Beloved, Jesus Christ our Lord and savior said, His words in their entirety in the Bible shall not pass away but be fulfilled..
Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
LESSONS FROM JOB | Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: – Job 5:17
But then, brethren I earnestly pray for you in particular, that the following, two scriptures shall never ever be fulfilled in your own life in Jesus name. See them.
1Ti 4:1 — 1Ti 4:2 Now the Spirit speaketh expressly, that in the latter times some shall depart from the faith, giving heed to seducing spirits, and doctrines of devils; Speaking lies in hypocrisy; having their conscience seared with a hot iron;
2Ti 3:1 — 2Ti 3:5 This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. For men shall be lovers of their own selves, covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.
LESSONS FROM JOB | Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: – Job 5:17
It is very very unfortunate, that both inside or outside the church, people of all ages and races, detest corrections. They are filled with themselves.
Pro 14:14 The backslider in heart shall be filled with his own ways:and a good man shall be satisfied from himself.
Their is something pitiful about such people, they are already on their down ward road to destruction. This shall not be your portion in Jesus name.
Pro 11:2 When pride cometh, then cometh shame:but with the lowly is wisdom.
Pro 16:18 Pride goeth before destruction, and an haughty spirit before a fall.
LESSONS FROM JOB | Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: – Job 5:17
Beloved, I am persuaded of you that you are unlike these people. So sustain your being poor in the spirit and always yield to corrections, whenever the good Lord draw your attention to anything. God’s grace shall continue to avail for you in particular in Jesus name.
Matthew 5:3 Blessed are the poor in spirit: for theirs is the kingdom of heaven.
Isaiah 66:2 For all those things hath mine hand made, and all those things have been, saith the LORD:
but to this man will I look,
even to him that is poor and of a contrite spirit, and trembleth at my word.
LESSONS FROM JOB | Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: – Job 5:17
However, if you discover that the spirit of the last days have caught up with you and you always resist corrections. You have the tendency to continue in things that could damn your precious undying soul. Repent and come out from among these pitiable people.
Revelation 3:19 As many as I love, I rebuke and chasten: be zealous therefore, and repent.
2Co 6:17 — 2Co 6:18 Wherefore come out from among them, and be ye separate, saith the Lord, and touch not the unclean thing; and I will receive you, And will be a Father unto you, and ye shall be my sons and daughters, saith the Lord Almighty.
You must always remember and never ever forget this. You will always be happy in this life and the one to come, if you humbly submit to godly corrections.
Job 5:17 Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty:
Psa 94:12 — Psa 94:13 Blessed is the man whom thou chastenest, O LORD, and teachest him out of thy law; That thou mayest give him rest from the days of adversity,
until the pit be digged for the wicked.
Pro 3:11 — Pro 3:12 My son, despise not the chastening of the LORD; neither be weary of his correction: For whom the LORD loveth he correcteth;even as a father the son in whom he delighteth.
LESSONS FROM JOB | Behold, happy is the man whom God correcteth: therefore despise not thou the chastening of the Almighty: – Job 5:17
Beloved, whenever God corrects you, His goal is to make you a partaker of His holiness. So submit to Him, wholeheartedly and promptly. This attitude makes you His child and not a bastard. Praise God, I know you are not a bastards.
Heb 12:5 — Heb 12:11And ye have forgotten the exhortation which speaketh unto you as unto children, My son, despise not thou the chastening of the Lord, nor faint when thou art rebuked of him: For whom the Lord loveth he chasteneth, and scourgeth every son whom he receiveth.
If ye endure chastening, God dealeth with you as with sons; for what son is he whom the father chasteneth not? But if ye be without chastisement, whereof all are partakers, then are ye bastards, and not sons. Furthermore we have had fathers of our flesh which corrected us, and we gave them reverence: shall we not much rather be in subjection unto the Father of spirits, and live? For they verily for a few days chastened us after their own pleasure; but he for our profit, that we might be partakers of his holiness. Now no chastening for the present seemeth to be joyous, but grievous: nevertheless afterward it yieldeth the peaceable fruit of righteousness unto them which are exercised thereby.
God’s grace for you never to delay corrections from the Lord shall avail for you continually in Jesus name.
Psa 119:60 I made haste, and delayed not to keep thy commandments.
