JESUS FROM DANIEL

STUDYING JESUS FROM THE BIBLE .  Daniel  – THE  FORTH PERSON   Tue 13TH  MAY   2025

The Lord Jesus Christ commanded his faithful followers of all generations to search the scriptures.

The books of Genesis to Revelation, the entire sixty-six books are revelations  about him alone.

Jhn 5: 39 Search the scriptures; for in them ye think ye have eternal life: and they are they which testify of me.

TODAY, WE are studying STUDY  THE BOOK OF DANIEL, and discovering him from there.

HE IS REVEALED AS THE SON OF GOD WALKING WITH US IN THE FIRE.

Daniel  3:19 Then was Nebuchadnezzar full of fury, and the form of his visage was changed against Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego: therefore he spake, and commanded that they should heat the furnace one seven times more than it was wont to be heated.  3:20 And he commanded the most mighty men that were in his army to bind Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, and to cast them into the burning fiery furnace.  3:21 Then these men were bound in their coats, their hosen, and their hats, and their other garments, and were cast into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.  3:22 Therefore because the king’s commandment was urgent, and the furnace exceeding hot, the flame of the fire slew those men that took up Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego.  3:23 And these three men, Shadrach, Meshach, and Abednego, fell down bound into the midst of the burning fiery furnace.  3:24 Then Nebuchadnezzar the king was astonied, and rose up in haste, and spake, and said unto his counsellors, Did not we cast three men bound into the midst of the fire? They answered and said unto the king, True, O king.  3:25 He answered and said, Lo, I see four men loose, walking in the midst of the fire, and they have no hurt; and the form of the fourth is like the Son of God.

Matthew  28:20 Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.

Hebrews  13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee.  13:6 So that we may boldly say, The Lord is my helper, and I will not fear what man shall do unto me.

DAN 3: 19-30 MAT 28: 20, HEB 13:5-6..

IN THE SAME WAY OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST WAS WITH THE THREE HEBREW CHILDREN IN THE FIRE. HE HAS GIVEN US ALSO UNWAVERING AND UNFAILING PROMISES TO DO SAME FOR US TODAY.

WHATEVER, ANY BEING WANTS TO DO AGAINST US, JESUS WILL ALWAYS BE WITH US AND DELIVER US.

1. CHRIST TIMELY PRESERVATION FOR THE REDEEMED..

2. CERTAINTY OF TROUBLES AND PERSECUTIONS FOR THE RIGHTEOUS..

3.CONDITIONS FOR TRIUMPH FROM PERSECUTIONS FOR THE REDEEMED..

1. CHRIST TIMELY PRESERVATION FOR THE REDEEMED..

AS GOD’S CHILDREN WE HAVE ASSURANCE THAT OUR LORD WILL ALWAYS BE TIMELY IN DELIVERING US FROM EVERY CHALLENGE,

RIGHTEOUS STANDING HAS BROUGHT INTO OUR LIVES.

HIS OWN TIMING MIGHT BE DIFFERENT FROM OURS, BUT WE HAVE ASSURANCE, THAT HE WILL NEVER BE LATE.

Genesis  18:14 Is any thing too hard for the LORD? At the time appointed I will return unto thee, according to the time of life, and Sarah shall have a son.

Job  14:14 If a man die, shall he live again? all the days of my appointed time will I wait, till my change come.

Habakkuk  2:3 For the vision is yet for an appointed time, but at the end it shall speak, and not lie: though it tarry, wait for it; because it will surely come, it will not tarry.

MANY CHRISTIANS AND THE REDEEMED PEOPLE HAVE MISSED THEIR TRIUMPH AND GOD’S TIMELY INTERVENTION , BECAUSE THEY NEVER WAITED FOR GOD”S APPOINTED TIME.

ALWAYS REMEMBER. THAT GOD WILL BE  TIMELY IN DELIVERING YOU FROM EVERY  CHALLENGE.

HE DID FOR PETER IN HEROD’S PRISON. PAUL IN JERUSALEM BEFORE THE FORTY JEWS THAT VOWED TO KILL HIM.

THE SAME WAS DONE FOR THE  CHILDREN OF ISRAEL BEFORE THE RED SEA BEEN PURSUED BY PHARAOH.

SAME FOR HEZEKIEL BEFORE SENNACHRIB’S ONE HUNDRED AND FORTY FOUR THOUSAND SOLDIERS.

