The word of our Lord Jesus Christ is eternal and will never pass away unfulfilled.
Matthew 24:35 Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.
Multitude in Christ church globally are found wanting on the undoing of Lot’s wife.
They are already rebuilding what they once destroyed. They have become transgressors.
Galatians 2:18 For if I build again the things which I destroyed, I make myself a transgressor.
It is very very painful but true that they are looking back and life eternal as already slipped out of their hands.
Luke 9:62 And Jesus said unto him, No man, having put his hand to the plough, and looking back, is fit for the kingdom of God.
2 Thessalonians 2:10 And with all deceivableness of unrighteousness in them that perish; because they received not the love of the truth, that they might be saved. 2:11 And for this cause God shall send them strong delusion, that they should believe a lie: 2:12 That they all might be damned who believed not the truth, but had pleasure in unrighteousness.
The devil and his cohorts have unrestrained access to their lives to damn it.
Hosea 8:3 Israel hath cast off the thing that is good: the enemy shall pursue him.
God Himself has abandoned them because they are growing deeper in displeasing Him.
Hosea 4:17 Ephraim is joined to idols: let him alone.
However, the Holy Spirit is calling such people back to rectitude before it is too late.
Jeremiah 3:12 Go and proclaim these words toward the north, and say, Return, thou backsliding Israel, saith the LORD; and I will not cause mine anger to fall upon you: for I am merciful, saith the LORD, and I will not keep anger for ever.
3:22 Return, ye backsliding children, and I will heal your backslidings. Behold, we come unto thee; for thou art the LORD our God.
If such will do what the prodigal son did, it will be well with their precious undying soul.
Luke 15:17 And when he came to himself, he said, How many hired servants of my father’s have bread enough and to spare, and I perish with hunger! 15:18 I will arise and go to my father, and will say unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and before thee, 15:19 And am no more worthy to be called thy son: make me as one of thy hired servants. 15:20 And he arose, and came to his father. But when he was yet a great way off, his father saw him, and had compassion, and ran, and fell on his neck, and kissed him. 15:21 And the son said unto him, Father, I have sinned against heaven, and in thy sight, and am no more worthy to be called thy son. 15:22 But the father said to his servants, Bring forth the best robe, and put it on him; and put a ring on his hand, and shoes on his feet: 15:23 And bring hither the fatted calf, and kill it; and let us eat, and be merry: 15:24 For this my son was dead, and is alive again; he was lost, and is found. And they began to be merry.
May the good Lord help such people to be wise unto salvation in Jesus name.
