God’s Plan for you this new year is ” To appoint unto you that mourn in Zion, to give unto you beauty for ashes, the oil of joy for mourning, the garment of praise for the spirit of heaviness…” Isaiah 61:3.

Joel 1:11-12. Be ye ashamed, O ye husbandmen; howl, O ye vinedressers, for the wheat and for the barley; because the harvest of the field is perished. The vine is dried up, and the fig tree languisheth; the pomegranate tree, the palm tree also, and the apple tree, even all the trees of the field, are withered: because joy is withered away from the sons of men.

Beloved, as God, our gracious and loving Father has brought you in particular to this year 2019, whatever hitherto have made you sorrowful, God is resolved to turn them into joy.

It shall be so in Jesus name.

But then, this will become realisable and be sustained as you addict yourself to walking in His presence in scriptural based. holiness and righteous lifestyle and delighting only in what brings delight to Him.

Psalms 16:11. Thou wilt shew me the path of life: in thy presence is fulness of joy; at thy right hand there are pleasures for evermore.

Nehemiah 8:10. Then he said unto them, Go your way, eat the fat, and drink the sweet, and send portions unto them for whom nothing is prepared: for this day is holy unto our Lord: neither be ye sorry; for the joy of the Lord is your strength.

God is reputed to be making His people joyful. Since you are one of His people, He will without fail, make you joyful, for the rest of your life in Jesus name.

2 Chronicles 20:27. Then they returned, every man of Judah and Jerusalem, and Jehoshaphat in the forefront of them, to go again to Jerusalem with joy; for the Lord had made them to rejoice over their enemies.

Ezra 6:22. And kept the feast of unleavened bread seven days with joy: for the Lord had made them joyful, and turned the heart of the king of Assyria unto them, to strengthen their hands in the work of the house of God, the God of Israel.

No marvel, God’s words repeatedly encouraged God’s people to rejoice in the Lord always.

Philippians 4:4. Rejoice in the Lord alway: and again I say, Rejoice.

1 Thessalonians 5:16: Rejoice evermore.

God’s people experience, comfort, increase and enlargement as they conscientiously rejoice and sustain their joy in the Lord.

Receive grace to make rejoicing in the Lord, your lifestyle henceforth.

Isaiah 29:19. The meek also shall increase their joy in the Lord, and the poor among men shall rejoice in the Holy One of Israel.

Isaiah 51:3. For the Lord shall comfort Zion: he will comfort all her waste places; and he will make her wilderness like Eden, and her desert like the garden of the Lord; joy and gladness shall be found therein, thanksgiving, and the voice of melody.

However, when God’s people allow anything to take their joy in the Lord away , they suffered colossal loses. This shall not be your portion in Jesus name. Never ever allow anything to make you moody or sad. Remember in all things. Rejoice and give thanks.

1 Thessalonians 5:18. In every thing give thanks: for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

This was what the blessed Holy Spirit , through Joel the prophet, was impressing upon the children of Israel, that, their present predicament at that time, was traceable to their joyless attitude to the Lord.

See it and learn a lifetime lesson from it. There is great danger when you are not rejoicing or thankful, because of whatever situation, you are going through.

See it affirmed again fearfully.

Deuteronomy 28:47-48. Because thou servedst not the Lord thy God with joyfulness, and with gladness of heart, for the abundance of all things; Therefore shalt thou serve thine enemies which the Lord shall send against thee, in hunger, and in thirst, and in nakedness, and in want of all things: and he shall put a yoke of iron upon thy neck, until he have destroyed thee.

So be resolute henceforth , whatever happens around you till Christ comes, never give in to sorrow, but be joyful and then God Himself shall ensure you are joyful and your joy is full in Jesus name.

Isaiah 66:5. Hear the word of the Lord, ye that tremble at his word; Your brethren that hated you, that cast you out for my name’s sake, said, Let the Lord be glorified: but he shall appear to your joy, and they shall be ashamed.

Some of today’s ministers are deceitful. They misled their congregations to delusion, that once they come to Christ, no more challenges in their lives. This assertion is a blatant lie and not truthful. Jesus our Lord, the truth personified informed believers of all ages, especially you, that only in Him, you shall have joy and peace, but as long as you are on this side of heaven, satan will tirelessly trouble you, because of your decision to follow Him.

