John 15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.

[5]“Yes, I am the vine; you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will produce much fruit. For apart from me you can do nothing.

[5]I am the Vine; you are the branches. Whoever lives in Me and I in him bears much (abundant) fruit. However, apart from Me [cut off from vital union with Me] you can do nothing.

Good News

John 15:5

[5]“I am the vine, and you are the branches. Those who remain in me, and I in them, will bear much fruit; for you can do nothing without me.

It is an established truth, proved beyond any iota of doubts.  With Christ and by His enabling grace,  you can attain far beyond your widest dreams in this  life and eternity.

With Christ you will be fulfilled in this life and without stress attain blissful eternity.

Philippians  4:13 I can do all things through Christ which strengtheneth me.

However, without Him, you might be able to do far less here on this side of heaven and ended up in eternal damnation. This shall not be your portion in Jesus name.

Matthew  16:26 For what is a man profited, if he shall gain the whole world, and lose his own soul? or what shall a man give in exchange for his soul?

No wonder He affirmed to Bible believing believers of all ages and you in particular that,  you shall be fruitful and fulfilled on this side of heaven and also live eternally with Him in the next world.  This shall be our portion in Jesus name. Listen to Him again.

Listen to what are attainable through Him.

Proverbs  8:32 Now therefore hearken unto me, O ye children: for blessed are they that keep my ways.  8:33 Hear instruction, and be wise, and refuse it not.  8:34 Blessed is the man that heareth me, watching daily at my gates, waiting at the posts of my doors.  8:35 For whoso findeth me findeth life, and shall obtain favour of the LORD.

2 Timothy  4:6 For I am now ready to be offered, and the time of my departure is at hand.  4:7 I have fought a good fight, I have finished my course, I have kept the faith:  4:8 Henceforth there is laid up for me a crown of righteousness, which the Lord, the righteous judge, shall give me at that day: and not to me only, but unto all them also that love his appearing.

John  12:26 If any man serve me, let him follow me; and where I am, there shall also my servant be: if any man serve me, him will my Father honour.

However, without Him. Earthly fulfilment and blissful eternity remain unattainable.

Acts  4:12 Neither is there salvation in any other: for there is none other name under heaven given among men, whereby we must be saved.

  Biblical salvation and sanctification that qualifies you for heaven remains a mirage and unattainable.

Proverbs 8:36 But he that sinneth against me wrongeth his own soul: all they that hate me love death.

John  15:6 If a man abide not in me, he is cast forth as a branch, and is withered; and men gather them, and cast them into the fire, and they are burned.

Eternal damnation a reality.

Luke  10:30 And Jesus answering said, A certain man went down from Jerusalem to Jericho, and fell among thieves, which stripped him of his raiment, and wounded him, and departed, leaving him half dead.

John  10:10 The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.

1 Peter  5:8 Be sober, be vigilant; because your adversary the devil, as a roaring lion, walketh about, seeking whom he may devour:

Exposure to cruel satanic attacks all through life.

Joshua  7:5 And the men of Ai smote of them about thirty and six men: for they chased them from before the gate even unto Shebarim, and smote them in the going down: wherefore the hearts of the people melted, and became as water.  7:11 Israel hath sinned, and they have also transgressed my covenant which I commanded them: for they have even taken of the accursed thing, and have also stolen, and dissembled also, and they have put it even among their own stuff.  7:12 Therefore the children of Israel could not stand before their enemies, but turned their backs before their enemies, because they were accursed: neither will I be with you any more, except ye destroy the accursed from among you.

Avoidable defeat in life endeavors.

John  21:2 There were together Simon Peter, and Thomas called Didymus, and Nathanael of Cana in Galilee, and the sons of Zebedee, and two other of his disciples.  21:3 Simon Peter saith unto them, I go a fishing. They say unto him, We also go with thee. They went forth, and entered into a ship immediately; and that night they caught nothing.  21:6 And he said unto them, Cast the net on the right side of the ship, and ye shall find. They cast therefore, and now they were not able to draw it for the multitude of fishes.  21:11 Simon Peter went up, and drew the net to land full of great fishes, an hundred and fifty and three: and for all there were so many, yet was not the net broken.

Outright failure in business ventures.

Luke  17:26 And as it was in the days of Noe, so shall it be also in the days of the Son of man.  17:27 They did eat, they drank, they married wives, they were given in marriage, until the day that Noe entered into the ark, and the flood came, and destroyed them all.  17:28 Likewise also as it was in the days of Lot; they did eat, they drank, they bought, they sold, they planted, they builded;  17:29 But the same day that Lot went out of Sodom it rained fire and brimstone from heaven, and destroyed them all.  17:30 Even thus shall it be in the day when the Son of man is revealed.  17:32 Remember Lot’s wife.  17:34 I tell you, in that night there shall be two men in one bed; the one shall be taken, and the other shall be left.  17:35 Two women shall be grinding together; the one shall be taken, and the other left.  17:36 Two men shall be in the field; the one shall be taken, and the other left.

Missing the imminent rapture and eternity with Christ.

You can avoid this and you must avoid it.  So heed this timely exhortation of our master and Lord and it shall be well with you in Jesus name.

John  15:4 Abide in me, and I in you. As the branch cannot bear fruit of itself, except it abide in the vine; no more can ye, except ye abide in me.  15:5 I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abideth in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing.
