Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
Beloved, do you desire to do exploits in life and bring yourself to peculiarity or relevance to God and His kingdom? Then be determined to pursue tirelessly the insatiable revelation of God the Father and our Lord Jesus Christ. You will discover from the scriptures that, those who have passion to know more of God attained and did extraordinary things for God and His kingdom.
God the Father is delighted immensely when His saints choose to have experiential and intimate knowledge of Him. Always remember this, you will delight the Lord and become peculiar to Him, when you desire to know Him experientially and intimately.
Moses had no equal among all the saints in the Old Testament. Paul apostle had no equal among all believers in the New Testament. The pathways to the greatness of these two saints of God were their insatiable passion to know more of God. See for yourself.
Moses.
Exodus 33:13. Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.
Paul
Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
Just like Moses and Paul, God wants you too, to know Him.
John 17:3. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
See how God expressed His desire for His saints to know Him.
Exodus 29:45-46. And I will dwell among the children of Israel, and will be their God. And they shall know that I am the Lord their God, that brought them forth out of the land of Egypt, that I may dwell among them: I am the Lord their God.
Ezekiel 34:29-31. And I will raise up for them a plant of renown, and they shall be no more consumed with hunger in the land, neither bear the shame of the heathen any more. Thus shall they know that I the Lord their God am with them, and that they, even the house of Israel, are my people, saith the Lord God. And ye my flock, the flock of my pasture, are men, and I am your God, saith the Lord God.
No wonder in spite of all that Moses had experienced, God doing through Him, his insatiable passion was to Know Him more, intimately and experientially.
Exodus 33:13. Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people.
Beloved when knowing God becomes your own passion too, see some of the innumerable benefits derivable to you.
1. Being strong spiritually and doing unusual exploits.
Daniel 11:32. And such as do wickedly against the covenant shall he corrupt by flatteries: but the people that do know their God shall be strong, and do exploits.
2. Sustaining God’s presence and enjoying His protective rest in your life.
Exodus 33:13-14. Now therefore, I pray thee, if I have found grace in thy sight, shew me now thy way, that I may know thee, that I may find grace in thy sight: and consider that this nation is thy people. And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.
3. You become peculiar and God would be found of you.
1 Chronicles 28:9: ¶And thou, Solomon my son, know thou the God of thy father, and serve him with a perfect heart and with a willing mind: for the LORDsearcheth all hearts, and understandeth all the imaginations of the thoughts: if thou seek him, he will be found of thee; but if thou forsake him, he will cast thee off for ever.
4. You will manifest unusual trust and confidence in God.
Psalms 9:10: And they that know thy name will put their trust in thee: for thou, LORD, hast not forsaken them that seek thee.
Beloved you can hasten the fulfiment of this prophecy below, in your life, as you tirelessly pursue experiential knowledge of God. When this is done, all the benefits of knowing God shall them become your possession. It shall be so in Jesus name.
Jeremiah 31:34: And they shall teach no more every man his neighbour, and every man his brother, saying, Know the LORD: for they shall all know me, from the least of them unto the greatest of them, saith the LORD: for I will forgive their iniquity, and I will remember their sin no more.
Unfortunately, a lot of people in Christendom claimed to be pursuing knowing God experientially, but not with sincerity.. See how the Bible described them and avoid it.
Isaiah 58:1-3 Cry aloud, spare not, lift up thy voice like a trumpet, and shew my people their transgression, and the house of Jacob their sins. Yet they seek me daily, and delight to know my ways, as a nation that did righteousness, and forsook not the ordinance of their God: they ask of me the ordinances of justice; they take delight in approaching to God.Wherefore have we fasted, say they, and thou seest not? wherefore have we afflicted our soul, and thou takest no knowledge? Behold, in the day of your fast ye find pleasure, and exact all your labours.
What these people lacked was singleness of heart and purpose like Moses and Paul. Reach out henceforth to discover Experiential knowledge of God and be enlisted as men and women of exploits too. It shall be so in Jesus name.
Dearly beloved, over and over during the earthly ministry of our Lord, He claimed to know His Father intimately. See some of His assertions.