John 16:33: These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

However, He taught all believers and that includes you, through His several teachings and personal lifestyle during His earthly ministry what your attitude should be when confronted with divers trials and tribulation.

Luke 6:22-23. Blessed are ye, when men shall hate you, and when they shall separate you from their company, and shall reproach you, and cast out your name as evil, for the Son of man’s sake. Rejoice ye in that day, and leap for joy: for, behold, your reward is great in heaven: for in the like manner did their fathers unto the prophets.

See the lifestyle of believers in Bible days as they addicted themselves to the teachings of Christ.

1 Peter 1:7-8. That the trial of your faith, being much more precious than of gold that perisheth, though it be tried with fire, might be found unto praise and honour and glory at the appearing of Jesus Christ: Whom having not seen, ye love; in whom, though now ye see him not, yet believing, ye rejoice with joy unspeakable and full of glory:

Acts 16:23-26. And when they had laid many stripes upon them, they cast them into prison, charging the jailor to keep them safely: Who, having received such a charge, thrust them into the inner prison, and made their feet fast in the stocks. And at midnight Paul and Silas prayed, and sang praises unto God: and the prisoners heard them. And suddenly there was a great earthquake, so that the foundations of the prison were shaken: and immediately all the doors were opened, and every one’s bands were loosed.

See the lessons Jesus taught believers of all ages, how they could profit and benefit, through suffering and tribulation. Plug into them, till Christ comes and you shall possess earthly and eternal blessings in Jesus name.

1. Rejoicing as you toil and suffer in bringing sinners to saving faith and for restoring backslidden believers back to the fold.

Luke 15:3-7. And he spake this parable unto them, saying, What man of you, having an hundred sheep, if he lose one of them, doth not leave the ninety and nine in the wilderness, and go after that which is lost, until he find it? And when he hath found it, he layeth it on his shoulders, rejoicing. And when he cometh home, he calleth together his friends and neighbours, saying unto them, Rejoice with me; for I have found my sheep which was lost. I say unto you, that likewise joy shall be in heaven over one sinner that repenteth, more than over ninety and nine just persons, which need no repentance.

Matthew 25:21-23. His lord said unto him, Well done, thou good and faithful servant: thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord. He also that had received two talents came and said, Lord, thou deliveredst unto me two talents: behold, I have gained two other talents beside them. His lord said unto him, Well done, good and faithful servant; thou hast been faithful over a few things, I will make thee ruler over many things: enter thou into the joy of thy lord.

2. When identifying and fellowshipping with Christ, exposes you to suffer loses or danger.

Acts 5:40-42 And to him they agreed: and when they had called the apostles, and beaten them, they commanded that they should not speak in the name of Jesus, and let them go.

And they departed from the presence of the council, rejoicing that they were counted worthy to suffer shame for his name. And daily in the temple, and in every house, they ceased not to teach and preach Jesus Christ.

3. Keeping His commandments through thick and thin.,

John 15:9-11. As the Father hath loved me, so have I loved you: continue ye in my love. If ye keep my commandments, ye shall abide in my love; even as I have kept my Father’s commandments, and abide in his love. These things have I spoken unto you, that my joy might remain in you, and that your joy might be full.

Acts 5:27-29. And when they had brought them, they set them before the council: and the high priest asked them, Saying, Did not we straitly command you that ye should not teach in this name? and, behold, ye have filled Jerusalem with your doctrine, and intend to bring this man’s blood upon us. Then Peter and the other apostles answered and said, We ought to obey God rather than men.

4. Praying for victory and breakthrough in our various challenges .

John 16:22-24. And ye now therefore have sorrow: but I will see you again, and your heart shall rejoice, and your joy no man taketh from you. And in that day ye shall ask me nothing. Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whatsoever ye shall ask the Father in my name, he will give it you. Hitherto have ye asked nothing in my name: ask, and ye shall receive, that your joy may be full.

If you are presently confronted with challenges, never ever forget, that it is the common lots of believers of all ages and there is a way out for you , after which, you receive gracious earthly and eternal blessings. It shall be so for you in Jesus name.

