2 Timothy 2:8 Remember that Jesus Christ of the seed of David was raised from the dead according to my gospel:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The resurrection of Christ is a pointer to the imminent rapture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This is because in the same way Christ rose triumphantly from the dead, is the same way the dead in Christ shall rise during the imminent rapture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 Thessalonians 4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope. 4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him. 4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep. 4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The imminent rapture will take place seven years before the great tribulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The singular condition to avoiding the great tribulation is to partake in the imminent rapture.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Revelation 3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth. 3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
That hour of global temptation is the time of great tribulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
The Bible reveals both in the old and new testaments what will be happening during the great tribulation.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

They will be compelled to take the mark 666. Without it, they can not buy or sell. Then whoever takes it, is doomed for all eternity.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Revelation 13:14 And deceiveth them that dwell on the earth by the means of those miracles which he had power to do in the sight of the beast; saying to them that dwell on the earth, that they should make an image to the beast, which had the wound by a sword, and did live. 13:15 And he had power to give life unto the image of the beast, that the image of the beast should both speak, and cause that as many as would not worship the image of the beast should be killed. 13:16 And he causeth all, both small and great, rich and poor, free and bond, to receive a mark in their right hand, or in their foreheads: 13:17 And that no man might buy or sell, save he that had the mark, or the name of the beast, or the number of his name. 13:18 Here is wisdom. Let him that hath understanding count the number of the beast: for it is the number of a man; and his number is Six hundred threescore and six.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Revelation 14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand, 14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb: 14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
So to partake in the imminent rapture and escape the great tribulation you must be doing the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
John 17:14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17:15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 17:16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
2.Avoiding a lifestyle of compromise.and sinfulness.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Exodus 23:2 Thou shalt not follow a multitude to do evil; neither shalt thou speak in a cause to decline after many to wrest judgment:<\/p>\n\n\n\n
3.Endure persecution to the end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Revelation 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Set your affections on things above and not on things on earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Colossians 3:1 If ye then be risen with Christ, seek those things which are above, where Christ sitteth on the right hand of God. 3:2 Set your affection on things above, not on things on the earth.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
His grace will be sufficient for you till He comes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Titus 2:11 For the grace of God that bringeth salvation hath appeared to all men, 2:12 Teaching us that, denying ungodliness and worldly lusts, we should live soberly, righteously, and godly, in this present world; 2:13 Looking for that blessed hope, and the glorious appearing of the great God and our Saviour Jesus Christ;<\/p>\n\n\n\n
