As you recount how Goliath came down before David. As you recount the victory of the three Hebrews that the burning furnace of King Nebuchadnezzar cold not burn. As you remember the Lions became household pets for Daniel. The lists are inexaustible. Then you will come to accept the fact that Saintliness in Bible days or this contemporary time is very profitable.
Are you going through any confrontation with the devil on your job or family. Be rest assured that your God and loving Father has invincible power and might to subdue on your behalf , every foe see His unfailing promises for all saints and you in particular.

Beloved, never succumb or cow before the devil or his hunan agents. They are no match at all for you. Just trust God and engage them with righteousness, fasting and prayer and then victory shall be yours in this present battles in Jesus name. Remember the people who knows their unfailing God shall be strong and do exploits.
Heb 11:32 — Heb 11:34 And what shall I more say? for the time would fail me to tell of Gedeon, and of Barak, and of Samson, and of Jephthae; of David also, and Samuel, and of the prophets: Who through faith subdued kingdoms, wrought righteousness, obtained promises, stopped the mouths of lions, Quenched the violence of fire, escaped the edge of the sword, out of weakness were made strong, waxed valiant in fight, turned to flight the armies of the aliens.
Dearly beloved, when you gave your life to Christ, you were enlisted to follow a captain , as a soldier who never lost any battle.

Jesus your Lord through His victory on the cross had made believers of all ages and you in particular, more than conquerors.

Heb 2:14 — Heb 2:15 – Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.
Romans 8:37 Nay, in all these things we are more than conquerors through him that loved us.
But then remember to have victory, you are not fighting flesh and blood or human beings.

Because of this you do not use human weapons to fight. Things like going to court or exchanging blows can not give you victory.

The blessed Holy Spirit through the writings of apostle Paul was reminding believers of all ages, especially you, never ever to cow or succumb or fear the devil who might confront them in their pilgrimage to heaven. That through the triumph of Jesus on the cross, satan and his cohorts and human agents have been permanently defeated. See it.

Dearly beloved you have been made more than conquerors. Believe it, embrace it.
Appropriate it and apply it to engage the devil anytime, he confronts you in the battles of life.
But then make sure you are biblically born again or compromising secretly. Anyone and everyone that does that shall not only be defeated but wounded or even loose life. This shall not be your portion in Jesus name.
Act 19:13 — Act 19:16 Then certain of the vagabond Jews, exorcists, took upon them to call over them which had evil spirits the name of the Lord Jesus, saying, We adjure you by Jesus whom Paul preacheth. And there were seven sons of one Sceva, a Jew, and chief of the priests, which did so. And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye? And the man in whom the evil spirit was leaped on them, and overcame them, and prevailed against them, so that they fled out of that house naked and wounded.
Friend , it is great to set your mind to mind tirelessly to prepare for the dawning rapture.
The good Lord shall help you in particular and this event shall not elude you in Jesus name. Bit then know that this noble decision shall bring you into unexplainable confrontation with the devil. This is because you want to go to heaven , where he was driven out.

Revelation 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.
So he will engage you in fierce battles.
Revelation 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
Friend , you need not tremble and drop the desire to be part of the rapture. Know assuredly that himself and his cohorts and human agents are defeated foe’s. Jesus through Calvary had defeated them completely and permanently. They know it but they shall still try to fight you.

So engage the weapons of warfare our Lord provided. Realise two things will make these weapons avail for you.
1. Biblical and sustained salvation. Satan knows believers that are genuinely saved and are keeping the faith.
Acts 19:15 And the evil spirit answered and said, Jesus I know, and Paul I know; but who are ye?
2. Wholehearted and consistent obedience.
2Co 10:4 — 2Co 10:6 (For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal, but mighty through God to the pulling down of strong holds;) Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ; And having in a readiness to revenge all disobedience, when your obedience is fulfilled.

But once these two things are in place, you are more than conquerors till Christ cones and you shall always triumph, though Jesus”s vicyory on the cross in Jesus name.