AND ESTHER AND MORDECAI BEFORE HAMMAN DEADLY PLAN TO WIPE ISRAEL OUT.

THE LORD DELIVERED DANIEL IN THE LION’S DEN, THE THREE HEBREW CHILDREN IN THE FURNACE OF FIRE

AND OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST Is  still THE same , AFTER HIS DEATH ON THE CROSS OF CALVARY. IF HE HAD DONE IT FOR THEM, HE WILL CERTAINLY DO IT FOR US TOO IN JESUS NAME.

Acts  2:25 For David speaketh concerning him, I foresaw the Lord always before my face, for he is on my right hand, that I should not be moved:  2:26 Therefore did my heart rejoice, and my tongue was glad; moreover also my flesh shall rest in hope:  2:27 Because thou wilt not leave my soul in hell, neither wilt thou suffer thine Holy One to see corruption.

BUT THEN, ARE PEOPLE STILL GOING THROUGH FIRE TODAY?

THE ANSWER IS YES. IT MIGHT NOT BE LITERAL FIRE, BUT IT BURNS  LITERALLY LIKE FIRE BURNS.

Psalms  39:2 I was dumb with silence, I held my peace, even from good; and my sorrow was stirred.  39:3 My heart was hot within me, while I was musing the fire burned: then spake I with my tongue,

James  3:5 Even so the tongue is a little member, and boasteth great things. Behold, how great a matter a little fire kindleth!  3:6 And the tongue is a fire, a world of iniquity: so is the tongue among our members, that it defileth the whole body, and setteth on fire the course of nature; and it is set on fire of hell.

1 Samuel  1:1 Now there was a certain man of Ramathaimzophim, of mount Ephraim, and his name was Elkanah, the son of Jeroham, the son of Elihu, the son of Tohu, the son of Zuph, an Ephrathite:  1:2 And he had two wives; the name of the one was Hannah, and the name of the other Peninnah: and Peninnah had children, but Hannah had no children.  1:3 And this man went up out of his city yearly to worship and to sacrifice unto the LORD of hosts in Shiloh. And the two sons of Eli, Hophni and Phinehas, the priests of the LORD, were there.  1:4 And when the time was that Elkanah offered, he gave to Peninnah his wife, and to all her sons and her daughters, portions:  1:5 But unto Hannah he gave a worthy portion; for he loved Hannah: but the LORD had shut up her womb.  1:6 And her adversary also provoked her sore, for to make her fret, because the LORD had shut up her womb.

Lamentations  1:13 From above hath he sent fire into my bones, and it prevaileth against them: he hath spread a net for my feet, he hath turned me back: he hath made me desolate and faint all the day.

Psalms  57:4 My soul is among lions: and I lie even among them that are set on fire, even the sons of men, whose teeth are spears and arrows, and their tongue a sharp sword.

Isaiah  9:18 For wickedness burneth as the fire: it shall devour the briers and thorns, and shall kindle in the thickets of the forest, and they shall mount up like the lifting up of smoke.

Psalms  79:5 How long, LORD? wilt thou be angry for ever? shall thy jealousy burn like fire?

THESE ARE SOME OF THE DIVERS FIRE OF PERSECUTION THE REDEEMED PEOPLE GO THROUGH TODAY.

BUT WE HAVE ASSURANCE THAT OUR LORD SHALL CERTAINLY DELIVER US, BEFORE THE FIRE DEVOUR US.

Isaiah  43:1 But now thus saith the LORD that created thee, O Jacob, and he that formed thee, O Israel, Fear not: for I have redeemed thee, I have called thee by thy name; thou art mine.  43:2 When thou passest through the waters, I will be with thee; and through the rivers, they shall not overflow thee: when thou walkest through the fire, thou shalt not be burned; neither shall the flame kindle upon thee.

2. CERTAINTY OF TROUBLES AND PERSECUTIONS FOR THE RIGHTEOUS..

RIGHTEOUSNESS IS WHAT ENDEAR US TO GOD.

BUT IT IS THE SAME THING THAT MAKES US AN ENEMY TO SATAN.

OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST LEFT US AN EXAMPLE OF RIGHTEOUSNESS.

Hebrews  1:9 Thou hast loved righteousness, and hated iniquity; therefore God, even thy God, hath anointed thee with the oil of gladness above thy fellows.

RIGHTEOUSNESS WILL PROMOTE AND BRING BLESSINGS TO YOUR LIFE , HERE ON EARTH AND IN ETERNITY.

