Simply trusting God every day.

Simply trusting God every day

Psalms  56:3 What time I am afraid, I will trust in thee.

Many times our refusal to compromise our faith in Christ will expose us to fearful and fearsome circumstances.  Paul and his team experienced this severally.

2 Corinthians  1:8 For we would not, brethren, have you ignorant of our trouble which came to us in Asia, that we were pressed out of measure, above strength, insomuch that we despaired even of life:  1:9 But we had the sentence of death in ourselves, that we should not trust in ourselves, but in God which raiseth the dead:  1:10 Who delivered us from so great a death, and doth deliver: in whom we trust that he will yet deliver us;

2 Corinthians  7:5 For, when we were come into Macedonia, our flesh had no rest, but we were troubled on every side; without were fightings, within were fears.  7:6 Nevertheless God, that comforteth those that are cast down, comforted us by the coming of Titus;

However, they continued to trust God and He delivered them ultimately.

Psalms  34:4 I sought the LORD, and he heard me, and delivered me from all my fears.  34:5 They looked unto him, and were lightened: and their faces were not ashamed.

That is exactly what the Lord wants us to do.

To continue to trust Him, no matter how hopeless the situation might become.

Psalms  62:8 Trust in him at all times; ye people, pour out your heart before him: God is a refuge for us. Selah.

Isaiah  26:3 Thou wilt keep him in perfect peace, whose mind is stayed on thee: because he trusteth in thee.  26:4 Trust ye in the LORD for ever: for in the LORD JEHOVAH is everlasting strength:

God was timely to rescue Shadrach Meshach and Abdenigo.

He was timely to rescue Daniel in the den of Lions.

He was timely to rescue Peter, before King Herod could kill him.

He will provide us same timely help in every hopeless situations we find ourselves.

Psalms  46:1 God is our refuge and strength, a very present help in trouble.  46:2 Therefore will not we fear, though the earth be removed, and though the mountains be carried into the midst of the sea;  46:3 Though the waters thereof roar and be troubled, though the mountains shake with the swelling thereof. Selah.  46:4 There is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.  46:5 God is in the midst of her; she shall not be moved: God shall help her, and that right early.

It shall be so in Jesus name.

Let us pray
