Beloved, your Father in heaven is Jehovah shalom. Meaning God through whom desirable peace can be secured. You shall have such peace in Jesus name. Your Father is God of peace.
Judges 6:22-24. And when Gideon perceived that he was an angel of the Lord, Gideon said, Alas, O Lord God! for because I have seen an angel of the Lord face to face. And the Lord said unto him, Peace be unto thee; fear not: thou shalt not die. Then Gideon built an altar there unto the Lord, and called it Jehovah shalom: unto this day it is yet in Ophrah of the Abiezrites.
Romans 16:20. And the God of peace shall bruise Satan under your feet shortly. The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you. Amen.
2 Corinthians 13:11. Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
Wherever you find confusion, conflict and disharmony. God is not there. This is because , He has never been and will never ever be the author of confusion.
1 Corinthians 14:33. For God is not the author of confusion, but of peace, as in all churches of the saints.
He always encourage and support peace between His creations. You too must have peaceable disposition.
Psalms 34:11-14. Come, ye children, hearken unto me: I will teach you the fear of the Lord. What man is he that desireth life, and loveth many days, that he may see good? Keep thy tongue from evil, and thy lips from speaking guile. Depart from evil, and do good; seek peace, and pursue it.
Beloved, you must know this and do everything to avoid it. Sinners are separated from God, they don’t have His peace. You shall have the peace of God in Jesus name.
Isaiah 48:22. There is no peace, saith the Lord, unto the wicked.
Isaiah 57:21. There is no peace, saith my God, to the wicked.
The gospel is the means by which peace is made between God and sinners
Isaiah 52:7. How beautiful upon the mountains are the feet of him that bringeth good tidings, that publisheth peace; that bringeth good tidings of good, that publisheth salvation; that saith unto Zion, Thy God reigneth!
Malachi 2:5-6. My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and was afraid before my name. The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.
Matthew 5:9: Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
Your Father in heaven is still looking for peacemakers. Be enlisted today and bring every unsaved people in your world of influence to Him. Receive grace to do so in Jesus name.
Always remember this. Only wholehearted. obedient saints are at peace with God., I am persuaded you are one. See what to do to join them, if you are not.
Job 22:21-23. Acquaint now thyself with him, and be at peace: thereby good shall come unto thee. Receive, I pray thee, the law from his mouth, and lay up his words in thine heart. If thou return to the Almighty, thou shalt be built up, thou shalt put away iniquity far from thy tabernacles.
Psalms 119:165. Great peace have they which love thy law: and nothing shall offend them.
God blesses His saints with peace as their earthly rewards. See them.
Psalms 29:11. The Lord will give strength unto his people; the Lord will bless his people with peace.
Proverbs 16:7. When a man’s ways please the Lord, he maketh even his enemies to be at peace with him.
Isaiah 26:3. Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.
Isaiah 48:17-18. Thus saith the Lord, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the Lord thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:
Isaiah 54:10. For the mountains shall depart, and the hills be removed; but my kindness shall not depart from thee, neither shall the covenant of my peace be removed, saith the Lord that hath mercy on thee.
Isaiah 54:13. And all thy children shall be taught of the Lord; and great shall be the peace of thy children.
Isaiah 66:12. For thus saith the Lord, Behold, I will extend peace to her like a river and the glory of the Gentiles like a flowing stream: then shall ye suck, ye shall be borne upon her sides, and be dandled upon her knees.
Haggai 2:9. The glory of this latter house shall be greater than of the former, saith the Lord of hosts: and in this place will I give peace, saith the Lord of hosts.
They also receive eternal. peace as rewards.
Psalms 37:37. Mark the perfect man, and behold the upright: for the end of that man is peace.
Isaiah 9:7. Of the increase of his government and peace there shall be no end, upon the throne of David, and upon his kingdom, to order it, and to establish it with judgment and with justice from henceforth even for ever. The zeal of the Lord of hosts will perform this.
