they have done against them. Please don’t ever forget this . See it.
Matthew 5:23-24. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
See some restrictions done against others, that must be resolved to have conscience void of offence not only to God, but also to your fellow human beings. It is only after all of these or any of them are properly addressed that You can bring your gifts, your tithes, your services to God. See them:
1. Restitution: husband, wife and persons to rightful owners. When you have divorced your wife or husband and you have the spouse of another person still alive with you. Your first husband or first wife is your lawful spouse, if you have sent them easy to marry another one. Your profession of salvation is not genuine and eternity of such person is doom. Your eternity shall not be doomed in Jesus name. Please amend your ways now. See this Bible passage.
Genesis 20:1-8. And Abraham journeyed from thence toward the south country, and dwelled between Kadesh and Shur, and sojourned in Gerar. And Abraham said of Sarah his wife, She is my sister: and Abimelech king of Gerar sent, and took Sarah. But God came to Abimelech in a dream by night, and said to him, Behold, thou art but a dead man, for the woman which thou hast taken; for she is a man’s wife. But Abimelech had not come near her: and he said, Lord, wilt thou slay also a righteous nation? Said he not unto me, She is my sister? and she, even she herself said, He is my brother: in the integrity of my heart and innocency of my hands have I done this. And God said unto him in a dream, Yea, I know that thou didst this in the integrity of thy heart; for I also withheld thee from sinning against me: therefore suffered I thee not to touch her. Now therefore restore the man his wife; for he is a prophet, and he shall pray for thee, and thou shalt live: and if thou restore her not, know thou that thou shalt surely die, thou, and all that are thine. Therefore Abimelech rose early in the morning, and called all his servants, and told all these things in their ears: and the men were sore afraid.
Genesis 20:14-18. And Abimelech took sheep, and oxen, and menservants, and womenservants, and gave them unto Abraham, and restored him Sarah his wife. And Abimelech said, Behold, my land is before thee: dwell where it pleaseth thee. And unto Sarah he said, Behold, I have given thy brother a thousand pieces of silver: behold, he is to thee a covering of the eyes, unto all that are with thee, and with all other: thus she was reproved. So Abraham prayed unto God: and God healed Abimelech, and his wife, and his maidservants; and they bare children. For the Lord had fast closed up all the wombs of the house of Abimelech, because of Sarah Abraham’s wife.
2. Restitution: stolen things. When you have properties of other people in your possessions, stolen properties of the company you are working, stolen money from your organisation. If you fail to restore them and the person die or the rapture takes place, such people shall be damned. You shall not be damned. Please amend your ways now.
Exodus 22:1-7. If a man shall steal an ox, or a sheep, and kill it, or sell it; he shall restore five oxen for an ox, and four sheep for a sheep. If a thief be found breaking up, and be smitten that he die, there shall no blood be shed for him. If the sun be risen upon him, there shall be blood shed for him; for he should make full restitution; if he have nothing, then he shall be sold for his theft. If the theft be certainly found in his hand alive, whether it be ox, or ass, or sheep; he shall restore double. If a man shall cause a field or vineyard to be eaten, and shall put in his beast, and shall feed in another man’s field; of the best of his own field, and of the best of his own vineyard, shall he make restitution. If fire break out, and catch in thorns, so that the stacks of corn, or the standing corn, or the field, be consumed therewith; he that kindled the fire shall surely make restitution. If a man shall deliver unto his neighbour money or stuff to keep, and it be stolen out of the man’s house; if the thief be found, let him pay double.
3. Restitution: Lies and deception. Whenever you have used lies and deception to acquire anything. Such things are sufficient to send such people to hell or hinder them from partaking in the rapture. Please amend your ways.
