The catching away of saints. Study 38

THE CERTAINTY OF THE IMMINENT CATCHING AWAY OF THE DEAD IN CHRIST AND LIVING SAINTS BY CHRIST

Rev 4:1 — Rev 4:5  After this I looked, and, behold, a door was opened in heaven: and the first voice which I heard was as it were of a trumpet talking with me; which said, Come up hither, and I will shew thee things which must be hereafter. And immediately I was in the spirit: and, behold, a throne was set in heaven, and one sat on the throne. And he that sat was to look upon like a jasper and a sardine stone: and there was a rainbow round about the throne, in sight like unto an emerald. And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold. And out of the throne proceeded lightnings and thunderings and voices: and there were seven lamps of fire burning before the throne, which are the seven Spirits of God.

Beloved, as we look at the last chapter of the book of Revelation, it reveals to us the  privileges  and inheritances  of the righteous, re-served in heaven for them.

None of these shall  elude you in particular in Jesus name.

As you recount,  in the beginning of the study of the book of Revelation, we saw the vision of the glorified Christ.

This was followed by the messages to the seven churches,  during the church age.

Then  we also discovered the following seven milestones.

1. The rapture of the church.

1 Thessalonians  4:13 But I would not have you to be ignorant, brethren, concerning them which are asleep, that ye sorrow not, even as others which have no hope.  4:14 For if we believe that Jesus died and rose again, even so them also which sleep in Jesus will God bring with him.  4:15 For this we say unto you by the word of the Lord, that we which are alive and remain unto the coming of the Lord shall not prevent them which are asleep.  4:16 For the Lord himself shall descend from heaven with a shout, with the voice of the archangel, and with the trump of God: and the dead in Christ shall rise first:  4:17 Then we which are alive and remain shall be caught up together with them in the clouds, to meet the Lord in the air: and so shall we ever be with the Lord.  4:18 Wherefore comfort one another with these words.

2.  The great tribulation which shall be for seven years.

Revelation 6:17  For the great day of his wrath is come; and who shall be able to stand?

Revelation 19:15  And out of his mouth goeth a sharp sword, that with it he should smite the nations: and he shall rule them with a rod of iron: and he treadeth the winepress of the fierceness and wrath of Almighty God.

Chapter six to chapter nineteen.

3. The battle of Armageddon.

Revelation  19:17 And I saw an angel standing in the sun; and he cried with a loud voice, saying to all the fowls that fly in the midst of heaven, Come and gather yourselves together unto the supper of the great God;  19:18 That ye may eat the flesh of kings, and the flesh of captains, and the flesh of mighty men, and the flesh of horses, and of them that sit on them, and the flesh of all men, both free and bond, both small and great.

4.  The imprisonment of satan.

Revelation  20:1 And I saw an angel come down from heaven, having the key of the bottomless pit and a great chain in his hand.  20:2 And he laid hold on the dragon, that old serpent, which is the Devil, and Satan, and bound him a thousand years,  20:3 And cast him into the bottomless pit, and shut him up, and set a seal upon him, that he should deceive the nations no more, till the thousand years should be fulfilled: and after that he must be loosed a little season.

5.   Christ second coming and His millennial reign.

Revelation  20:4 And I saw thrones, and they sat upon them, and judgment was given unto them: and I saw the souls of them that were beheaded for the witness of Jesus, and for the word of God, and which had not worshipped the beast, neither his image, neither had received his mark upon their foreheads, or in their hands; and they lived and reigned with Christ a thousand years.  20:5 But the rest of the dead lived not again until the thousand years were finished. This is the first resurrection.  20:6 Blessed and holy is he that hath part in the first resurrection: on such the second death hath no power, but they shall be priests of God and of Christ, and shall reign with him a thousand years.

6. The great white throne judgement.

All sinners from the very beginning as far as the time of Cain the murderer, till the time  the unrepentant sinners slain at the battle of Gog and Magog. All shall appear for Judgement at the white throne judgement.

