{"id":17190,"date":"2025-06-01T16:35:31","date_gmt":"2025-06-01T15:35:31","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clcbconline.com\/?p=17190"},"modified":"2025-06-01T16:35:32","modified_gmt":"2025-06-01T15:35:32","slug":"overcoming-the-wiles-of-the-devil","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clcbconline.com\/index.php\/2025\/06\/01\/overcoming-the-wiles-of-the-devil\/","title":{"rendered":"Overcoming the wiles of the devil."},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Overcoming the wiles of the devil.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ephesians&nbsp; 6:10 Finally, my brethren, be strong in the Lord, and in the power of his might.&nbsp; 6:11 Put on the whole armour of God, that ye may be able to stand against the wiles of the devil.&nbsp; 6:12 For we wrestle not against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of the darkness of this world, against spiritual wickedness in high places.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As God&#8217;s people who lounges&nbsp; to be doing His will at all times and in all things, we are often determinedly confronted by satanic spirit beings.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Peter&nbsp; 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John&nbsp; 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These beings have sensual devilish weapons to unleash their evil intentions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One major weapon they deploy always is, hurt God&#8217;s people with subtilty or deception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>That was what the devil used against Eve and lured her to disobeying God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Corinthians&nbsp; 11:3 But I fear, lest by any means, as the serpent beguiled Eve through his subtilty, so your minds should be corrupted from the simplicity that is in Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This same weapon was used by the Sanhedrin against our Master and Lord Jesus Christ.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matthew&nbsp; 26:3 Then assembled together the chief priests, and the scribes, and the elders of the people, unto the palace of the high priest, who was called Caiaphas,&nbsp; 26:4 And consulted that they might take Jesus by subtilty, and kill him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>satan and his cohorts from inception are known for deception.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revelation&nbsp; 12:9 And the great dragon was cast out, that old serpent, called the Devil, and Satan, which deceiveth the whole world: he was cast out into the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>But then as a child of God you can easily disarmed them by choosing to be obedient to God in all things and at all times.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>James&nbsp; 4:7 Submit yourselves therefore to God.