Leviticus 6:1-7. And the Lord spake unto Moses, saying, If a soul sin, and commit a trespass against the Lord, and lie unto his neighbour in that which was delivered him to keep, or in fellowship, or in a thing taken away by violence, or hath deceived his neighbour; Or have found that which was lost, and lieth concerning it, and sweareth falsely; in any of all these that a man doeth, sinning therein: Then it shall be, because he hath sinned, and is guilty, that he shall restore that which he took violently away, or the thing which he hath deceitfully gotten, or that which was delivered him to keep, or the lost thing which he found, Or all that about which he hath sworn falsely; he shall even restore it in the principal, and shall add the fifth part more thereto, and give it unto him to whom it appertaineth, in the day of his trespass offering. And he shall bring his trespass offering unto the Lord, a ram without blemish out of the flock, with thy estimation, for a trespass offering, unto the priest: And the priest shall make an atonement for him before the Lord: and it shall be forgiven him for any thing of all that he hath done in trespassing therein.
4. Restitution: Done to the Lord. Whenever you can not locate the person , you stole from or deceived. Do the restitution to the Lord. Take such money and drop it in the offering box of your church.
Numbers 5:6-8. Speak unto the children of Israel, When a man or woman shall commit any sin that men commit, to do a trespass against the Lord, and that person be guilty; Then they shall confess their sin which they have done: and he shall recompense his trespass with the principal thereof, and add unto it the fifth part thereof, and give it unto him against whom he hath trespassed. But if the man have no kinsman to recompense the trespass unto, let the trespass be recompensed unto the Lord, even to the priest; beside the ram of the atonement, whereby an atonement shall be made for him.
5. Restitution:,Payments of debts. When you are owing others and you ate building new houses, buying new cars and buying new clothes or new handsets and you failed to pay your debts to those you are owning. Hell awaits such a person. Such people shall never be part of the rapture.
Ezekiel 33:14-16. Again, when I say unto the wicked, Thou shalt surely die; if he turn from his sin, and do that which is lawful and right; If the wicked restore the pledge, give again that he had robbed, walk in the statutes of life, without committing iniquity; he shall surely live, he shall not die. None of his sins that he hath committed shall be mentioned unto him: he hath done that which is lawful and right; he shall surely live.
Beloved , please amend your ways before it is too late. Undone restitutions will send anyone and everyone to hell . It is real.
Jeremiah 7:3. Thus saith the Lord of hosts, the God of Israel, Amend your ways and your doings, and I will cause you to dwell in this place.
Dearly beloved, Jesus Christ your Lord is the truth personified. He had been with His Father from eternity past. He knew His Father required correction of the past and that eternal death awaits anyone that fails to do such. During His earthly ministry, He encouraged His followers of all ages and that includes you, to validate their profession of salvation by doing their restitutions. This becomes necessary for them not to regret at the end of time. You shall not regret in Jesus name. See what He taught.
Matthew 5:23-24. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
You wonder what exactly is restitution. It is an act of making amends for wrongs done against our fellow men, restoring stolen or misappropriated things, properties or persons to their rightful owners, paying back just debts, giving back where one has defrauded, making confessions to the offended or slandered, so as to have conscience void of offence towards God and men.
Acts 24:16. And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.
Restitution makes you to be at peace with your fellow human beings.
Mark 9:50: Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.
Romans 12:18. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
Restitution makes you to be a person with integrity.
Romans 12:17: Recompense to no man evil for evil. Provide things honest in the sight of all men.
Restitution makes you salvation to be validated and acceptable in heaven.
Matthew 3:8. Bring forth therefore fruits meet for repentance:
Acts 26:20. But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.
Luke 19:8-9. And Zacchaeus stood, and said unto the Lord; Behold, Lord, the half of my goods I give to the poor; and if I have taken any thing from any man by false accusation, I restore him fourfold. And Jesus said unto him, This day is salvation come to this house, forsomuch as he also is a son of Abraham.
Restitution makes you to know what is right and good and you are doing it.
James 4:17. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
Restitution makes your eternal wellbeing secured. It makes you qualify for eternal rewards and partake in the dawning rapture.
Revelation 22:11-12. He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.