Proverbs  14:34 Righteousness exalteth a nation: but sin is a reproach to any people.

Psalms  34:15 The eyes of the LORD are upon the righteous, and his ears are open unto their cry.  34:17 The righteous cry, and the LORD heareth, and delivereth them out of all their troubles.

BUT THEN RIGHTEOUSNESS WILL BRING YOU INTO PERSECUTIONS ALL TROUGH YOUR LIFE.

Psalms  34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.

2 Timothy  3:12 Yea, and all that will live godly in Christ Jesus shall suffer persecution.

OUR  LORD MADE THIS PLAIN TO ALL HIS FAITHFUL FOLLOWERS.

John  16:33 These things I have spoken unto you, that in me ye might have peace. In the world ye shall have tribulation: but be of good cheer; I have overcome the world.

John  17:14 I have given them thy word; and the world hath hated them, because they are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.  17:15 I pray not that thou shouldest take them out of the world, but that thou shouldest keep them from the evil.  17:16 They are not of the world, even as I am not of the world.

John  15:18 If the world hate you, ye know that it hated me before it hated you.  15:19 If ye were of the world, the world would love his own: but because ye are not of the world, but I have chosen you out of the world, therefore the world hateth you.  15:20 Remember the word that I said unto you, The servant is not greater than his lord. If they have persecuted me, they will also persecute you; if they have kept my saying, they will keep yours also.

Acts  14:22 Confirming the souls of the disciples, and exhorting them to continue in the faith, and that we must through much tribulation enter into the kingdom of God.

1 Peter  4:12 Beloved, think it not strange concerning the fiery trial which is to try you, as though some strange thing happened unto you:  4:13 But rejoice, inasmuch as ye are partakers of Christ’s sufferings; that, when his glory shall be revealed, ye may be glad also with exceeding joy.

Philippians  1:29 For unto you it is given in the behalf of Christ, not only to believe on him, but also to suffer for his sake;

HOWEVER, YOU SAY IF FOLLOWING CHRIST AND BEING RIGHTEOUS WILL BRING PERSECUTION, WILL IT NOT BE BETTER NOT TO FOLLOW HIM AND ENJOY MY LIFE?THE ANSWER IS NO.

IF YOU DON’T FOLLOW HIM, YOU WILL STILL HAVE TROUBLES HERE ON EARTH AND END UP IN THE LAKE OF FIRE.

1 Peter  5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:  5:9 Whom resist stedfast in the faith, knowing that the same afflictions are accomplished in your brethren that are in the world.  5:10 But the God of all grace, who hath called us unto his eternal glory by Christ Jesus, after that ye have suffered a while, make you perfect, stablish, strengthen, settle you.

Isaiah  3:10 Say ye to the righteous, that it shall be well with him: for they shall eat the fruit of their doings.  3:11 Woe unto the wicked! it shall be ill with him: for the reward of his hands shall be given him.

EVEN THOUGH RIGHTEOUSNESS WILL BRING US PERSECUTIONS, BUT OUR LORD HAS ASSURED US, THAT HE WILL SURELY DELIVER US.

Psalms  34:19 Many are the afflictions of the righteous: but the LORD delivereth him out of them all.

3.CONDITIONS FOR TRIUMPH FROM PERSECUTIONS FOR THE REDEEMED..

WE  HAVE UNFAILING PROMISES FROM OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN TO BE WITH US IN THE FIRE AND ALSO TO DELIVER US.

HE HAD BEEN FAITHFUL IN THE PAST, DELIVERING THE REDEEMED, HE WILL SURELY DO SAME FOR US TODAY IN JESUS NAME.

Hebrews  12:2 Looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of our faith; who for the joy that was set before him endured the cross, despising the shame, and is set down at the right hand of the throne of God.

Romans  4:17 (As it is written, I have made thee a father of many nations,) before him whom he believed, even God, who quickeneth the dead, and calleth those things which be not as though they were.  4:18 Who against hope believed in hope, that he might become the father of many nations, according to that which was spoken, So shall thy seed be.  4:19 And being not weak in faith, he considered not his own body now dead, when he was about an hundred years old, neither yet the deadness of Sarah’s womb:  4:20 He staggered not at the promise of God through unbelief; but was strong in faith, giving glory to God;  4:21 And being fully persuaded that, what he had promised, he was able also to perform.

