Lord what wilt thou want me to do this year 2026.
Acts 9:6 And he trembling and astonished said, Lord, what wilt thou have me to do? And the Lord said unto him, Arise, and go into the city, and it shall be told thee what thou must do.
Acts 22:10 And I said, What shall I do, LORD? And the Lord said unto me, Arise, and go into Damascus; and there it shall be told thee of all things which are appointed for thee to do.
Beloved for you to be fulfilled in life, you must be asking from God, constantly, what He will have you do.
If you choose your own way and accomplish what you planned for yourself, it might be difficult for you to live eternally with God. Even if you do, you will have eternal regret, because, you lived for yourself and not accomplishing the purpose for which God send you to planet earth.
At the outset of Paul’s ministry, He asked what God will want him to do.
Have you at anytime ask God, what He wants you to for Him, on this side of heaven?
God has brought you to the year 2026. You have mapped out your plans and want to be praying for God to fulfill them.
But then why don’t you ask Him, what He wants you to do this year and run , only with His plan.
Our Lord Jesus Christ was very different from you. He committed Himself to doing nothing, apart from God’s perfect will.
John 4:34 Jesus saith unto them, My meat is to do the will of him that sent me, and to finish his work.
John 6:38 For I came down from heaven, not to do mine own will, but the will of him that sent me.
John 9:4 I must work the works of him that sent me, while it is day: the night cometh, when no man can work.
John 17:4 I have glorified thee on the earth: I have finished the work which thou gavest me to do.
You can follow His pattern by making God yours forever and give Him, unrestrained freehand to guide you until Jesus comes.
Psalms 48:14 For this God is our God for ever and ever: he will be our guide even unto death.
Let Him alone be the one that will be choosing your inheritances at all times.
Psalms 47:4 He shall choose our inheritance for us, the excellency of Jacob whom he loved. Selah.
This becomes necessary for two reasons.
First, He has given a commitment to guide you, if you give Him free hand.
Psalms 32:8 I will instruct thee and teach thee in the way which thou shalt go: I will guide thee with mine eye.
Second, you are spiritually blind and unless you are guided by Him, you will be groping in darkness and be making avoidable costly mistakes.
Isaiah 42:16 And I will bring the blind by a way that they knew not; I will lead them in paths that they have not known: I will make darkness light before them, and crooked things straight. These things will I do unto them, and not forsake them. 42:18 Hear, ye deaf; and look, ye blind, that ye may see. 42:19 Who is blind, but my servant? or deaf, as my messenger that I sent? who is blind as he that is perfect, and blind as the LORD’s servant? 42:20 Seeing many things, but thou observest not; opening the ears, but he heareth not.
God has brought you to year 2026, to accomplish His purposes.
Spend time with Him in prayers to discover what He wants done and not your own plans that you wants Him to bless.
Isaiah 48:17 Thus saith the LORD, thy Redeemer, the Holy One of Israel; I am the LORD thy God which teacheth thee to profit, which leadeth thee by the way that thou shouldest go. 48:18 O that thou hadst hearkened to my commandments! then had thy peace been as a river, and thy righteousness as the waves of the sea:
