1 Kings 10:23 So king Solomon exceeded all the kings of the earth for riches and for wisdom. 10:24 And all the earth sought to Solomon, to hear his wisdom, which God had put in his heart. 10:25 And they brought every man his present, vessels of silver, and vessels of gold, and garments, and armour, and spices, horses, and mules, a rate year by year.
But Jesus, the King of Kings is greater than him. MAT 12:42

1. THE REALITY OF THE REIGNING KING JESUS .
2. THE REDEEMED AND THE REIGNING KING JESUS
3. THE REGRET OF REJECTING KING JESUS
1. THE REALITY OF THE REIGNING KING JESUS .
Jesus Christ our Lord and Savior is the indisputable reigning King. He was born a king. MAT 2:1-2, .MAT 27: 11, LUKE 23:38.
Matthew 2:1 Now when Jesus was born in Bethlehem of Judaea in the days of Herod the king, behold, there came wise men from the east to Jerusalem, 2:2 Saying, Where is he that is born King of the Jews? for we have seen his star in the east, and are come to worship him.
Matthew 27:11 And Jesus stood before the governor: and the governor asked him, saying, Art thou the King of the Jews? And Jesus said unto him, Thou sayest.
Luke 23:38 And a superscription also was written over him in letters of Greek, and Latin, and Hebrew, THIS IS THE KING OF THE JEWS.
The reason why he was killed was the fact, that, the Jews rejected him as there king.
But much more than that, he is the king of Kings and the Lord of Lords of the entire universe.
1 Timothy 6:14 That thou keep this commandment without spot, unrebukeable, until the appearing of our Lord Jesus Christ: 6:15 Which in his times he shall shew, who is the blessed and only Potentate, the King of kings, and Lord of lords;
Revelation 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
Revelation 19:11 And I saw heaven opened, and behold a white horse; and he that sat upon him was called Faithful and True, and in righteousness he doth judge and make war. 19:12 His eyes were as a flame of fire, and on his head were many crowns; and he had a name written, that no man knew, but he himself. 19:13 And he was clothed with a vesture dipped in blood: and his name is called The Word of God. 19:14 And the armies which were in heaven followed him upon white horses, clothed in fine linen, white and clean. 19:15 And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God. 19:16 And he hath on his vesture and on his thigh a name written, KING OF KINGS, AND LORD OF LORDS.
1ST TIM 6:13-16, REV 17:14, 19: 11-16,
Jesus the indisputable reigning King.
2. THE REDEEMED AND THE REIGNING KING JESUS
What made Jesus King of Kings? He is the king of all the redeemed people. REV 1: 5-6, 5:9-10.
Revelation 1:5 And from Jesus Christ, who is the faithful witness, and the first begotten of the dead, and the prince of the kings of the earth. Unto him that loved us, and washed us from our sins in his own blood, 1:6 And hath made us kings and priests unto God and his Father; to him be glory and dominion for ever and ever. Amen.
Revelation 5:9 And they sung a new song, saying, Thou art worthy to take the book, and to open the seals thereof: for thou wast slain, and hast redeemed us to God by thy blood out of every kindred, and tongue, and people, and nation; 5:10 And hast made us unto our God kings and priests: and we shall reign on the earth.
The redeemed at the end of time, will reign with Christ as kings and priests.
The question, you need to answer is whether you will reign with him at that time?
Romans 5:17 For if by one man’s offence death reigned by one; much more they which receive abundance of grace and of the gift of righteousness shall reign in life by one, Jesus Christ.)
What qualifies you to reign with him?
Three conditions:
Revelation 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
CALLED, CHOSEN AND FAITHFUL.
1. WHAT DOES IT MEANS TO BE CALLED?
ISAIAH 1:18-19, MAT 11:28, REV 22:17.
Isaiah 1:18 Come now, and let us reason together, saith the LORD: though your sins be as scarlet, they shall be as white as snow; though they be red like crimson, they shall be as wool. 1:19 If ye be willing and obedient, ye shall eat the good of the land:
Matthew 11:28 Come unto me, all ye that labour and are heavy laden, and I will give you rest.
Revelation 22:17 And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.
Have you heeded this call?
Is there a day when you remembered, you heeded the call to come out of sin to Jesus, our Lord and Savior?
Paul the apostle knew where he heeded the call and gave his testimony.
ACTS 26:9-15.
