Increase through God.

Increase through God.

Psalms  115:14 The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children.

Psalms  105:24 And he increased his people greatly; and made them stronger than their enemies.

God’s desire is to increase His people. In areas of our lives, He will increase us too in Jesus name.

Examples of people that God increased.

Children of Israel

Exodus  1:7 And the children of Israel were fruitful, and increased abundantly, and multiplied, and waxed exceeding mighty; and the land was filled with them.

Deuteronomy  10:22 Thy fathers went down into Egypt with threescore and ten persons; and now the LORD thy God hath made thee as the stars of heaven for multitude.

Acts  7:17 But when the time of the promise drew nigh, which God had sworn to Abraham, the people grew and multiplied in Egypt,

Hannah

1 Samuel  2:21 And the LORD visited Hannah, so that she conceived, and bare three sons and two daughters. And the child Samuel grew before the LORD.

Jabez

1 Chronicles  4:9 And Jabez was more honourable than his brethren: and his mother called his name Jabez, saying, Because I bare him with sorrow.  4:10 And Jabez called on the God of Israel, saying, Oh that thou wouldest bless me indeed, and enlarge my coast, and that thine hand might be with me, and that thou wouldest keep me from evil, that it may not grieve me! And God granted him that which he requested.

Job

Job  42:12 So the LORD blessed the latter end of Job more than his beginning: for he had fourteen thousand sheep, and six thousand camels, and a thousand yoke of oxen, and a thousand she asses.  42:13 He had also seven sons and three daughters.

Abraham

Isaiah  51:1 Hearken to me, ye that follow after righteousness, ye that seek the LORD: look unto the rock whence ye are hewn, and to the hole of the pit whence ye are digged.  51:2 Look unto Abraham your father, and unto Sarah that bare you: for I called him alone, and blessed him, and increased him.

The church in Jerusalem.

Acts  5:14 And believers were the more added to the Lord, multitudes both of men and women.)  5:15 Insomuch that they brought forth the sick into the streets, and laid them on beds and couches, that at the least the shadow of Peter passing by might overshadow some of them.  5:16 There came also a multitude out of the cities round about unto Jerusalem, bringing sick folks, and them which were vexed with unclean spirits: and they were healed every one.

God that did it has not changed.

Malachi  3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

It is His desire to increase us now and give us inexhaustible eternal treasures hereafter.

1 Peter  1:4 To an inheritance incorruptible, and undefiled, and that fadeth not away, reserved in heaven for you,

But then these blessings are for those who are obedient unto Him in all things and at all times

Jeremiah  7:23 But this thing commanded I them, saying, Obey my voice, and I will be your God, and ye shall be my people: and walk ye in all the ways that I have commanded you, that it may be well unto you.

Have you obeyed Him and taken advantage of the sacrifice of Christ to be biblically saved  and sanctified?

Matthew  1:21 And she shall bring forth a son, and thou shalt call his name JESUS: for he shall save his people from their sins.

Come to Jesus and by His sacrifice on the cross, He will save you from sins without: biblical salvation and sins within: biblical sanctification.

Then the Lord will increase you more and more  in Jesus name.

Psalms  115:14 The LORD shall increase you more and more, you and your children.

Let us pray.