Revelation  20:11 And I saw a great white throne, and him that sat on it, from whose face the earth and the heaven fled away; and there was found no place for them.  20:12 And I saw the dead, small and great, stand before God; and the books were opened: and another book was opened, which is the book of life: and the dead were judged out of those things which were written in the books, according to their works.  20:13 And the sea gave up the dead which were in it; and death and hell delivered up the dead which were in them: and they were judged every man according to their works.  20:14 And death and hell were cast into the lake of fire. This is the second death.  20:15 And whosoever was not found written in the book of life was cast into the lake of fire.

7. The new heaven and the new earth.

Revelation 21:1  And I saw a new heaven and a new earth: for the first heaven and the first earth were passed away; and there was no more sea.

We discovered the description and dimension of the glorious city , called the bride of Christ, the heavenly Jerusalem.

In addition we discovered the delight of the saints, who shall have this city as their eternal abode.

The saints of God as far back as Abel to the very last saints, slain by the Antichrist  during the great tribulation.

As we study chapter twenty two, we continue with the glorious revelations about this new Jerusalem.

This we see from verses one to nine of chapter twenty two.

Revelation  22:1 And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.  22:2 In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.  22:3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:  22:4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.  22:5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.  22:6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.  22:7 Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.  22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.  22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.

This study reveals to us  firstly the
restoration of the river of life.

Rev 22:1 — Rev 22:5  And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb. In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations. And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him: And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads. And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever. The first thing you see in the verses above is the river of life.

Revelation 22:1  And he shewed me a pure river of water of life, clear as crystal, proceeding out of the throne of God and of the Lamb.

The second thing you also see is the tree of Life.

Revelation 22:2  In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Both the river and the tree were at Eden, the first  paradise Adam lost through sin.

Both are now restored to saints in this new heavenly city .

This is paradise  restored and regained by saints that overcame sin and satan.

May the Lord help you to be there in Jesus name. Listen to it.

Genesis  2:8 And the LORD God planted a garden eastward in Eden; and there he put the man whom he had formed.  2:9 And out of the ground made the LORD God to grow every tree that is pleasant to the sight, and good for food; the tree of life also in the midst of the garden, and the tree of knowledge of good and evil.  2:10 And a river went out of Eden to water the garden; and from thence it was parted, and became into four heads.

This river has been revealed to saints of old, that overcoming saints shall drink the water in the city of God.Psalms 46:4  There

is a river, the streams whereof shall make glad the city of God, the holy place of the tabernacles of the most High.

Psalms 65:9  Thou visitest the earth, and waterest it: thou greatly enrichest it  with the river of God, which is full of water: thou preparest them corn, when thou hast so provided for it.

May God help you to drink from this river of life Adam lost through sin.

Psalms 36:8  They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.

Apart from the river of life, you also see the tree of life.

Revelation 22:2  In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Adam and Eve on the account of sin were driven out of the garden.  The Lord would not want them to live forever in sinful state.

But the likes of you , that shall overcome. You shall have unrestricted access to the tree of life and live forever. It shall be so far you in particular in Jesus name.

Genesis  3:22 And the LORD God said, Behold, the man is become as one of us, to know good and evil: and now, lest he put forth his hand, and take also of the tree of life, and eat, and live for ever:  3:23 Therefore the LORD God sent him forth from the garden of Eden, to till the ground from whence he was taken.  3:24 So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.

There is something important in verse two. The tree of life for the healing of nations. What does this mean?

Revelation 22:2  In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

Saints in heaven shall never be sickly because they now have celestial bodies.  But then as we eat from the tee of life, we shall be healthy forever and ever. It shall not elude you in particular in Jesus name.  See it yourself.

