Exemplary lifestyle of Jesus Christ.

Exemplary lifestyle of Jesus

Acts  1:1 The former treatise have I made, O Theophilus, of all that Jesus began both to do and teach,

Our. Lord did all  that He taught.

Luke  24:19 And he said unto them, What things? And they said unto him, Concerning Jesus of Nazareth, which was a prophet mighty in deed and word before God and all the people:

John  18:19 The high priest then asked Jesus of his disciples, and of his doctrine.  18:20 Jesus answered him, I spake openly to the world; I ever taught in the synagogue, and in the temple, whither the Jews always resort; and in secret have I said nothing.  18:21 Why askest thou me? ask them which heard me, what I have said unto them: behold, they know what I said.

Jesus taught same for everyone who desires to be relevant in heaven.

Matthew  5:19 Whosoever therefore shall break one of these least commandments, and shall teach men so, he shall be called the least in the kingdom of heaven: but whosoever shall do and teach them, the same shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven.

Very very unfortunately, the Pharisees did contrary.  They taught but never did.

Matthew  23:1 Then spake Jesus to the multitude, and to his disciples,  23:2 Saying, The scribes and the Pharisees sit in Moses’ seat:  23:3 All therefore whatsoever they bid you observe, that observe and do; but do not ye after their works: for they say, and do not.  23:4 For they bind heavy burdens and grievous to be borne, and lay them on men’s shoulders; but they themselves will not move them with one of their fingers.

These people were very unlike saints that were leaders in the time past.

Ezra  7:10 For Ezra had prepared his heart to seek the law of the LORD, and to do it, and to teach in Israel statutes and judgments.

The blessed Holy Spirit exhorted that you should  be like Christ, doing and teaching

2 Timothy  2:6 The husbandman that laboureth must be first partaker of the fruits.

But not be like the Pharisees.

Song of Solomon  1:6 Look not upon me, because I am black, because the sun hath looked upon me: my mother’s children were angry with me; they made me the keeper of the vineyards; but mine own vineyard have I not kept.

God’s grace will be sufficient for you to do and teach like Jesus Christ.

2 Corinthians  9:8 And God is able to make all grace abound toward you; that ye, always having all sufficiency in all things, may abound to every good work:

Let us pray.
