Learning from Christ and replicating His virtues.

Learning from Christ and replicating His virtues.

Acts  1:1 The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,

Our Lord lived an impeccable lifestyle, during His earthly ministry, doing and teaching God’s words in entirety.

He did all , He taught.

He did this exemplary lifestyle and left same for all His faithful followers of all ages and you in particular.

1 Peter  2:21 For even hereunto were ye called: because Christ also suffered for us, leaving us an example, that ye should follow his steps:

Our Lord lived a deliberate sanctified lifestyle.

John  17:19 And for their sakes I sanctify myself, that they also might be sanctified through the truth.

He has given commandment to all His faithful followers of all ages and you in particular to learn of Him and replicate it, to draw multitude into His kingdom.

Matthew  11:29 Take my yoke upon you, and learn of me; for I am meek and lowly in heart: and ye shall find rest unto your souls..

Both in the old and new testaments, the scriptures severally reveals God’s commandments to doing and teaching His eternal, infallible unchanging unfailing words.

Old

Deuteronomy  16:12 And thou shalt remember that thou wast a bondman in Egypt: and thou shalt observe and do these statutes.

Ezra  7:10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.

New.

Matthew  5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Matthew  7:24 Therefore whosoever heareth these sayings of mine, and doeth them, I will liken him unto a wise man, which built his house upon a rock:

John  13:17 If ye know these things, happy are ye if ye do them.

Revelation  22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

Unfortunately, just like  multitude in the church world globally today, who are saying but not doing the words. So religious people were doing in Bible days.

Matthew  23:1 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,  23:2 Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat:  23:3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.

Romans  2:19 And art confident that thou thyself art a guide of the blind, a light of them which are in darkness,  2:20 An instructor of the foolish, a teacher of babes, which hast the form of knowledge and of the truth in the law.  2:21 Thou therefore which teachest another, teachest thou not thyself? thou that preachest a man should not steal, dost thou steal?  2:22 Thou that sayest a man should not commit adultery, dost thou commit adultery? thou that abhorrest idols, dost thou commit sacrilege?  2:23 Thou that makest thy boast of the law, through breaking the law dishonourest thou God?  2:24 For the name of God is blasphemed among the Gentiles through you, as it is written.

2 Timothy  3:5 Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away.

Titus  1:16 They profess that they know God; but in works they deny him, being abominable, and disobedient, and unto every good work reprobate.

Because you desire to live eternally with God, doing and teaching God’s words in its entirety is a compulsion.

Matthew  5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Revelation  22:14 Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

His grace will be sufficient for you in Jesus name.

2 Corinthians  9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Let us pray.