Revelation  21:4 And God shall wipe away all tears from their eyes; and there shall be no more death, neither sorrow, nor crying, neither shall there be any more pain: for the former things are passed away.  21:5 And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

There is more on verse two of chapter twenty two. Today,  those that believe in herbs and using it as drugs or for toothpaste, sometimes make reverence to this verse. Look at it again.

Revelation 22:2  In the midst of the street of it, and on either side of the river, was there the tree of life, which bare twelve manner of fruits, and yielded her fruit every month: and the leaves of the tree were for the healing of the nations.

But then it is a lie. Nobody presently has access to the tree of life. Nobody knows where Eden garden is. .

Beside this, remember the nations referred to are overcomers not sinners. They are now far away in the lake of fire.

1 Peter 2:9  But ye are a chosen generation, a royal priesthood, an holy nation, a peculiar people; that ye should shew forth the praises of him who hath called you out of darkness into his marvellous light:

Revelation 21:27  And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

Listen to what believers are expecting.

Romans 8:21  Because the creature itself also shall be delivered from the bondage of corruption into the glorious liberty of the children of God.

John 17:24  Father, I will that they also, whom thou hast given me, be with me where I am; that they may behold my glory, which thou hast given me: for thou lovedst me before the foundation of the world.

But then for you to be there, then you must be holy and pure in heart.

Matthew 5:8  Blessed are the pure in heart: for they shall see God.

To be there, you must have been

1. Pardoned from all your sins.

2. Purged from every uncleanness.

3. Purified with the precious blood of Jesus.

Hebrews 12:14  Follow peace with all men, and holiness, without which no man shall see the Lord:

The overcomers as they eat the fruit of life, they shall become immortal and be healthy for all eternity. Both the water and tree of life shall eternally nourish the privileged saints.

But then if you must take the water of life in the future. You must be taking the water of life, made available now.

Revelation 22:17  And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely.

This means you must be biblically saved. That is salvation.

Revelation 21:6  And he said unto me, It is done. I am Alpha and Omega, the beginning and the end. I will give unto him that is athirst of the fountain of the water of life freely.

This means you are to  thirsty for salvation that is biblical more than anything else in your life.Psalms  36:6 Thy righteousness is like the great mountains; thy judgments are a great deep: O LORD, thou preservest man and beast.  36:7 How excellent is thy lovingkindness, O God! therefore the children of men put their trust under the shadow of thy wings.  36:8 They shall be abundantly satisfied with the fatness of thy house; and thou shalt make them drink of the river of thy pleasures.  36:9 For with thee is the fountain of life: in thy light shall we see light.

You come to Jesus, the fountain of life and receive biblical salvation.Proverbs 14:27The

fear of the Lord is a fountain of life, to depart from the snares of death.

You are separating yourself from sins and anything that can hinder you from living with God eternally.

In addition you have covenant of life and desire to turn others from sin.

Malachi  2:5 My covenant was with him of life and peace; and I gave them to him for the fear wherewith he feared me, and was afraid before my name.  2:6 The law of truth was in his mouth, and iniquity was not found in his lips: he walked with me in peace and equity, and did turn many away from iniquity.

You also take the bread of life and then you are not thirsty for anything in the world again.

John 6:35  And Jesus said unto them, I am the bread of life: he that cometh to me shall never hunger; and he that believeth on me shall never thirst.

John 6:48  I am that bread of life.

John 6:50  This is the bread which cometh down from heaven, that a man may eat thereof, and not die.

You must also desire the word of life. You must desire to live by the entirety of God’s unfailing words.

1 John 1:1  That which was from the beginning, which we have heard, which we have seen with our eyes, which we have looked upon, and our hands have handled, of the Word of life;

Acts  5:18 And laid their hands on the apostles, and put them in the common prison.  5:19 But the angel of the Lord by night opened the prison doors, and brought them forth, and said,  5:20 Go, stand and speak in the temple to the people all the words of this life.

You also need the Spirit of life living inside of you.  This shall help you to have victory  over sin and death.