See the account of restitutions Paul apostle did.
1. He restored the servant of a believer back to Him, even though, that person was very useful to Him.
Philemon 1:7-19. For we have great joy and consolation in thy love, because the bowels of the saints are refreshed by thee, brother. Wherefore, though I might be much bold in Christ to enjoin thee that which is convenient, Yet for love’s sake I rather beseech thee, being such an one as Paul the aged, and now also a prisoner of Jesus Christ. I beseech thee for my son Onesimus, whom I have begotten in my bonds: Which in time past was to thee unprofitable, but now profitable to thee and to me: Whom I have sent again: thou therefore receive him, that is, mine own bowels: Whom I would have retained with me, that in thy stead he might have ministered unto me in the bonds of the gospel: But without thy mind would I do nothing; that thy benefit should not be as it were of necessity, but willingly. For perhaps he therefore departed for a season, that thou shouldest receive him for ever; Not now as a servant, but above a servant, a brother beloved, specially to me, but how much more unto thee, both in the flesh, and in the Lord? If thou count me therefore a partner, receive him as myself. If he hath wronged thee, or oweth thee ought, put that on mine account; I Paul have written it with mine own hand, I will repay it: albeit I do not say to thee how thou owest unto me even thine own self besides.
2. He apologised when He discovered he was wrong.
Acts 23:1-5. And Paul, earnestly beholding the council, said, Men and brethren, I have lived in all good conscience before God until this day. And the high priest Ananias commanded them that stood by him to smite him on the mouth. Then said Paul unto him, God shall smite thee, thou whited wall: for sittest thou to judge me after the law, and commandest me to be smitten contrary to the law? And they that stood by said, Revilest thou God’s high priest? Then said Paul, I wist not, brethren, that he was the high priest: for it is written, Thou shalt not speak evil of the ruler of thy people.
Since you also you are a believer like Him, make sure you too do your restitutions.
JESUS ENCOURAGED BELIEVERS OF ALL AGES AND YOU IN PARTICULAR, TO DO THEIR RESTITUTIONS, TO VALIDATE THEIR SALVATION PROFESSION.
Friend, your desire to be part of the forthcoming looming rapture shall be realised in Jesus name. This shall be possible as you know what is right and do it. You need to correct your past wrongs done to fellow human beings. It is true that God has forgiven you, but then your fellow human beings must forgive you also.
James 4:17. Therefore to him that knoweth to do good, and doeth it not, to him it is sin.
Ecclesiastes 3:15. That which hath been is now; and that which is to be hath already been; and God requireth that which is past.
Acts 24:16. And herein do I exercise myself, to have always a conscience void of offence toward God, and toward men.
Friend, if you fail to do your restitutions, you shall be like the Pharisees that do partial obedience. See how Jesus described them. You must never ever be like that.
Matthew 23:23: Woe unto you, scribes and Pharisees, hypocrites! for ye pay tithe of mint and anise and cummin, and have omitted the weightier matters of the law, judgment, mercy, and faith: these ought ye to have done, and not to leave the other undone.
This was why Jesus taught His followers of all ages with you included, not to do anything for God, when you know, you are not willing to obey Him totally.
Matthew 5:23-24. Therefore if thou bring thy gift to the altar, and there rememberest that thy brother hath ought against thee; Leave there thy gift before the altar, and go thy way; first be reconciled to thy brother, and then come and offer thy gift.
See this. Eternal death, separation from God for all eternity is the lot of anyone and everyone who fails to do restitutions. See it from the mouth of God the Father.
Genesis 20:1-8. And Abraham journeyed from thence toward the south country, and dwelled between Kadesh and Shur, and sojourned in Gerar. Ezekiel 18:20. The soul that sinneth, it shall die. The son shall not bear the iniquity of the father, neither shall the father bear the iniquity of the son: the righteousness of the righteous shall be upon him, and the wickedness of the wicked shall be upon him.
Romans 6:23. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.
Revelation 21:8. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.
