The evidence of a biblical sanctified lifestyle.

Evidence of a biblical sanctified lifestyle.

John  17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.  17:22 And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:  17:23 I in them, and thou in me, that they may be made perfect in one; and that the world may know that thou hast sent me, and hast loved them, as thou hast loved me.

From eternity past to the future. The trinity has remained one.

1 John 5:7 For there are three that bear record in heaven, the Father, the Word, and the Holy Ghost: and these three are one.

This oneness is the revelation of a biblical sanctified lifestyle.

Christ our Lord prayed for the oneness of all Bible believing believers of all ages to be one as the trinity were since eternity past.

John  10:16 And other sheep I have, which are not of this fold: them also I must bring, and they shall hear my voice; and there shall be one fold, and one shepherd.

Our Lord and His Father were one according to Him.

John  10:30 I and my Father are one.

So He prayed that all Bible believing believers should be one, believing the same thing.

John  17:11 And now I am no more in the world, but these are in the world, and I come to thee. Holy Father, keep through thine own name those whom thou hast given me, that they may be one, as we are.

The Bible reveals the impact of the prayer for oneness of our Lord.

Acts  2:1 And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with one accord in one place.

Acts  2:46 And they, continuing daily with one accord in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, did eat their meat with gladness and singleness of heart,

Acts  4:32 And the multitude of them that believed were of one heart and of one soul: neither said any of them that ought of the things which he possessed was his own; but they had all things common.

The blessed Holy Spirit further affirms the reality of oneness as  evidence of a biblical sanctified lifestyle.

Romans  12:5 So we, being many, are one body in Christ, and every one members one of another.

1 Corinthians  1:10 Now I beseech you, brethren, by the name of our Lord Jesus Christ, that ye all speak the same thing, and that there be no divisions among you; but that ye be perfectly joined together in the same mind and in the same judgment.

1 Corinthians 12:12 For as the body is one, and hath many members, and all the members of that one body, being many, are one body: so also is Christ.

Galatians  3:28 There is neither Jew nor Greek, there is neither bond nor free, there is neither male nor female: for ye are all one in Christ Jesus.

Ephesians  4:3 Endeavouring to keep the unity of the Spirit in the bond of peace.  4:4 There is one body, and one Spirit, even as ye are called in one hope of your calling;  4:5 One Lord, one faith, one baptism,  4:6 One God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.

Beloved brethren examine yourself, do you walk in oneness with other Bible believing believers?

Do you believe the totality of scriptures,  the Bible refers to as the faith?

Do you believe the totality of the Doctrines which you must hold on to till Christ comes.

Revelation  2:25 But that which ye have already hold fast till I come.

Revelation  3:10 Because thou hast kept the word of my patience, I also will keep thee from the hour of temptation, which shall come upon all the world, to try them that dwell upon the earth.  3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.

1 Timothy  4:16 Take heed unto thyself, and unto the doctrine; continue in them: for in doing this thou shalt both save thyself, and them that hear thee.

Receive grace to walk in this oneness,  the evidence of biblical sanctification, Jesus prayed for in Jesus name.

John  17:21 That they all may be one; as thou, Father, art in me, and I in thee, that they also may be one in us: that the world may believe that thou hast sent me.

Let us pray.