Acts 26:9 I verily thought with myself, that I ought to do many things contrary to the name of Jesus of Nazareth. 26:10 Which thing I also did in Jerusalem: and many of the saints did I shut up in prison, having received authority from the chief priests; and when they were put to death, I gave my voice against them. 26:11 And I punished them oft in every synagogue, and compelled them to blaspheme; and being exceedingly mad against them, I persecuted them even unto strange cities. 26:12 Whereupon as I went to Damascus with authority and commission from the chief priests, 26:13 At midday, O king, I saw in the way a light from heaven, above the brightness of the sun, shining round about me and them which journeyed with me. 26:14 And when we were all fallen to the earth, I heard a voice speaking unto me, and saying in the Hebrew tongue, Saul, Saul, why persecutest thou me? it is hard for thee to kick against the pricks. 26:15 And I said, Who art thou, Lord? And he said, I am Jesus whom thou persecutest. 26:16 But rise, and stand upon thy feet: for I have appeared unto thee for this purpose, to make thee a minister and a witness both of these things which thou hast seen, and of those things in the which I will appear unto thee;
Have you heed this call? Jesus is still calling you now, to come, tomorrow might be too late.
11 CHOSEN, WHAT DOES IT MEANS TO BE CHOSEN? 1ST PETER 2:9. When you are chosen, you become a light for Christ.
You will never walk in darkness again.
1 Peter 2:9 But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:
You also become chosen
When you make up your mind to accept the total word of God in the bible, you then become chosen by Christ.
John 6:64 But there are some of you that believe not. For Jesus knew from the beginning who they were that believed not, and who should betray him. 6:65 And he said, Therefore said I unto you, that no man can come unto me, except it were given unto him of my Father. 6:66 From that time many of his disciples went back, and walked no more with him. 6:67 Then said Jesus unto the twelve, Will ye also go away? 6:68 Then Simon Peter answered him, Lord, to whom shall we go? thou hast the words of eternal life. 6:69 And we believe and are sure that thou art that Christ, the Son of the living God. 6:70 Jesus answered them, Have not I chosen you twelve, and one of you is a devil?
111 FAITHFUL, WHAT DOES IT MEANS TO BE FAITHFUL?
Whatever happens to us as we follow Christ as individual or as a church? We must endure to the end and Jesus will give us crown of life..
Revelation 2:8 And unto the angel of the church in Smyrna write; These things saith the first and the last, which was dead, and is alive; 2:9 I know thy works, and tribulation, and poverty, (but thou art rich) and I know the blasphemy of them which say they are Jews, and are not, but are the synagogue of Satan. 2:10 Fear none of those things which thou shalt suffer: behold, the devil shall cast some of you into prison, that ye may be tried; and ye shall have tribulation ten days: be thou faithful unto death, and I will give thee a crown of life.
3. THE REGRET OF REJECTING KING JESUS
The world till now are still rejecting king Jesus. Unfortunately, such people will have their souls damned and spend eternity in the lake of fire
Luke 19:13 And he called his ten servants, and delivered them ten pounds, and said unto them, Occupy till I come. 19:14 But his citizens hated him, and sent a message after him, saying, We will not have this man to reign over us.
Acts 4:10 Be it known unto you all, and to all the people of Israel, that by the name of Jesus Christ of Nazareth, whom ye crucified, whom God raised from the dead, even by him doth this man stand here before you whole. 4:11 This is the stone which was set at nought of you builders, which is become the head of the corner. 4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.
Matthew 21:42 Jesus saith unto them, Did ye never read in the scriptures, The stone which the builders rejected, the same is become the head of the corner: this is the Lord’s doing, and it is marvellous in our eyes? 21:43 Therefore say I unto you, The kingdom of God shall be taken from you, and given to a nation bringing forth the fruits thereof. 21:44 And whosoever shall fall on this stone shall be broken: but on whomsoever it shall fall, it will grind him to powder.
Proverbs 8:33 Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not. 8:34 Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors. 8:35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD. 8:36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.
Where do you belong, among those warring with Jesus or those following Him as their kings? REV 17:14.
Revelation 17:14 These shall make war with the Lamb, and the Lamb shall overcome them: for he is Lord of lords, and King of kings: and they that are with him are called, and chosen, and faithful.
MAY GOD HELP YOU TO b BE WISE THIS MOMENT, BEFORE IT IS TOO LATE.
Let us pray.