John 7:28-29. Then cried Jesus in the temple as he taught, saying, Ye both know me, and ye know whence I am: and I am not come of myself, but he that sent me is true, whom ye know not. But I know him: for I am from him, and he hath sent me.
John 8:54-55. Jesus answered, If I honour myself, my honour is nothing: it is my Father that honoureth me; of whom ye say, that he is your God: Yet ye have not known him; but I know him: and if I should say, I know him not, I shall be a liar like unto you: but I know him, and keep his saying.
John 1:18: No man hath seen God at any time; the only begotten Son, which is in the bosom of the Father, he hath declared him.
John 6:46: Not that any man hath seen the Father, save he which is of God, he hath seen the Father.
John 10:15: As the Father knoweth me, even so know I the Father: and I lay down my life for the sheep.
Matthew 11:27: All things are delivered unto me of my Father: and no man knoweth the Son, but the Father; neither knoweth any man the Father, save the Son, and he to whomsoever the Son will reveal him.
Because of the immense benefits associated with knowing God intimately and experientially, He encouraged His followers of all ages and you too, to know more of Him experientially and intimately.
John 17:3. And this is life eternal, that they might know thee the only true God, and Jesus Christ, whom thou hast sent.
John 14:9-10. Jesus saith unto him, Have I been so long time with you, and yet hast thou not known me, Philip? he that hath seen me hath seen the Father; and how sayest thou then, Shew us the Father? Believest thou not that I am in the Father, and the Father in me? the words that I speak unto you I speak not of myself: but the Father that dwelleth in me, he doeth the works.
To help believers of today too, to access the benefits of experientially knowledge of Christ , the blessed Holy Spirit exhorted them to be consumed with passion to know Him, like Paul

Their knowledge of Him would determine how they will wholeheartedly turned to Him.
1 Thessalonians 1:9: For they themselves shew of us what manner of entering in we had unto you, and how ye turned to God from idols to serve the living and true God;
And then they will avert the eternal consequences of those who do not know God and Christ . This shall not be your portion in Jesus name.
2 Thessalonians 1:8-9 In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction from the presence of the Lord, and from the glory of his power;
Begin to pursue like Paul insatiable knowledge of Christ and you too shall do exploits for Him and His kingdom.
Friend, as the end time draws nearer and nearer and rapture is dawning, the scriptures reveal one tireless cruelty satan and his cohorts shall be doing. See it.
2 Corinthians 4:3-6. But if our gospel be hid, it is hid to them that are lost: In whom the god of this world hath blinded the minds of them which believe not, lest the light of the glorious gospel of Christ, who is the image of God, should shine unto them. For we preach not ourselves, but Christ Jesus the Lord; and ourselves your servants for Jesus’ sake. For God, who commanded the light to shine out of darkness, hath shined in our hearts, to give the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
Instead of the passion to know Christ to increase, the devil and his agents shall blind the eyes of multitude both inside and outside the church from knowing and accepting the totality of the gospel through which they could discover Christ.
But please do not fall a victim of this satanic ploy, which shall be the reason why the imminent rapture shall meet them unprepared. For you to actualise your earnest desire to be part of the event, be determined to have intense and intimate experiential knowledge of Christ.
Philippians 3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;
Friend, even you yourself will be able to prove through the help of the blessed Holy Spirit that you know Him and you are growing in your knowledge of Him. Like apostle Paul and John the beloved, see what shall characterise your life in your adventure to know Christ the more.
1. You count worldly pursuit as dung.
Philippians 3:8: Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,
2. You shall have unusual delight to obey God’s commandments.
1 John 2:3-5. And hereby we do know that we know him, if we keep his commandments. He that saith, I know him, and keepeth not his commandments, is a liar, and the truth is not in him. But whoso keepeth his word, in him verily is the love of God perfected: hereby know we that we are in him.
3. Your understanding of Christ shall blossom and you look forward to His coming.
1 John 5:20: And we know that the Son of God is come, and hath given us an understanding, that we may know him that is true, and we are in him that is true, even in his Son Jesus Christ. This is the true God, and eternal life.
