Beloved, the saints of old rejoiced in their relationship with God, because of His ceaseless

righteous judgement.

Deuteronomy 32:4. He is the Rock, his work is perfect: for all his ways are judgment: a God of truth and without iniquity, just and right is he.

They counted on His faithfulness and justice at all times, without any reservations.

Psalms 7:11. God judgeth the righteous, and God is angry with the wicked every day.

They rejoiced continually and were always glad, because they were persuaded, God will recompense their faithfulness justly and righteously.

Psalms 67:4. O let the nations be glad and sing for joy: for thou shalt judge the people righteously, and govern the nations upon earth. Selah.

Psalms 96:10. Say among the heathen that the Lord reigneth: the world also shall be established that it shall not be moved: he shall judge the people righteously.

It was not surprising to them, that God demanded these same attribute from them in their interactions with one another.

Deuteronomy 1:16-17. And I charged your judges at that time, saying, Hear the causes between your brethren, and judge righteously between every man and his brother, and the stranger that is with him. Ye shall not respect persons in judgment; but ye shall hear the small as well as the great; ye shall not be afraid of the face of man; for the judgment is God’s: and the cause that is too hard for you, bring it unto me, and I will hear it.

Deuteronomy 16:18 -19. ¶Judges and officers shalt thou make thee in all thy gates, which the LORD thy God giveth thee, throughout thy tribes: and they shall judge the people with just judgment. Thou shalt not wrest judgment; thou shalt not respect persons, neither take a gift: for a gift doth blind the eyes of the wise, and pervert the words of the righteous.

Proverbs 31:9. Open thy mouth, judge righteously, and plead the cause of the poor and needy.

Beloved, your loving Father has not changed. It is this same expectation He looks forward to, from you in your interactions with others and with Him also. He detested rashness or censorious attitude.

No marvel, He recompensed anyone who is censorious to His fellow human being the same way.

You need not fear, just follow the good attitude of saints of old and God shall not deny you of His ceaseless faithfulness they enjoyed. It shall be your portion in Jesus name.

Proverbs24:23: These things also belong to the wise. It is not good to have respect of persons in judgment.

Isaiah 5:23-24. Which justify the wicked for reward,and take away the righteousness of the righteous from him! Therefore as the fire devoureth the stubble, and the flame consumeth the chaff, so their root shall be as rottenness, and their blossom shall go up as dust: because they have cast away the law of the Lord of hosts, and despised the word of the Holy One of Israel.

Psalms 58:1: Do ye indeed speak righteousness, O congregation? do ye judge uprightly, O ye sons of men?

Our Lord Jesus Christ who was very concerned and jealous over the wellbeing of His followers, cautioned them, to avert the consequences of the wicked practices of the Jews during His earthly ministry.

You will do well as you determinedly and wholeheartedly embrace this caution, to enable you, avert rash judgement and censorious attitude in your interactions with others. May the good Lord find you faithful in Jesus.

Dearly beloved, Jesus our Lord was not averse to righteousness judgement or correction among the brethren.

In fact there had been prophecies about the righteous judgement He will execute during His earthly ministry. See it.

Isaiah 11:1-4. And there shall come forth a rod out of the stem of Jesse, and a Branch shall grow out of his roots: And the spirit of the Lord shall rest upon him, the spirit of wisdom and understanding, the spirit of counsel and might, the spirit of knowledge and of the fear of the Lord; And shall make him of quick understanding in the fear of the Lord: and he shall not judge after the sight of his eyes, neither reprove after the hearing of his ears: But with righteousness shall he judge the poor, and reprove with equity for the meek of the earth: and he shall smite the earth with the rod of his mouth, and with the breath of his lips shall he slay the wicked.

During the earthly ministry of our Lord, He did not fail to encourage His followers to judge righteously.

John 7:24. Judge not according to the appearance, but judge righteous judgment

But them He was very displeased about the rash judgment and censorious attitude which was the practice of Jews during His earthly ministry.

Because of His understanding of the consequence of such behaviour, He passionately cautioned His followers then and Believers of all ages, especially you not to engage in the same practice. See His caution.

Matthew 7:1-2. Judge not, that ye be not judged. For with what judgment ye judge, ye shall be judged: and with what measure ye mete, it shall be measured to you again.

Luke 6:37: Judge not, and ye shall not be judged: condemn not, and ye shall not be condemned: forgive, and ye shall be forgiven:

John 8:15: Ye judge after the flesh; I judge no man.

Dearly beloved, the blessed Holy Spirit also through the apostles warned the Jews about this untoward practices. See them.