Ezekiel 37:26. Moreover I will make a covenant of peace with them; it shall be an everlasting covenant with them: and I will place them, and multiply them, and will set my sanctuary in the midst of them for evermore.
This shall be your portion in Jesus. So join the peacemakers and reconcile the unsaved in your world of influence to God. It is well with you in Jesus name.
Dearly beloved, Jesus our Lord is the indisputable and undeniable Prince of peace.
Isaiah 9:6. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
1. He showed peaceful disposition during His earthly ministry
Matthew 12:18-21. Behold my servant, whom I have chosen; my beloved, in whom my soul is well pleased: I will put my spirit upon him, and he shall shew judgment to the Gentiles. He shall not strive, nor cry; neither shall any man hear his voice in the streets. A bruised reed shall he not break, and smoking flax shall he not quench, till he send forth judgment unto victory. And in his name shall the Gentiles trust.
Matthew 26:62-63. And the high priest arose, and said unto him, Answerest thou nothing? what is it which these witness against thee? But Jesus held his peace. And the high priest answered and said unto him, I adjure thee by the living God, that thou tell us whether thou be the Christ, the Son of God.
2. He encouraged His followers of all ages and you too, to live in peaceful disposition with others.
Mark 9:50: Salt is good: but if the salt have lost his saltness, wherewith will ye season it? Have salt in yourselves, and have peace one with another.
Romans 12:18. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
Romans 14:19: Let us therefore follow after the things which make for peace, and things wherewith one may edify another.
1 Corinthians 7:12-15. But to the rest speak I, not the Lord: If any brother hath a wife that believeth not, and she be pleased to dwell with him, let him not put her away. And the woman which hath an husband that believeth not, and if he be pleased to dwell with her, let her not leave him. For the unbelieving husband is sanctified by the wife, and the unbelieving wife is sanctified by the husband: else were your children unclean; but now are they holy. But if the unbelieving depart, let him depart. A brother or a sister is not under bondage in such cases: but God hath called us to peace.
2 Corinthians 13:11: Finally, brethren, farewell. Be perfect, be of good comfort, be of one mind, live in peace; and the God of love and peace shall be with you.
Ephesians 4:3: Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.
Philippians 4:7. And the peace of God, which passeth all understanding, shall keep your hearts and minds through Christ Jesus.
Colossians 3:14 -15. And above all these things put oncharity, which is the bond of perfectness. And let the peace of God rule in your hearts, to the which also ye are called in one body; and be ye thankful.
3. He also blessed His followers of all ages, especially you His peace.
John 14:27. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.
John 16:33. These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.
John 20:21. Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
4. But most importantly He encouraged them to become peacemakers.
Matthew 5:9: Blessed are the peacemakers: for they shall be called the children of God.
They are to engage the ministry of preaching to reconcile the enmity that is between God and carnal humanity. Don’t be left out of this all important ministry.
Romans 10:13-15. For whosoever shall call upon the name of the Lord shall be saved. How then shall they call on him in whom they have not believed? and how shall they believe in him of whom they have not heard? and how shall they hear without a preacher? And how shall they preach, except they be sent? as it is written, How beautiful are the feet of them that preach the gospel of peace, and bring glad tidings of good things!
This is done by propagating His sacrifice on the cross.
Romans 5:1. Therefore being justified by faith, we have peace with God through our Lord Jesus Christ:
Ephesians 2:14-18. For he is our peace, who hath made both one, and hath broken down the middle wall of partition between us; Having abolished in his flesh the enmity, even the law of commandments contained in ordinances; for to make in himself of twain one new man, so making peace; And that he might reconcile both unto God in one body by the cross, having slain the enmity thereby: And came and preached peace to you which were afar off, and to them that were nigh. For through him we both have access by one Spirit unto the Father.
It is through His sacrifice that the enmity between the carnally minded and God are removed.