Romans 8:2   For the law of the Spirit of life in Christ Jesus hath made me free from the law of sin and death.

Romans 8:11  But if the Spirit of him that raised up Jesus from the dead dwell in you, he that raised up Christ from the dead shall also quicken your mortal bodies by his Spirit that dwelleth in you.

You must partake in all of these now, before you can partake in the water of life in the future.

In the same token,  if you must take the  tree  of life in the future. You must be taking the  tree  of life, made available now.

As you listen to the word of God, which is the wisdom of God and you overcome sin, self , satan. You are already eating of the tree of life here and you shall eat hereafter in eternity. See it yourself.Proverbs  3:13 Happy is the man that findeth wisdom, and the man that getteth understanding.  3:14 For the merchandise of it is better than the merchandise of silver, and the gain thereof than fine gold.  3:15 She is more precious than rubies: and all the things thou canst desire are not to be compared unto her.  3:16 Length of days is in her right hand; and in her left hand riches and honour.  3:17 Her ways are ways of pleasantness, and all her paths are peace.  3:18 She is a tree of life to them that lay hold upon her: and happy is every one that retaineth her.
To help you drink the water of life and eat the tree of life,  your name must be written and sustained in the book of life.

Revelation 3:5  He that overcometh, the same shall be clothed in white raiment; and I will not blot out his name out of the book of life, but I will confess his name before my Father, and before his angels.

Revelation 21:27  And there shall in no wise enter into it any thing that defileth, neither whatsoever worketh abomination, or maketh a lie: but they which are written in the Lamb’s book of life.

The good Lord shall help you in particular in Jesus name.

Secondly,  this study reveals the  return and the reign of our  Lord.

Revelation  22:5 And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.  22:6 And he said unto me, These sayings are faithful and true: and the Lord God of the holy prophets sent his angel to shew unto his servants the things which must shortly be done.  22:7 Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

The latter part of verse five reveals the reigning of saints with our Lord forever.

Verse seven reveals our Lord is coming.

Verse six affirms that everything that have been revealed from the beginning of the book to the very end are true and true.

Revelation 1:1.  The Revelation of Jesus Christ, which God gave unto him, to shew unto his servants things which must shortly come to pass; and he sent and signified it by his angel unto his servant John:

Revelation 1:3  Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

Now this revelation of the Lord will soon be fulfilled.

Listen to what our Lord said.

Matthew 24:35  Heaven and earth shall pass away, but my words shall not pass away.

Our Lord  said, He is coming quickly.  Don’t ever forget.

Revelation 22:7  Behold, I come quickly: blessed is he that keepeth the sayings of the prophecy of this book.

Be rest assured that every word in the book of Revelation are true and faithful.

Revelation 21:5  And he that sat upon the throne said, Behold, I make all things new. And he said unto me, Write: for these words are true and faithful.

So settle it in your heart, Jesus our Lord said, He is coming.

Revelation 1:7  Behold, he cometh with clouds; and every eye shall see him, and they also which pierced him: and all kindreds of the earth shall wail because of him. Even so, Amen.

Revelation  3:11 Behold, I come quickly: hold that fast which thou hast, that no man take thy crown.  3:12 Him that overcometh will I make a pillar in the temple of my God, and he shall go no more out: and I will write upon him the name of my God, and the name of the city of my God, which is new Jerusalem, which cometh down out of heaven from my God: and I will write upon him my new name.

Acts  1:9 And when he had spoken these things, while they beheld, he was taken up; and a cloud received him out of their sight.  1:10 And while they looked stedfastly toward heaven as he went up, behold, two men stood by them in white apparel;  1:11 Which also said, Ye men of Galilee, why stand ye gazing up into heaven? this same Jesus, which is taken up from you into heaven, shall so come in like manner as ye have seen him go into heaven.

So certainly and assuredly our Lord is coming again. May the Lord help you in particular to be ready when He comes in Jesus name.