Daniel  6:19 Then the king arose very early in the morning, and went in haste unto the den of lions.  6:20 And when he came to the den, he cried with a lamentable voice unto Daniel: and the king spake and said to Daniel, O Daniel, servant of the living God, is thy God, whom thou servest continually, able to deliver thee from the lions?  6:21 Then said Daniel unto the king, O king, live for ever.  6:22 My God hath sent his angel, and hath shut the lions’ mouths, that they have not hurt me: forasmuch as before him innocency was found in me; and also before thee, O king, have I done no hurt.  6:23 Then was the king exceeding glad for him, and commanded that they should take Daniel up out of the den. So Daniel was taken up out of the den, and no manner of hurt was found upon him, because he believed in his God.

Acts  12:5 Peter therefore was kept in prison: but prayer was made without ceasing of the church unto God for him.  12:6 And when Herod would have brought him forth, the same night Peter was sleeping between two soldiers, bound with two chains: and the keepers before the door kept the prison.  12:7 And, behold, the angel of the Lord came upon him, and a light shined in the prison: and he smote Peter on the side, and raised him up, saying, Arise up quickly. And his chains fell off from his hands.  12:8 And the angel said unto him, Gird thyself, and bind on thy sandals. And so he did. And he saith unto him, Cast thy garment about thee, and follow me.  12:9 And he went out, and followed him; and wist not that it was true which was done by the angel; but thought he saw a vision.  12:10 When they were past the first and the second ward, they came unto the iron gate that leadeth unto the city; which opened to them of his own accord: and they went out, and passed on through one street; and forthwith the angel departed from him.  12:11 And when Peter was come to himself, he said, Now I know of a surety, that the LORD hath sent his angel, and hath delivered me out of the hand of Herod, and from all the expectation of the people of the Jews.

Acts  23:12 And when it was day, certain of the Jews banded together, and bound themselves under a curse, saying that they would neither eat nor drink till they had killed Paul.  23:13 And they were more than forty which had made this conspiracy.  23:14 And they came to the chief priests and elders, and said, We have bound ourselves under a great curse, that we will eat nothing until we have slain Paul.  23:15 Now therefore ye with the council signify to the chief captain that he bring him down unto you to morrow, as though ye would enquire something more perfectly concerning him: and we, or ever he come near, are ready to kill him.  23:16 And when Paul’s sister’s son heard of their lying in wait, he went and entered into the castle, and told Paul.  23:17 Then Paul called one of the centurions unto him, and said, Bring this young man unto the chief captain: for he hath a certain thing to tell him.  23:18 So he took him, and brought him to the chief captain, and said, Paul the prisoner called me unto him, and prayed me to bring this young man unto thee, who hath something to say unto thee.  23:19 Then the chief captain took him by the hand, and went with him aside privately, and asked him, What is that thou hast to tell me?  23:20 And he said, The Jews have agreed to desire thee that thou wouldest bring down Paul to morrow into the council, as though they would enquire somewhat of him more perfectly.  23:21 But do not thou yield unto them: for there lie in wait for him of them more than forty men, which have bound themselves with an oath, that they will neither eat nor drink till they have killed him: and now are they ready, looking for a promise from thee.  23:31 Then the soldiers, as it was commanded them, took Paul, and brought him by night to Antipatris.

Exodus  14:9 But the Egyptians pursued after them, all the horses and chariots of Pharaoh, and his horsemen, and his army, and overtook them encamping by the sea, beside Pihahiroth, before Baalzephon.  14:10 And when Pharaoh drew nigh, the children of Israel lifted up their eyes, and, behold, the Egyptians marched after them; and they were sore afraid: and the children of Israel cried out unto the LORD.  14:11 And they said unto Moses, Because there were no graves in Egypt, hast thou taken us away to die in the wilderness? wherefore hast thou dealt thus with us, to carry us forth out of Egypt?  14:12 Is not this the word that we did tell thee in Egypt, saying, Let us alone, that we may serve the Egyptians? For it had been better for us to serve the Egyptians, than that we should die in the wilderness.  14:13 And Moses said unto the people, Fear ye not, stand still, and see the salvation of the LORD, which he will shew to you to day: for the Egyptians whom ye have seen to day, ye shall see them again no more for ever.  14:14 The LORD shall fight for you, and ye shall hold your peace.  14:15 And the LORD said unto Moses, Wherefore criest thou unto me? speak unto the children of Israel, that they go forward:  14:16 But lift thou up thy rod, and stretch out thine hand over the sea, and divide it: and the children of Israel shall go on dry ground through the midst of the sea.  14:26 And the LORD said unto Moses, Stretch out thine hand over the sea, that the waters may come again upon the Egyptians, upon their chariots, and upon their horsemen.  14:27 And Moses stretched forth his hand over the sea, and the sea returned to his strength when the morning appeared; and the Egyptians fled against it; and the LORD overthrew the Egyptians in the midst of the sea.  14:28 And the waters returned, and covered the chariots, and the horsemen, and all the host of Pharaoh that came into the sea after them; there remained not so much as one of them.  14:29 But the children of Israel walked upon dry land in the midst of the sea; and the waters were a wall unto them on their right hand, and on their left.  14:30 Thus the LORD saved Israel that day out of the hand of the Egyptians; and Israel saw the Egyptians dead upon the sea shore.  14:31 And Israel saw that great work which the LORD did upon the Egyptians: and the people feared the LORD, and believed the LORD, and his servant Moses.