Romans 8:5-8. For they that are after the flesh do mind the things of the flesh; but they that are after the Spirit the things of the Spirit. For to be carnally minded is death; but to be spiritually minded is life and peace. Because the carnal mind is enmity against God: for it is not subject to the law of God, neither indeed can be. So then they that are in the flesh cannot please God.
5. He promised them enviable eternal rewards for making peace and removing the enmity between sinning humanity and merciful God. May the Lord find you faithful in being part of this service in Jesus name. See the promised rewards
1 Peter 1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,
Daniel 12:3. And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
1 Peter 5:1-4. The elders which are among you I exhort, who am also an elder, and a witness of the sufferings of Christ, and also a partaker of the glory that shall be revealed: Feed the flock of God which is among you, taking the oversight thereof, not by constraint, but willingly; not for filthy lucre, but of a ready mind; Neither as being lords over God’s heritage, but being examples to the flock. And when the chief Shepherd shall appear, ye shall receive a crown of glory that fadeth not away.
Join this happy throng of followers of Christ, bringing advancement to His kingdom on earth. May the good Lord find you faithful in Jesus name.
EARTHLY AND ETERNAL REWARDS OF MAKING PEACE BY BELIEVERS OF ALL AGES, ESPECIALLY YOU, ACCORDING TO ROMANS CHAPTER TWELVE VERSE EIGHTEEN.
Friend, the prophecy of Isaiah about Christ the Prince of peace has not been fully fulfilled. Two out of the three prophecies have been fulfilled. The remaining one has to do with the dawning rapture and the one thousand millennium reign of Christ, which shall include you in Jesus name. See the prophecy.
Isaiah 9:6. For unto us a child is born, unto us a son is given: and the government shall be upon his shoulder: and his name shall be called Wonderful, Counsellor, The mighty God, The everlasting Father, The Prince of Peace.
Now this child has been born in Bethlehem. The Son also has been given at Calvary. The last phase the government on His shoulder is coming after the rapture.
This is the way it will happen.
1. The rapture
2. The marriage supper during the seven years tribulation on earth.
3. The one thousand years millennium reign. You shall be there in Jesus name.
To be there, you must wholly obey this exhortation.
Romans 12:18. If it be possible, as much as lieth in you, live peaceably with all men.
It means you must follow peace with all men , no matter what they have done to you.
Hebrews 12:14. Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:
James 3:16-18. For where envying and strife is, there is confusion and every evil work. But the wisdom that is from above is first pure, then peaceable, gentle, and easy to be intreated, full of mercy and good fruits, without partiality, and without hypocrisy. And the fruit of righteousness is sown in peace of them that make peace.
1 Peter 3:10-11. For he that will love life, and see good days, let him refrain his tongue from evil, and his lips that they speak no guile: Let him eschew evil, and do good; let him seek peace, and ensue it.
You must be sanctified too.
1 Thessalonians 5:23 And the very God of peace sanctify you wholly; and I pray God your whole spirit and soul and body be preserved blameless unto the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ.
In addition, you must take advantage of the precious blood of Jesus and be perfect, like your Father in heaven.
Hebrews 13:20-21. Now the God of peace, that brought again from the dead our Lord Jesus, that great shepherd of the sheep, through the blood of the everlasting covenant, Make you perfect in every good work to do his will, working in you that which is wellpleasing in his sight, through Jesus Christ; to whom be glory for ever and ever. Amen.
Lastly, you must be righteous and blameless like Jesus.
2 Peter 3: 12-14 Looking for and hasting unto the coming of the day of God, wherein the heavens being on fire shall be dissolved, and the elements shall melt with fervent heat? Nevertheless we, according to his promise, look for new heavens and a new earth, wherein dwelleth righteousness. Wherefore, beloved, seeing that ye look for such things, be diligent that ye may be found of him in peace, without spot, and blameless.
2 Timothy 2:22: Flee also youthful lusts: but follow righteousness, faith, charity, peace, with them that call on the Lord out of a pure heart.
