Dearly beloved brethren, the last days are here with us. Many of the prophecies of scriptures are being fulfilled before us. But then watch and be careful, that you are not overtaken by the happenings of the last days.

Some of the things the scriptures says shall be happening in the church are the following:

1. Love of many apart from you, waxing cold.

Matthew 24:12 And because iniquity shall abound, the love of many shall wax cold.

2. Having form of godliness but are hypocritical.

2 Timothy 3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

3. Reprobate professors of religion.

Titus 1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

Let my heart be sound [ perfect and blameless towards your decrees ] in thy statutes; that I be not ashamed. – Psalms 119:80

4. First love for Christ lost.

Revelation 2:4 Nevertheless I have somewhat against thee, because thou hast left thy first love.

5. Having a name that they live, but are spiritually dead.

Revelation 3:1 And unto the angel of the church in Sardis write; These things saith he that hath the seven Spirits of God, and the seven stars; I know thy works, that thou hast a name that thou livest, and art dead.

6. Total departure from the faith by vast majority of empty professors of religion.

1 Timothy 4:1 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; 4:2 Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;

Beloved there is a way out of all these. This way was the resolute decision of king David, to be wholeheartedly obedient to the statues of God at whatever cost and consequences. See it yourself.

Beloved, remember and don’t ever forget the last days are here. You shall see suprises and shameful backsliding and departure from the faith.

Be determined to cleave to the Lord and be unmoved about what you are seeing and the people doing them.

Acts 11:23 Who, when he came, and had seen the grace of God, was glad, and exhorted them all, that with purpose of heart they would cleave unto the Lord.

1 Corinthians 15:58 Therefore, my beloved brethren, be ye stedfast, unmoveable, always abounding in the work of the Lord, forasmuch as ye know that your labour is not in vain in the Lord.

The good Lord shall help you in particular in Jesus name.
