{"id":15574,"date":"2024-03-22T18:14:12","date_gmt":"2024-03-22T17:14:12","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/clcbconline.com\/?p=15574"},"modified":"2024-03-22T18:14:16","modified_gmt":"2024-03-22T17:14:16","slug":"beware-of-the-spirit-of-judas","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/clcbconline.com\/index.php\/2024\/03\/22\/beware-of-the-spirit-of-judas\/","title":{"rendered":"Beware of the spirit of Judas"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>Beware of the spirit of Judas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>John&nbsp; 13:21 When Jesus had thus said, he was troubled in spirit, and testified, and said, Verily, verily, I say unto you, that one of you shall betray me.&nbsp; 13:22 Then the disciples looked one on another, doubting of whom he spake.&nbsp; 13:23 Now there was leaning on Jesus&#8217; bosom one of his disciples, whom Jesus loved.&nbsp; 13:24 Simon Peter therefore beckoned to him, that he should ask who it should be of whom he spake.&nbsp; 13:25 He then lying on Jesus&#8217; breast saith unto him, Lord, who is it?&nbsp; 13:26 Jesus answered, He it is, to whom I shall give a sop, when I have dipped it. And when he had dipped the sop, he gave it to Judas Iscariot, the son of Simon.&nbsp; 13:27 And after the sop Satan entered into him. Then said Jesus unto him, That thou doest, do quickly.&nbsp; 13:28 Now no man at the table knew for what intent he spake this unto him.&nbsp; 13:29 For some of them thought, because Judas had the bag, that Jesus had said unto him, Buy those things that we have need of against the feast; or, that he should give something to the poor.&nbsp; 13:30 He then having received the sop went immediately out: and it was night.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Beloved beware of falling into the undoing of Judas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The devil is not giving up on anybody.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He assured himself, he got Adam and Eve, he got Achan after he got to the promised land. He got King David, a man after God&#8217;s heart to commit adultery.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He is reassuring himself that, he can get you, so be watchful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Corinthians&nbsp; 10:12 Wherefore let him that thinketh he standeth take heed lest he fall.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Remember the following:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Romans&nbsp; 15:4 For whatsoever things were written aforetime were written for our learning, that we through patience and comfort of the scriptures might have hope.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Corinthians&nbsp; 10:11 Now all these things happened unto them for ensamples: and they are written for our admonition, upon whom the ends of the world are come.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>So be watchful.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark&nbsp; 13:37 And what I say unto you I say unto all, Watch.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Luke&nbsp; 21:34 And take heed to yourselves, lest at any time your hearts be overcharged with surfeiting, and drunkenness, and cares of this life, and so that day come upon you unawares.&nbsp; 21:35 For as a snare shall it come on all them that dwell on the face of the whole earth.&nbsp; 21:36 Watch ye therefore, and pray always, that ye may be accounted worthy to escape all these things that shall come to pass, and to stand before the Son of man.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matthew&nbsp; 26:41 Watch and pray, that ye enter not into temptation: the spirit indeed is willing, but the flesh is weak.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Be very vigilant and never expose yourself to anything that, the devil can take advantage of.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>1 Peter&nbsp; 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:&nbsp; 5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Don&#8217;t be deluded that you can attain a height where you can not fall. Watch and pray.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The devil is not given up on anyone, despite your present spiritual attainments.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He got Judas one of the twelve apostles of Jesus.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Judas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Matthew&nbsp; 26:14 Then one of the twelve, called Judas Iscariot, went unto the chief priests,&nbsp; 26:15 And said unto them, What will ye give me, and I will deliver him unto you? And they said, What is that to us? see thou to that.&nbsp; 27:5 And he cast down the pieces of silver in the temple, and departed, and went and hanged himself.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He got Nicholas, one of the seven deacons.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nicholas<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acts&nbsp; 6:3 Wherefore, brethren, look ye out among you seven men of honest report, full of the Holy Ghost and wisdom, whom we may appoint over this business.&nbsp; 6:4 But we will give ourselves continually to prayer, and to the ministry of the word.&nbsp; 6:5 And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of Antioch:&nbsp; 6:6 Whom they set before the apostles: and when they had prayed, they laid their hands on them.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revelation&nbsp; 2:6 But this thou hast, that thou hatest the deeds of the Nicolaitanes, which I also hate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revelation&nbsp; 2:15 So hast thou also them that hold the doctrine of the Nicolaitanes, which thing I hate.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Balaam.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Revelation&nbsp; 2:14 But I have a few things against thee, because thou hast there them that hold the doctrine of Balaam, who taught Balac to cast a stumblingblock before the children of Israel, to eat things sacrificed unto idols, and to commit fornication.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Peter&nbsp; 2:14 Having eyes full of adultery, and that cannot cease from sin; beguiling unstable souls: an heart they have exercised with covetous practices; cursed children:&nbsp; 2:15 Which have forsaken the right way, and are gone astray, following the way of Balaam the son of Bosor, who loved the wages of unrighteousness;&nbsp; 2:16 But was rebuked for his iniquity: the dumb ass speaking with man&#8217;s voice forbad the madness of the prophet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Jude&nbsp; 1:11 Woe unto them! for they have gone in the way of Cain, and ran greedily after the error of Balaam for reward, and perished in the gainsaying of Core.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Demas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>2 Timothy&nbsp; 4:10 For Demas hath forsaken me, having loved this present world, and is departed unto Thessalonica; Crescens to Galatia, Titus unto Dalmatia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Colossians&nbsp; 4:14 Luke, the beloved physician, and Demas, greet you.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Philemon&nbsp; 1:24 Marcus, Aristarchus, Demas, Lucas, my fellowlabourers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>He will not get you, but you must watch and pray and avoid anything and everything, anyone and everyone who can make you sin against God.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Mark&nbsp; 9:43 And if thy hand offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter into life maimed, than having two hands to go into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:&nbsp; 9:44 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.&nbsp; 9:45 And if thy foot offend thee, cut it off: it is better for thee to enter halt into life, than having two feet to be cast into hell, into the fire that never shall be quenched:&nbsp; 9:46 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.&nbsp; 9:47 And if thine eye offend thee, pluck it out: it is better for thee to enter into the kingdom of God with one eye, than having two eyes to be cast into hell fire:&nbsp; 9:48 Where their worm dieth not, and the fire is not quenched.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The good Lord shall help you in Jesus name.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Let us pray.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Beware of the spirit of Judas.
