Cultivating and Sustaining God’s presence in the Ember months
We are eternally grateful to our Father in heaven for being there for us, since the beginning of this year till now.
As He is taking us through the Ember of the year 2025, we have nothing to fear about.
We still have His unfailing promises and guidance.
Deuteronomy 11:12 A land which the LORD thy God careth for: the eyes of the LORD thy God are always upon it, from the beginning of the year even unto the end of the year.
This is His covenant for us and He is a covenant keeping God.
But then, we need to understand how to cultivate and sustain His presence all through the Ember months.
Listen to His unfailing promises, which are conditional.
Don’t forget. The devil knew His time is running out.
And so he and his cohorts are tirelessly doing what they know, how to do best.
John 10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.
1 Peter 5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:
You must resist them through God’s unfailing armouries.
1 Peter 5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.
What are these conditional unfailing promises?
1.
Deuteronomy 23:14 For the LORD thy God walketh in the midst of thy camp, to deliver thee, and to give up thine enemies before thee; therefore shall thy camp be holy: that he see no unclean thing in thee, and turn away from thee.
What then is condition to keep His presence for Him to continue to subdue your tireless adversaries?
Daily biblical holiness.
Luke 1:75 In holiness and righteousness before him, all the days of our life.
2.
Exodus 33:14 And he said, My presence shall go with thee, and I will give thee rest.
Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.
You must be content in what the Lord has given you, be thankful and He will continue to increase them according to His will.
3.
Matthew 28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
Be engaged in lifting up Jesus, through your lifestyle, adornment and utterances, to turn all around you to righteousness .
Daniel 12:3 And they that be wise shall shine as the brightness of the firmament; and they that turn many to righteousness as the stars for ever and ever.
4.
John 8:29 And he that sent me is with me: the Father hath not left me alone; for I do always those things that please him.
Pleading Him in all things and at all times. Never ever please any being including yourself.
Galatians 1:10 For do I now persuade men, or God? or do I seek to please men? for if I yet pleased men, I should not be the servant of Christ.
Be like Enoch
Hebrews 11:5 By faith Enoch was translated that he should not see death; and was not found, because God had translated him: for before his translation he had this testimony, that he pleased God.
Doing all of these will help you to cultivate and sustain God’s unfailing presence till Christ comes and also be ready anytime the imminent rapture takes place.
Remember, His grace will be sufficient for you.
2 Corinthians 9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:
