Be occupied till He comes.
Luke 19:13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come.
Certainly and assuredly our Lord Jesus Christ is coming back.
John 14:1 Let not your heart be troubled: ye believe in God, believe also in me. 14:2 In my Father’s house are many mansions: if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. 14:3 And if I go and prepare a place for you, I will come again, and receive you unto myself; that where I am, there ye may be also.
He is coming back only for the saints that are occupied for advancing His kingdom.
Matthew 28:19 Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Mark 16:17 And these signs shall follow them that believe; In my name shall they cast out devils; they shall speak with new tongues; 16:18 They shall take up serpents; and if they drink any deadly thing, it shall not hurt them; they shall lay hands on the sick, and they shall recover.
John 20:21 Then said Jesus to them again, Peace be unto you: as my Father hath sent me, even so send I you.
Who were the people Jesus commanded to be occupied till He comes?
Listen:
John 17:6 I have manifested thy name unto the men which thou gavest me out of the world: thine they were, and thou gavest them me; and they have kept thy word.
1. You are keeping the entirety of God’s words in the Bible.
17:7 Now they have known that all things whatsoever thou hast given me are of thee. 17:8 For I have given unto them the words which thou gavest me; and they have received them, and have known surely that I came out from thee, and they have believed that thou didst send me.
2. You are persuaded that God sent Jesus to the world to save you in particular.
17:9 I pray for them: I pray not for the world, but for them which thou hast given me; for they are thine. 17:14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.
3. You don’t belong to the world, so you must be totally free from worldliness.
17:15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil. 17:16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world. 17:17 Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.
4. You must be biblically saved and sanctified
17:18 As thou hast sent me into the world, even so have I also sent them into the world. 17:24 Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.
5. You must be committed to be living by the entirety of God’s words in the Bible, you must also be preaching and teaching the entirety of God’s words in the Bible and be living always in readiness for His coming.
When you commit yourself to doing all these, you will be used to bring others to the kingdom and you will be partakers of the imminent rapture.
Examine yourself sincerely. Can you say all of these are your present experience.
They must be and remain to be till Christ comes.
Only on these conditions can you be occupied till He comes.
Remember the husbandman that laboureth must be the first partaker of the fruits.
2 Timothy 2:6 The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits.
If these are not a reality in your life then, you are just calling people into the kingdom like Judas, but never to partake in it. This shall not be your portion in Jesus name.
Song of Solomon 1:6 Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother’s children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.
So repent and be biblically saved and sanctified before it is too late.
Our Lord that is coming very soon says, you should be occupied till He comes.
