Ministry 

Acts  10:38 How God anointed Jesus of Nazareth with the Holy Ghost and with power: who went about doing good, and healing all that were oppressed of the devil; for God was with him.

Resurrection.

Romans  8:11 But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

Stephen

Acts  6:5 And the saying pleased the whole multitude: and they chose Stephen, a man full of faith and of the Holy Ghost, and Philip, and Prochorus, and Nicanor, and Timon, and Parmenas, and Nicolas a proselyte of Antioch:  6:8 And Stephen, full of faith and power, did great wonders and miracles among the people.

Exodus  31:1 And the LORD spake unto Moses, saying,  31:2 See, I have called by name Bezaleel the son of Uri, the son of Hur, of the tribe of Judah:  31:3 And I have filled him with the spirit of God, in wisdom, and in understanding, and in knowledge, and in all manner of workmanship,  31:4 To devise cunning works, to work in gold, and in silver, and in brass,  31:5 And in cutting of stones, to set them, and in carving of timber, to work in all manner of workmanship.

Disciples of Christ

John  20:19 Then the same day at evening, being the first day of the week, when the doors were shut where the disciples were assembled for fear of the Jews, came Jesus and stood in the midst, and saith unto them, Peace be unto you.

After Pentecost.

Acts  4:24 And when they heard that, they lifted up their voice to God with one accord, and said, Lord, thou art God, which hast made heaven, and earth, and the sea, and all that in them is:  4:31 And when they had prayed, the place was shaken where they were assembled together; and they were all filled with the Holy Ghost, and they spake the word of God with boldness.  4:33 And with great power gave the apostles witness of the resurrection of the Lord Jesus: and great grace was upon them all.

You also need the baptism of the Holy Spirit.

To receive Him,  you must be biblically saved. and sanctified.

Ezekiel  36:25 Then will I sprinkle clean water upon you, and ye shall be clean: from all your filthiness, and from all your idols, will I cleanse you.  36:26 A new heart also will I give you, and a new spirit will I put within you: and I will take away the stony heart out of your flesh, and I will give you an heart of flesh.  36:27 And I will put my spirit within you, and cause you to walk in my statutes, and ye shall keep my judgments, and do them.

The church at Antioch experienced growth through the Holy Spirit.