Isaiah  36:1 Now it came to pass in the fourteenth year of king Hezekiah, that Sennacherib king of Assyria came up against all the defenced cities of Judah, and took them.  36:2 And the king of Assyria sent Rabshakeh from Lachish to Jerusalem unto king Hezekiah with a great army. And he stood by the conduit of the upper pool in the highway of the fuller’s field.  36:18 Beware lest Hezekiah persuade you, saying, The LORD will deliver us. Hath any of the gods of the nations delivered his land out of the hand of the king of Assyria?  36:19 Where are the gods of Hamath and Arphad? where are the gods of Sepharvaim? and have they delivered Samaria out of my hand?  36:20 Who are they among all the gods of these lands, that have delivered their land out of my hand, that the LORD should deliver Jerusalem out of my hand?

Isaiah  37:14 And Hezekiah received the letter from the hand of the messengers, and read it: and Hezekiah went up unto the house of the LORD, and spread it before the LORD.  37:15 And Hezekiah prayed unto the LORD, saying,  37:16 O LORD of hosts, God of Israel, that dwellest between the cherubims, thou art the God, even thou alone, of all the kingdoms of the earth: thou hast made heaven and earth.  37:17 Incline thine ear, O LORD, and hear; open thine eyes, O LORD, and see: and hear all the words of Sennacherib, which hath sent to reproach the living God.  37:18 Of a truth, LORD, the kings of Assyria have laid waste all the nations, and their countries,  37:19 And have cast their gods into the fire: for they were no gods, but the work of men’s hands, wood and stone: therefore they have destroyed them.  37:20 Now therefore, O LORD our God, save us from his hand, that all the kingdoms of the earth may know that thou art the LORD, even thou only.  37:36 Then the angel of the LORD went forth, and smote in the camp of the Assyrians a hundred and fourscore and five thousand: and when they arose early in the morning, behold, they were all dead corpses.  37:37 So Sennacherib king of Assyria departed, and went and returned, and dwelt at Nineveh.  37:38 And it came to pass, as he was worshipping in the house of Nisroch his god, that Adrammelech and Sharezer his sons smote him with the sword; and they escaped into the land of Armenia: and Esarhaddon his son reigned in his stead.

Hebrews  10:32 But call to remembrance the former days, in which, after ye were illuminated, ye endured a great fight of afflictions;  10:33 Partly, whilst ye were made a gazingstock both by reproaches and afflictions; and partly, whilst ye became companions of them that were so used.  10:34 For ye had compassion of me in my bonds, and took joyfully the spoiling of your goods, knowing in yourselves that ye have in heaven a better and an enduring substance.  10:35 Cast not away therefore your confidence, which hath great recompence of reward.  10:36 For ye have need of patience, that, after ye have done the will of God, ye might receive the promise.  10:37 For yet a little while, and he that shall come will come, and will not tarry.  10:38 Now the just shall live by faith: but if any man draw back, my soul shall have no pleasure in him.  10:39 But we are not of them who draw back unto perdition; but of them that believe to the saving of the soul.

WHAT HE HAS DONE FOR THEM, HE WILL DO FOR US TOO IN JESUS NAME.

Malachi  3:6 For I am the LORD, I change not; therefore ye sons of Jacob are not consumed.

Isaiah  50:10 Who is among you that feareth the LORD, that obeyeth the voice of his servant, that walketh in darkness, and hath no light? let him trust in the name of the LORD, and stay upon his God.

Let us pray.