1 Corinthians 10:13. There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it.

Revelation 22:12. And, behold, I come quickly; and my reward is with me, to give every man according as his work shall be.

JESUS REVEALS TO BELIEVERS OF ALL AGES AND YOU IN PARTICULAR, BIBLICAL PATHWAYS TO LASTING EARTHLY AND ETERNAL JOY . REACH OUT AND POSSESS THEM.

The essence of rapture is to usher believers like you into everlasting joy and gladness with our Father in heaven and Jesus Christ His Son.

Revelation 21:3-4. And I heard a great voice out of heaven saying, Behold, the tabernacle of God is with men, and he will dwell with them, and they shall be his people, and God himself shall be with them, and be their God. And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.

Very, very unfortunately, this eternal joy and partaking in the dawning rapture shall elude the Worldling and carefree believers, because they chose outright disobedience to God’s commandments in the Bible. In the place of joy, they shall experience earthly and eternal unexplainable challenges and difficulties. See this affirmed from the scriptures. This shall never be your portion, so please do not follow their untoward attitude.

Hosea 9: 1-2. Rejoice not, O Israel, for joy, as otherpeople: for thou hast gone a whoring from thy God, thou hast loved a reward upon every cornfloor. The floor and the winepress shall not feed them, and the new wine shall fail in her.

Genesis 3:16-17. Unto the woman he said, I will greatly multiply thy sorrow and thy conception; in sorrow thou shalt bring forth children; and thy desire shall be to thy husband, and he shall rule over thee. And unto Adam he said, Because thou hast hearkened unto the voice of thy wife, and hast eaten of the tree, of which I commanded thee, saying, Thou shalt not eat of it: cursed is the ground for thy sake; in sorrow shalt thou eat of it all the days of thy life;

Leviticus 26:15-17. And if ye shall despise my statutes, or if your soul abhor my judgments, so that ye will not do all my commandments, but that ye break my covenant: I also will do this unto you; I will even appoint over you terror, consumption, and the burning ague, that shall consume the eyes, and cause sorrow of heart: and ye shall sow your seed in vain, for your enemies shall eat it. And I will set my face against you, and ye shall be slain before your enemies: they that hate you shall reign over you; and ye shall flee when none pursueth you.

But then, for you everlasting joy and gladness awaits you and assurance of partaking in the dawning rapture. This is because you are determinedly committed to doing the following:

1. Rejoicing in obeying the totality of God’s word.

Jeremiah 15:16. Thy words were found, and I did eat them; and thy word was unto me the joy and rejoicing of mine heart: for I am called by thy name, O Lord God of hosts.

2. You are enduring whatever comes your way and remaining joyful, till Christ comes.

Habakkuk 3:17-19. Although the fig tree shall not blossom, neither shall fruit be in the vines; the labour of the olive shall fail, and the fields shall yield no meat; the flock shall be cut off from the fold, and there shall be no herd in the stalls: Yet I will rejoice in the Lord, I will joy in the God of my salvation. The Lord God is my strength, and he will make my feet like hinds’ feet, and he will make me to walk upon mine high places.

Acts 20:23-24. Save that the Holy Ghost witnesseth in every city, saying that bonds and afflictions abide me. But none of these things move me, neither count I my life dear unto myself, so that I might finish my course with joy, and the ministry, which I have received of the Lord Jesus, to testify the gospel of the grace of God.

3. Then certainly and assuredly the rapture shall usher you and other faithful believers to living in gladness and joy eternally with God.

Isaiah 51:11. Therefore the redeemed of the Lord shall return, and come with singing unto Zion; and everlasting joy shall be upon their head: they shall obtain gladness and joy; and sorrow and mourning shall flee away.

Revelation 7:13-17. And one of the elders answered, saying unto me, What are these which are arrayed in white robes? and whence came they? And I said unto him, Sir, thou knowest. And he said to me, These are they which came out of great tribulation, and have washed their robes, and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore are they before the throne of God, and serve him day and night in his temple: and he that sitteth on the throne shall dwell among them. They shall hunger no more, neither thirst any more; neither shall the sun light on them, nor any heat. For the Lamb which is in the midst of the throne shall feed them, and shall lead them unto living fountains of waters: and God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes.