Romans 2:1-10. Therefore thou art inexcusable, O man, whosoever thou art that judgest: for wherein thou judgest another, thou condemnest thyself; for thou that judgest doest the same things. But we are sure that the judgment of God is according to truth against them which commit such things. And thinkest thou this, O man, that judgest them which do such things, and doest the same, that thou shalt escape the judgment of God? Or despisest thou the riches of his goodness and forbearance and longsuffering; not knowing that the goodness of God leadeth thee to repentance? But after thy hardness and impenitent heart treasurest up unto thyself wrath against the day of wrath and revelation of the righteous judgment of God; Who will render to every man according to his deeds: To them who by patient continuance in well doing seek for glory and honour and immortality, eternal life: But unto them that are contentious, and do not obey the truth, but obey unrighteousness, indignation and wrath, Tribulation and anguish, upon every soul of man that doeth evil, of the Jew first, and also of the Gentile; But glory, honour, and peace, to every man that worketh good, to the Jew first, and also to the Gentile

Romans 14:10-13. But why dost thou judge thy brother? or why dost thou set at nought thy brother? for we shall all stand before the judgment seat of Christ. For it is written, As I live, saith the Lord, every knee shall bow to me, and every tongue shall confess to God.

So then every one of us shall give account of himself to God. Let us not therefore judge one another any more: but judge this rather, that no man put a stumbling block or an occasion to fall in his brother’s way.

The same way Jesus our Lord encouraged righteous judgment, so also did the blessed Holy Spirit through the apostles. See it.

1 Corinthians 5:1-5. It is reported commonly that there is fornication among you, and such fornication as is not so much as named among the Gentiles, that one should have his father’s wife. And ye are puffed up, and have not rather mourned, that he that hath done this deed might be taken away from among you. For I verily, as absent in body, but present in spirit, have judged already, as though I were present, concerning him that hath so done this deed, In the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, when ye are gathered together, and my spirit, with the power of our Lord Jesus Christ, To deliver such an one unto Satan for the destruction of the flesh, that the spirit may be saved in the day of the Lord Jesus.

Dearly beloved the Lord never stopped His followers and you in particular from righteous judgment, but only cautioned you against censorious spirit.

Receive grace to heed His caution in Jesus name .

JESUS CAUTIONED HIS FOLLOWERS OF ALL AGES AND YOU IN PARTICULAR, AGAINST CENSORIOUS SPIRIT.

Friend, it is pertinent for you to be mindful of the fact that, as each day passes, the dawning of the rapture draws closer.

Our Lord cautioned His followers not to fall into the devices of the devil, as it was with the Jews, during His earthly ministry.

They were rash in judgement and manifested shameful censorious spirit.

2 Corinthians 2:11. Lest Satan should get an advantage of us: for we are not ignorant of his devices.

This was why He passionately cautioned His disciples then and His followers of all ages and you, not to be rash in judgment, like them. See it.

He sounded this caution because anyone that is rash in judgement shall be recompensed same way.

James 2:13: For he shall have judgment without mercy, that hath shewed no mercy; and mercy rejoiceth against judgment.

Our Lord then enjoined His followers of all ages, especially you to dwell with the brethren in love.

You are not suppose to speak evil of one another and also you endeavour to correct one another in spirit of meekness.

John 13:34-35. A new commandment I give unto you, That ye love one another; as I have loved you, that ye also love one another. By this shall all men know that ye are my disciples, if ye have love one to another.

James 4:11: Speak not evil one of another, brethren. He that speaketh evil of his brother, and judgeth his brother, speaketh evil of the law, and judgeth the law: but if thou judge the law, thou art not a doer of the law, but a judge.

Galatians 6:1-2. Brethren, if a man be overtaken in a fault, ye which are spiritual, restore such an one in the spirit of meekness; considering thyself, lest thou also be tempted. Bear ye one another’s burdens, and so fulfil the law of Christ.

In addition, to help His followers and you prepare fully for the dawning rapture, you should speak often with one another, exhorting and encouraging one another to continue in the faith.

Malachi 3:16-18. Then they that feared the Lord spake often one to another: and the Lord hearkened, and heard it, and a book of remembrance was written before him for them that feared the Lord, and that thought upon his name. And they shall be mine, saith the Lord of hosts, in that day when I make up my jewels; and I will spare them, as a man spareth his own son that serveth him. Then shall ye return, and discern between the righteous and the wicked, between him that serveth God and him that serveth him not.

Hebrews 3:13. But exhort one another daily, while it is called To day; lest any of you be hardened through the deceitfulness of sin.

This gracious lifestyle is the expectation of our Lord from His followers, to get them prepared when He comes.

Receive grace to be doer and avoid the snare of satan to disqualify you, by being rash in judgement.
