Fulfilment through Christ here and hereafter.

Fulfilment here and hereafter through Christ

John  12:26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.

Those who joyfully serve Christ wholeheartedly at all times, will certainly have enviable things to show for it in this life and the one to come.

The greatest thing that can happen to you is to leave all to follow Him.

Mark  10:28 Then Peter began to say unto him, Lo, we have left all, and have followed thee.  10:29 And Jesus answered and said, Verily I say unto you, There is no man that hath left house, or brethren, or sisters, or father, or mother, or wife, or children, or lands, for my sake, and the gospel’s,  10:30 But he shall receive an hundredfold now in this time, houses, and brethren, and sisters, and mothers, and children, and lands, with persecutions; and in the world to come eternal life.

Paul did this and ended up triumphantly.

Philippians  3:7 But what things were gain to me, those I counted loss for Christ.  3:8 Yea doubtless, and I count all things but loss for the excellency of the knowledge of Christ Jesus my Lord: for whom I have suffered the loss of all things, and do count them but dung, that I may win Christ,  3:9 And be found in him, not having mine own righteousness, which is of the law, but that which is through the faith of Christ, the righteousness which is of God by faith:  3:10 That I may know him, and the power of his resurrection, and the fellowship of his sufferings, being made conformable unto his death;  3:11 If by any means I might attain unto the resurrection of the dead.

No wonder, he had  a wonderful testimony of a glorious end at the end of his life.

2 Timothy  4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:  4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

This is the expectation of Christ for even you, so that like Paul, you too will have a glorious and fulfilled lifestyle here  and hereafter.

His grace will be sufficient for you to attain this laudable achievement.

2 Corinthians  9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Continue to do likewise till Christ comes.

Let us pray.
