Knowing JESUS Daily Devotional | January 13, 2019. Enrich and Sustain your relationship with Jesus reading our daily devotional – I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes – Hosea 13:14.

No matter what the vast majority of the Worldling or carefree believers around you are doing with God’s unchanging, eternal and infallible words in the Bible, always hold them with reverence.

There are two major reasons why you should continually do this.

1. It is because, God magnifies His words more than His names.

Psalms 138:2. I will worship toward thy holy temple, and praise thy name for thy lovingkindness and for thy truth: for thou hast magnified thy word above all thy name.

2. It is because God’s words are unchanging decrees.

Acts 16:4. And as they went through the cities, they delivered them the decrees for to keep, that were ordained of the apostles and elders which were at Jerusalem.

God has some fearful decrees in both the old and new testaments .

Ezekiel 18:4. Behold, all souls are mine; as the soul of the father, so also the soul of the son is mine: the soul that sinneth, it shall die.

Romans 6:23. For the wages of sin is death; but the gift of God is eternal life through Jesus Christ our Lord.

God had decreed that sinners, young and old, rich or poor, white or black, literate or illiterate, military or civilian should die. Meaning eternal separation from Him.

Revelation 20:14-15. And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death. And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

But then, because of His unchanging loving kindness, He put in place an acceptable or propitiating ransom, to redeem all humanity from the outset, as far back as the days of Adam, to redeem them from death, eternal separation from God in the lake that burns with fire and brimstone.

Revelation 14:10-11. The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

See how the scriptures describe these ransom and redemption.

Job 33:24. Then he is gracious unto him, and saith, Deliver him from going down to the pit: I have found a ransom.

John 3:16-17. For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.

Romans 5:6-10. For when we were yet without strength, in due time Christ died for the ungodly. For scarcely for a righteous man will one die: yet peradventure for a good man some would even dare to die. But God commendeth his love toward us, in that, while we were yet sinners, Christ died for us. Much more then, being now justified by his blood, we shall be saved from wrath through him. For if, when we were enemies, we were reconciled to God by the death of his Son, much more, being reconciled, we shall be saved by his life.

Romans 8:32. He that spared not his own Son, but delivered him up for us all, how shall he not with him also freely give us all things?

Instead of separation, God wants all humanity and that includes you to live with Him eternally.

Take advantage of this propitiating ransom, now. You shall live with Him in Jesus name.

Revelation 21:3-4. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

IT WAS THIS GRACIOUS DESIRE OF OUR LOVING FATHER IN HEAVEN, FOR HUMANITY NOT TO BE DAMNED AND BE SEPARATED FROM HIM ETERNALLY.

BUT TO LIVE WITH HIM FOR ALL ETERNITY. THAT MADE HIM TO REACH OUT AGAIN TO BACKSLIDING AND IMPUDENT ISRAELITES TO RANSOMED THEM FROM THE POWER OF THE GRAVE, MEANING HELL AND REDEEM THEM FROM DEATH, MEANING, ETERNAL SEPARATION.

This shall be your portion in Jesus name. God shall ransom you from going to hell and redeem you from eternal death in Jesus name. See it.

Hosea 13:14. I will ransom them from the power of the grave; I will redeem them from death: O death, I will be thy plagues; O grave, I will be thy destruction: repentance shall be hid from mine eyes

See how other scriptures affirmed this gracious loving kindness of God, to unmerited humanity.

Hosea 6:2: After two days will he revive us: in the third day he will raise us up, and we shall live in his sight.

Psalms 16:10: For thou wilt not leave my soul in hell; neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

Psalms 30:3: O LORD, thou hast brought up my soul from the grave: thou hast kept me alive, that I should not go down to the pit.

Psalms 49:15: But God will redeem my soul from the power of the grave: for he shall receive me. Selah.

Psalms 86:13: For great is thy mercy toward me: and thou hast delivered my soul from the lowest hell.

Isaiah 25:8: He will swallow up death in victory; and the Lord GOD will wipe away tears from off all faces; and the rebuke of his people shall he take away from off all the earth: for the LORD hath spoken it.

Beloved, endeavour to take advantage of the propitiating redemption God has put in place and live eternally with Him.

This is your heritage, it shall be your portion in Jesus name.

Praise God, all believers of all ages and you in particular have a gracious living Redeemer.

Job 19: 25-27. For I know that my redeemer liveth, and that he shall stand at the latter day upon the earth: And though after my skin worms destroy this body, yet in my flesh shall I see God: Whom I shall see for myself, and mine eyes shall behold, and not another; though my reins be consumed within me.

He voluntarily went through excruciating, shameful and painful sacrificial death for the whole world. See how the scriptures affirmed and describes this propitiating vicarious sacrifice.

John 1:29. The next day John seeth Jesus coming unto him, and saith, Behold the Lamb of God, which taketh away the sin of the world.

Isaiah 53:4-8. Surely he hath borne our griefs, and carried our sorrows: yet we did esteem him stricken, smitten of God, and afflicted. But he was wounded for our transgressions, he was bruised for our iniquities: the chastisement of our peace was upon him; and with his stripes we are healed. All we like sheep have gone astray; we have turned every one to his own way; and the Lord hath laid on him the iniquity of us all. He was oppressed, and he was afflicted, yet he opened not his mouth: he is brought as a lamb to the slaughter, and as a sheep before her shearers is dumb, so he openeth not his mouth. He was taken from prison and from judgment: and who shall declare his generation? for he was cut off out of the land of the living: for the transgression of my people was he stricken.

