Biblical holiness requisite for possessing your possessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Obadiah 1:17 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Mount Zion is the house of God where He dwells, both on earth and in heaven.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Psalms 74:2 Remember thy congregation, which thou hast purchased of old; the rod of thine inheritance, which thou hast redeemed; this mount Zion, wherein thou hast dwelt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Psalms 132:13 For the LORD hath chosen Zion; he hath desired it for his habitation. 132:14 This is my rest for ever: here will I dwell; for I have desired it.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Isaiah 8:18 Behold, I and the children whom the LORD hath given me are for signs and for wonders in Israel from the LORD of hosts, which dwelleth in mount Zion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Hebrews 12:22 But ye are come unto mount Sion, and unto the city of the living God, the heavenly Jerusalem, and to an innumerable company of angels,<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Because God is dwelling there, holiness is the singular requisite to obtain blessings there.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Obadiah 1:17 But upon mount Zion shall be deliverance, and there shall be holiness; and the house of Jacob shall possess their possessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Why God is holy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Psalms 145:17 The LORD is righteous in all his ways, and holy in all his works.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
1 Peter 1:15 But as he which hath called you is holy, so be ye holy in all manner of conversation; 1:16 Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
How do you attain this holiness?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
You must be firstly be biblically born again.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
And then press on for the second work of grace and you will be made Holy or sanctified.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Matthew 1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jesus saves from sins without, biblical salvation and and sins within, biblical sanctification.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
God promised us help you possess your possessions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

What are these possessions?<\/p>\n\n\n\n
They are His good thoughts towards you in life.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
These are your aspirations and pursuits in life, according to His perfect will.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
This morning, what are those aspirations or God’s promises for you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
As you come to Zion and attain biblical sanctification or holiness, the second work of grace. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Ask Him to possess your possessions for you according to His promises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Then, you shall be fulfilled and bring glory to Him in Jesus name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