When our Lord comes, He is coming to reign forever and ever.  You also shall reign with Him in Jesus name.

Revelation 22:5  And there shall be no night there; and they need no candle, neither light of the sun; for the Lord God giveth them light: and they shall reign for ever and ever.

Revelation 11:15  And the seventh angel sounded; and there were great voices in heaven, saying, The kingdoms of this world are become the kingdoms of our Lord, and of his Christ; and he shall reign for ever and ever.

Daniel  7:13 I saw in the night visions, and, behold, one like the Son of man came with the clouds of heaven, and came to the Ancient of days, and they brought him near before him.  7:14 And there was given him dominion, and glory, and a kingdom, that all people, nations, and languages, should serve him: his dominion is an everlasting dominion, which shall not pass away, and his kingdom that which shall not be destroyed.

As He shall be reigning the saints shall reign with Him.

Daniel 7:18  But the saints of the most High shall take the kingdom, and possess the kingdom for ever, even for ever and ever.

Daniel 7:27   And the kingdom and dominion, and the greatness of the kingdom under the whole heaven, shall be given to the people of the saints of the most High, whose kingdom is an everlasting kingdom, and all dominions shall serve and obey him.

Now because our Lord is not accepted by all, believers like you today shall suffer persecution.

2 Timothy 2:12  If we suffer, we shall also reign with him: if we deny him, he also will deny us:

But then know that this persecution of today is your ticket to reign with Him in the future.

Anyone and everyone that avoids persecution today is going to loose the privilege of drinking the water of life.

Such will have no access to the tree of life or even reigning with Him. Don’t ever forget this.

Revelation 3:21  To him that overcometh will I grant to sit with me in my throne, even as I also overcame, and am set down with my Father in his throne.z

To reign with Christ, see the conditions. You must overcome sin, satan, flesh,, world.  Receive grace to  do so in Jesus name.

In addition you must keep the sayings of this book. If you must reign with Him.

Revelation 1:3  Blessed is he that readeth, and they that hear the words of this prophecy, and keep those things which are written therein: for the time is at hand.

Luke  11:27 And it came to pass, as he spake these things, a certain woman of the company lifted up her voice, and said unto him, Blessed is the womb that bare thee, and the paps which thou hast sucked.  11:28 But he said, Yea rather, blessed are they that hear the word of God, and keep it.

Revelation 22:14  Blessed are they that do his commandments, that they may have right to the tree of life, and may enter in through the gates into the city.

The saints that shall live in the glorious city shall be privileged to see the face of the Lord.

Revelation  22:3 And there shall be no more curse: but the throne of God and of the Lamb shall be in it; and his servants shall serve him:  22:4 And they shall see his face; and his name shall be in their foreheads.
Isaiah  33:15 He that walketh righteously, and speaketh uprightly; he that despiseth the gain of oppressions, that shaketh his hands from holding of bribes, that stoppeth his ears from hearing of blood, and shutteth his eyes from seeing evil;  33:16 He shall dwell on high: his place of defence shall be the munitions of rocks: bread shall be given him; his waters shall be sure.  33:17 Thine eyes shall see the king in his beauty: they shall behold the land that is very far off.
1 John  3:2 Beloved, now are we the sons of God, and it doth not yet appear what we shall be: but we know that, when he shall appear, we shall be like him; for we shall see him as he is.  3:3 And every man that hath this hope in him purifieth himself, even as he is pure.

The good Lord shall help you in particular to see His face,  in Jesus name.

Lastly  this study reveals the  reaction and the rebuke  of love.

Revelation  22:8 And I John saw these things, and heard them. And when I had heard and seen, I fell down to worship before the feet of the angel which shewed me these things.  22:9 Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.

Revelation 19:10  And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said unto me, See thou do it not: I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren that have the testimony of Jesus: worship God: for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy.

Apostle John after the angel have shown him all these revelations fell down to worship the angel. But the angel rebuked him in love.