Romans 5:15-19. But not as the offence, so also is the free gift. For if through the offence of one many be dead, much more the grace of God, and the gift by grace, which is by one man, Jesus Christ, hath abounded unto many. And not as it was by one that sinned, so is the gift: for the judgment was by one to condemnation, but the free gift is of many offences unto justification. For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.). Therefore as by the offence of one judgment came upon all men to condemnation; even so by the righteousness of one the free gift came upon all men unto justification of life. For as by one man’s disobedience many were made sinners, so by the obedience of one shall many be made righteous.

Galatians 3:13-14. Christ hath redeemed us from the curse of the law, being made a curse for us: for it is written, Cursed is every one that hangeth on a tree: That the blessing of Abraham might come on the Gentiles through Jesus Christ; that we might receive the promise of the Spirit through faith.

Hebrews 2:14-15. Forasmuch then as the children are partakers of flesh and blood, he also himself likewise took part of the same; that through death he might destroy him that had the power of death, that is, the devil; And deliver them who through fear of death were all their lifetime subject to bondage.

1 Peter 2:22-25. Who did no sin, neither was guile found in his mouth: Who, when he was reviled, reviled not again; when he suffered, he threatened not; but committed himself to him that judgeth righteously: Who his own self bare our sins in his own body on the tree, that we, being dead to sins, should live unto righteousness: by whose stripes ye were healed. For ye were as sheep going astray; but are now returned unto the Shepherd and Bishop of your souls.

1 Peter 3:18. For Christ also hath once suffered for sins, the just for the unjust, that he might bring us to God, being put to death in the flesh, but quickened by the Spirit:

The great question is what have you in particular done with this all encompassing, everlasting redemption from damnation and eternal separation from God?

Have you being biblically saved?

Is your name in the book of life?

Should Jesus come now, is your claim of salvation suffice to make you partake in the dawning rapture?

Pause here and examine yourself. Get reassurance from the blessed Holy Spirit, that your case is settled.

The good Lord shall help you in Jesus name.

Romans 8:16. The Spirit itself beareth witness with our spirit, that we are the children of God:

CHRIST’S VICARIOUS REDEMPTION, THE PROPITIATING PANACEA FOR DELIVERANCE FROM ETERNAL DAMNATION. TAKE ADVANTAGE OF IT.

From time immemorial till date, hundreds of thousands of people are thronging to hell daily and are damned. You shall not be damned in Jesus name.

Why is this so?

Three major reasons, see them.

1. They do not want to retain God in their knowledge .

Romans 1:28-32. And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient; Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers, Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents, Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful: Who knowing the judgment of God, that they which commit such things are worthy of death, not only do the same, but have pleasure in them that do them.

2. They despised the long suffering of God.

Romans 2:4-6. Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds:

3. They were unbelieving.

Revelation 21:8. But the fearful, and unbelieving, and the abominable, and murderers, and whoremongers, and sorcerers, and idolaters, and all liars, shall have their part in the lake which burneth with fire and brimstone: which is the second death.

Friend, please examine yourself now, does your own life too has anything to do with the above reasons? Please do not be presumptuous, be very sure. If you are not sure, do something drastic now to avert the regrettable.

You shall not regret in Jesus name. Since it is your desire to be part of the dawning rapture, your dream shall be realised in Jesus name.

BUT THEN, TAKE FULL ADVANTAGE OF THE PROPITIATING PANACEA RANSOM, GOD PLACED AT THE DISPOSAL OF THE ENTIRE HUMAN RACE FROM THE OUTSET OF CREATION.

See what the scriptures says, for those that shall be part of the dawning rapture. I am persuaded that these are for you. It shall be yours in Jesus name.

1. You must be made alive and remain alive till Christ comes. Receive grace to do so in Jesus name.

1 Corinthians 15:21 -22. For since by man came death, by man came also the resurrection of the dead. For as in Adam all die, even so in Christ shall all be made alive.

2. You must be rapturable . Please be a wise virgin. Ensure you have enough extra oil to sustain you till Christ comes.

1 Corinthians 15:51-57. Behold, I shew you a mystery; We shall not all sleep, but we shall all be changed, In a moment, in the twinkling of an eye, at the last trump: for the trumpet shall sound, and the dead shall be raised incorruptible, and we shall be changed. For this corruptible must put on incorruption, and this mortal must put on immortality. So when this corruptible shall have put on incorruption, and this mortal shall have put on immortality, then shall be brought to pass the saying that is written, Death is swallowed up in victory. O death, where is thy sting? O grave, where is thy victory? The sting of death is sin; and the strength of sin is the law. But thanks be to God, which giveth us the victory through our Lord Jesus Christ.

3. You must be like Christ, one of His brethren, fully reconciled with Him and remain reconciled till he comes to take us in the rapture. . Holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners.

Hebrews 2:17-18. Wherefore in all things it behoved him to be made like unto his brethren, that he might be a merciful and faithful high priest in things pertaining to God, to make reconciliation for the sins of the people. For in that he himself hath suffered being tempted, he is able to succour them that are tempted.

Hebrews 7:26. For such an high priest became us, who is holy, harmless, undefiled, separate from sinners, and made higher than the heavens;.
