{"id":17432,"date":"2025-08-20T21:51:40","date_gmt":"2025-08-20T20:51:40","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clcbconline.com\/?p=17432"},"modified":"2025-08-20T21:51:42","modified_gmt":"2025-08-20T20:51:42","slug":"gods-delight-for-you","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clcbconline.com\/index.php\/2025\/08\/20\/gods-delight-for-you\/","title":{"rendered":"God&#8217;s delight for you."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God&#8217;s delight for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeremiah&nbsp; 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>God has beautiful plan for you here and hereafter.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All things written in the Bible about saints of old are for us to know and learn from their undoings for our good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romans&nbsp; 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Corinthians&nbsp; 10:11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He wants to give you lifetime honor and blissful eternity with Him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John&nbsp; 12:26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Psalms&nbsp; 23:6 Surely goodness and mercy shall follow me all the days of my life: and I will dwell in the house of the LORD for ever.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Abraham made a great mistake, going to Egypt without hearing from God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He self managed his life and got into real trouble.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He took God&#8217;s intervention for him to come out of it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please avoid doing same mistake. Don&#8217;t self manage your life intimes of temporary challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genesis&nbsp; 12:10 And there was a famine in the land: and Abram went down into Egypt to sojourn there; for the famine was grievous in the land.&nbsp; 12:11 And it came to pass, when he was come near to enter into Egypt, that he said unto Sarai his wife, Behold now, I know that thou art a fair woman to look upon:&nbsp; 12:12 Therefore it shall come to pass, when the Egyptians shall see thee, that they shall say, This is his wife: and they will kill me, but they will save thee alive.&nbsp; 12:13 Say, I pray thee, thou art my sister: that it may be well with me for thy sake; and my soul shall live because of thee.&nbsp; 12:14 And it came to pass, that, when Abram was come into Egypt, the Egyptians beheld the woman that she was very fair.&nbsp; 12:15 The princes also of Pharaoh saw her, and commended her before Pharaoh: and the woman was taken into Pharaoh&#8217;s house.&nbsp; 12:16 And he entreated Abram well for her sake: and he had sheep, and oxen, and he asses, and menservants, and maidservants, and she asses, and camels.&nbsp; 12:17 And the LORD plagued Pharaoh and his house with great plagues because of Sarai Abram&#8217;s wife.&nbsp; 12:18 And Pharaoh called Abram, and said, What is this that thou hast done unto me? why didst thou not tell me that she was thy wife?&nbsp; 12:19 Why saidst thou, She is my sister? so I might have taken her to me to wife: now therefore behold thy wife, take her, and go thy way.&nbsp; 12:20 And Pharaoh commanded his men concerning him: and they sent him away, and his wife, and all that he had.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Isaac had the same challenge but heard from God and obeyed.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>His obedience brought great breakthroughs to his life.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Follow that example of doing whatever God says in His words, during life challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Genesis&nbsp; 26:1 And there was a famine in the land, beside the first famine that was in the days of Abraham. And Isaac went unto Abimelech king of the Philistines unto Gerar.&nbsp; 26:2 And the LORD appeared unto him, and said, Go not down into Egypt; dwell in the land which I shall tell thee of:&nbsp; 26:3 Sojourn in this land, and I will be with thee, and will bless thee; for unto thee, and unto thy seed, I will give all these countries, and I will perform the oath which I sware unto Abraham thy father;&nbsp; 26:4 And I will make thy seed to multiply as the stars of heaven, and will give unto thy seed all these countries; and in thy seed shall all the nations of the earth be blessed;&nbsp; 26:5 Because that Abraham obeyed my voice, and kept my charge, my commandments, my statutes, and my laws.&nbsp; 26:6 And Isaac dwelt in Gerar:&nbsp; 26:12 Then Isaac sowed in that land, and received in the same year an hundredfold: and the LORD blessed him.&nbsp; 26:13 And the man waxed great, and went forward, and grew until he became very great:&nbsp; 26:14 For he had possession of flocks, and possession of herds, and great store of servants: and the Philistines envied him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Your obedience will bring you lifetime blessings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jeremiah&nbsp; 7:23 But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us pray.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>God&#8217;s delight for you.