John or believers generally must never ever worship an angel. We are to worship God alone.

Listen to these two commandments.

1. Don’t ever worship an angel.

2. Always worship God and God alone.

As you check up from the scriptures.

Believers are not to worship angels

Colossians 2:18  Let no man beguile you of your reward in a voluntary humility and worshipping of angels, intruding into those things which he hath not seen, vainly puffed up by his fleshly mind,

Believers are not to worship any creature or created beings.

Romans  1:25 Who changed the truth of God into a lie, and worshipped and served the creature more than the Creator, who is blessed for ever. Amen.  1:26 For this cause God gave them up unto vile affections: for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature:

Believers are not to worship the sun, the moon, the stars etc

Believers are not to worship images.

Exodus 34:14  For thou shalt worship no other god: for the Lord, whose name is Jealous, is a jealous God:

Exodus 34:13  But ye shall destroy their altars, break their images, and cut down their groves:

Exodus  20:3 Thou shalt have no other gods before me.  20:4 Thou shalt not make unto thee any graven image, or any likeness of any thing that is in heaven above, or that is in the earth beneath, or that is in the water under the earth:  20:5 Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children unto the third and fourth generation of them that hate me;  20:6 And shewing mercy unto thousands of them that love me, and keep my commandments.

Believers are not to worship satan or demons.

Luke  4:6 And the devil said unto him, All this power will I give thee, and the glory of them: for that is delivered unto me; and to whomsoever I will I give it.  4:7 If thou therefore wilt worship me, all shall be thine.  4:8 And Jesus answered and said unto him, Get thee behind me, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

What happens to those who worship satan  and evil spirits?

Revelation  9:20 And the rest of the men which were not killed by these plagues yet repented not of the works of their hands, that they should not worship devils, and idols of gold, and silver, and brass, and stone, and of wood: which neither can see, nor hear, nor walk:  9:21 Neither repented they of their murders, nor of their sorceries, nor of their fornication, nor of their thefts.

Revelation  14:9 And the third angel followed them, saying with a loud voice, If any man worship the beast and his image, and receive his mark in his forehead, or in his hand,  14:10 The same shall drink of the wine of the wrath of God, which is poured out without mixture into the cup of his indignation; and he shall be tormented with fire and brimstone in the presence of the holy angels, and in the presence of the Lamb:  14:11 And the smoke of their torment ascendeth up for ever and ever: and they have no rest day nor night, who worship the beast and his image, and whosoever receiveth the mark of his name.

Believers are not to worship God  with  the traditions of men.

Mark  7:7 Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men.  7:8 For laying aside the commandment of God, ye hold the tradition of men, as the washing of pots and cups: and many other such like things ye do.  7:9 And he said unto them, Full well ye reject the commandment of God, that ye may keep your own tradition.

Believers are  to worship God only and worship God alone.

Revelation 22:9  Then saith he unto me, See thou do it not: for I am thy fellowservant, and of thy brethren the prophets, and of them which keep the sayings of this book: worship God.

Matthew 4:10  Then saith Jesus unto him, Get thee hence, Satan: for it is written, Thou shalt worship the Lord thy God, and him only shalt thou serve.

John  4:23 But the hour cometh, and now is, when the true worshippers shall worship the Father in spirit and in truth: for the Father seeketh such to worship him.  4:24 God is a Spirit: and they that worship him must worship him in spirit and in truth.
Psalms 29:2  Give

unto the Lord the glory due unto his name;worship the Lord in the beauty of holiness.Only those who worship God and God alone in truth and spirit and in  beauty of holiness.
They alone shall live with God in the heavenly Jerusalem and shall be part of the twenty four elders John saw in the Revelation Jesus showed him.

Revelation  4:4 And round about the throne were four and twenty seats: and upon the seats I saw four and twenty elders sitting, clothed in white raiment; and they had on their heads crowns of gold.

See you at the top in Jesus name.

Let us pray.
